If you are thinking about getting MetroPCS don't they have the pisses poor internet service super spotty coverage complete trash
Recently phone service was suspended due to a fraudulent charge which. I knew nothing about so I called customer service to deal with it and got the run around one customer service agent waive the fraudulent fee but still didn't unsuspended my service and the other two didn't do anything cause they said my account was lock and there's nothing they could do and advise me to go to the metro by T-Mobile store which I did. Today I went to the Metro by T- Mobile and The Tara Blvd location customer service was worst than the ever the customer service agent tried to get me to buy a hold new sms card for my phone which I was advised by the customer service agent that I talked to Sunday that I would not be charged to come in to the store to have the unsupend my phone line. So when I told her that I was advised that I didn't have to pay to have them unsupend and sense I didn't want to the told me to go to another store which I ended up going to the store in the west end location which was worst than Tara Blvd the sales manager team was very none chalante about help he explained to me what possible could have happened saying that my phone wasn't on the plan which it was but said there was another phone on my line and that it was added on Sunday 01-16-22 when I told him that I might be a victim of fraud he could care less I asked do I need to file a report with metro he told me to file a report with the police and never felt this devalued in my life the hold Metro by T-Mobile group drop the ball big time as a customer and I probably will never be a customer of this company again.
They keep changing the policies now they won't help people with their data and hotspot problems!
I have been with MetroPCS for maybe three years now yesterday I upgraded my dad cell for he's on my plan in Rochester New York on Lyell avenue the young men working did not have a mask on and was the most rudest inconsiderate person I've ever encountered he was kicking the wall because he had to transfer all my father's data from the old phone to the new phone if he doesn't want to work maybe he should have stayed at home I would have walked out and normally I would have but my father wanted his phone and you can forget about calling the customer representative for metro because all you get is some automated robot O'Keefe's giving you the runaround I believe I'm taken my two cell phones and I'm going to AT&t MetroPCS from Friday and yesterday got over $400 from me the gentleman that worked Friday who upgraded me or wonderful just wonderful that's why I went back to the store on Lyell yesterday but unfortunately I was greeted by a miserable hungover young man with no mask on whose girlfriend was working with him behind the counter but no mask on either I am giving metro my money like I said they got close to $400 in the past two days plus $82 monthly I will not be treated like that I was going to go farther and talk to the regional manager to get this young rudinen fired but my father talked me out of it and if this rude young man who is kicking the walls yesterday read this you need to take a class and etiquette and you need to take a class in being nice you are the most rudest young man I have ever met when you kick the wall twice I personally should have went around the corner and kicked you I'm leaving metro you can take your ghetto $#*! company and you know what you can do with it
Left metro to try Verizon and Verizon SUCKS! Worst service ever from Verizon and too many hidden fees so I returned to Metro PCS! Yay

So I'm a tractor trailer driver I have been with Metro for 8 years everybody picks on me about it I drive 48 states I called in today because if anybody's attracts trailer driver they know if your truck doesn't move you don't get paid it was in the shop so I got my truck back I don't get paid until Friday I know I had to pay my bill two days ago it's still on I'm still making phone calls but unfortunately I need to go to the hospital to rule out the fact that I might have a blood clot in my leg from prior experience I've had my account suspended twice over the 8 years change of debit card change of products and forgot to pay the bill within minutes I had an extension no problems this time I call in I'm on hold for 33 minutes the young lady I talked to prior to the supervisor Noel was pleasant tried to help in every which way she could when I was speaking to Noel I told him what was going on explain to him I know the procedure he told me oh when your phone gets cut off you can just call 611 I explained to him I've been through this before and no it's not that simple because when your phone service is shut off you cannot call 611 because you need phone service to call 611 and I was going to the hospital because I just came off the road etc etc and I might have a blood clot in my leg and I might have to get hold of one of my children to let them know what's going on because they are adults and they both work he was snippy rude and when I was trying to explain this to him he told me you're just going to have to call back 611 and pick option two well after 8 years of being your servant customer and defending your service of all the crap everybody likes to talk about it especially as a truck driver because everybody swears on the iPhone and Verizon you can blatantly kiss this customer goodbye I don't know how you became a supervisor and if you continue to be one they're going to lose a lot more customers
This is the worst service I ever had in my life I hate I left AT&T I would never recommend MetroPCS to anyone their customer service sucked!
I love the phone service I have with METROPCS, But the customer service knowledge of their employees is sub par.
Its pretty reasonable in price.no contract. But i wish they carried the I-Phone 6!
