On several occasions I have received text messages to get an upgraded phone. These text messages are coming from Metro. After clicking the link it takes me to T-Mobile. The catch is you have to switch to T-Mobile. I do not want to switch. The other day I got a text from Metro and when I clicked on the link it took me to Metro. Upgrade to a 5G phone for free. Wonderful! They claimed is was to switch to T-Mobile. I asked "Then why did the link take me to Metro?" I finally spoke to a supervisor and told him if it was from T-Mobile it would have taken to the T-Mobile site. He saw things my way and said they would honor the offer. I had to visit the local store in order to get the new phone. Again I was refused the offer. I told them to look at the notes on my account to see that it was approved. Long story short they offered something and then said no. Not a good way to do business! Don't use Metro by T-Mobile!
A very firm, cordially and attentive young lady gave me service today. Her name is Mari and she is stationed at6974 Clark St. Chicago IL. Perfect service and very helpful. I couldn't be happier with our business interaction. Thank you Mari!
Metro cust service is good its the store workers who ruined my experience. Fraud fid not give me promotion of 5g phone actually let me think I had until. I got home and you tube the phone to see it was a 4g 32g and 85.72 yet my plan shows I'm on 40 plan no Hotspot cust service cannot help
I was lied to repeatedly by employees. They say they don't throttle down your internet and its unlimited, not true. They use high pressure sales tactics almost every time you go into the store. I paid my bill early then found a cheaper plan with Verizon and went to leave and get my money back and they would not refund it because I paid cash. I couldn't use my iPhone 7 I just bought 3 months ago because they had it locked and wouldn't unlock it until I had it in service for 6 months. So I had to buy a new phone as well. Their coverage was subpar and my internet would not work often. I could go on and on about how lousy my experience with Metro was but I will end this by advising people to avoid Metro PCS! Worst cellphone company I've ever used!

You can't beat the customer service we get from Cory! She is so helpful and takes all the time we need for fix any problem we have.
My only complaint I have with Metro PCS, is I've been waiting to get the home internet so far it doesn't cover our area I sure wish it will speed up.

Basicly they are liars they hire a bunch of kids mostly young woman who lie ther teeth out just to sale you a plan they dont honor. I dont play games i cancel after 2nd payment when they wasnt going to give me my senior discount for 40 a month for unlimited. First you pay 50 then 40 after as long as you let them auto pay. They wanted to charge me 50 twice because i had to change account number so i said good bye. Verison is better. Like they say this is communist states.
Sales rep from the Lake Mary Store on Rhinehart hung up on me, wtf? Serious? I asked if he was a senior rep, he responded yes and I asked him a bandwidth question in which he had no clue and hung up. I have been with metro pcs for a while and always pay my bill on time. I have recently bern laid off as a result of covid 19 and was 10 dollars short on my 80 dollar bill. I asked them to add the 10 bucks on to my next bill and they refused and basically said that if I dont pay the 10 dollars by the due date my service will be disconnected... wow smh
It is pretty sorry of them when you just get a brand new phone and you can't call out or text and they tell you that you have to make a claim on a brand new phone you just got. When I filled a claim on a Thursday they said my phone will be at the store by Monday we well I call and then they tell me it wasn't delivered it might be tomorrow. That is just not good at all. Thinking about changing to another carrier. They have no good customer service at all. If you just received a new phone and have had problems with it they need to give you another phone with no problems.
I called to see why my internet on my Galaxy Note 8 was running slow. They refreshed my phone and I haven't had internet since. My phone is only 6 months old and I bought it brand new. It was working fine with slow internet, before I called metro pcs customer. Now they say it's the towers or maybe the phone. I took it back to the metro store they ran test and could not help. They said I could trade the phone for equal value but they would only give me a Samsung A21. I just want the internet back. I have been a customer for 7 years. Please help me. I have had metro for 5 yrs when I tried to switch to qlink they gave me a lot of bs I called them many times and went to their location many more times ans each employee told me something different NO I would never recommend them I am getting qlink free through a government program but you have to apply and you have to make under 2200.00 a month
Don't ever do a rebate with them you'll never get that rebate back and then when you call Metro they tell you is Tyler, their hands but mother$#*!ing Metro promised the rebate and proceed to say it's out of their hands. Don't do any rebates with them.
They give you 1 price quote then when you get there it's completely different and the ones in Dalton, Georgia all have Smart mouth, hateful unhelpful employees I paid cash for a phone and they still had my phone locked for 6 months making me use their terrible service
I couldn't pay my payment this month so my phone was shut off for non payment for 7 days. I got into a bind I just couldn't afford to pay this month. Then I receive a message from metro pcs saying" we got your back this month and made your $50 payment for you, just a reminder on how much we appreciate you as a customer". I was totally floored by this message. I literally bursted into tears. I've been having some really bad money issues and nothing was going right for me. Metro pcs obviously is very compassionate and understanding. I've only been with them 1 year n switched from cricket and never has any phone company, did such a kind jesture. Thank you metro pcs and I promise to stay a loyal customer to you.
This carrier is absolute horse $#*! man I would not recommend this $#*!. Their service is honestly a disservice to your time and money.
I was with this carrier for 3 weeks and was continuously getting spam messages from the carrier. Prior to MetroPieceOf$#*! I was with Verizon hands down best phone carrier. Spend your money Verizon and not this $#*! carrier.
I should it stay with cricket only to save 10 more decide it to switch to MetroPCS and this is worse service. The signals are the worse. I feel like a I'm running on a 3G service. 80 percent of the service always out of signal... So please don't switch to MetroPCS if you are thinking of switching..
I Tina price this the second and last time that im going to have a problem with him taking stealing my phone or changing my passcode. I went to metro pcs for both this phone and for them fix the changing of my passcode.
From Signal drops, flawed "5G" services, terrible customer service, data caps and internet throttling. This "service" doesnt deserve the light of day. I would NEVER recommend metro pcs to anyone. Even my worst enemy. Will be switching soon and will never look back. Just spent 20 minutes waiting for a "representative" just so I can see if I can get a closer phone tower for better signal but noone answers. Then again their service IS terrible so I wouldn't find it hard to imagine other users are probably on the same agenda as me. Do yourself a favor and dont use Metro or even CONSIDER getting it as a service. Big yikes.
So today I paid my bill even though I have had no phone signal for days now. I finally go to the store and the representative made a call, the outcome of that call was I would have full service within a hour. 1 hour and a half go by and still no service. I go back to the store and they are saying my phone is defected and I will have to pay $22 to get my phone switched to a new phone and I wouldn't be able to get the phone for about 5 days. Why do I have to pay for a phone that was defected when I purchased it and it was no area on my end. They refused to help me and I am out of $56 for my phone bill. I will not recommend this service to anyone and I am completely out of a phone
Anyone that has been with this company for over 5 years and had issues like myself can mostly tell you this company will put you on hold and hang up ask to speak to a supervisor and 9 times out 10 you either gone get a agent with a new attitude a issue solved or a spiteful agent who will actually go as far to you please hold While I connect you with a supervisor and so conveniently the call drops I'm sure the company is well aware of the call center shenanigans
