I have nothing but trouble with this company most of my calls go right to voice mail half the time i do not get my messages i have called them many times to get the problem fixes and alls it does is screws it up more now i do not get my lte light at the top of my phone i'm so sick of this place
I have been with Metro PCS since they entered the market with bad reception and poor quality phones but hung in there while their company grew. I went into a store and was completely disappointed in the service and the pricing was only good if you were a new customer. There was no discount for loyal customers in fact there was a price increase. As a company you should be ashamed that customers like myself that helped you become what you are today get treated with no favoritism. I am in the retail business as well and a manager I make sure to thank every customer for the loyalty and reward them with discounts and other items we offer. I went in and bought a phone and they looked at my account and saw the loyalty and proceeded with price gouging and telling me lies in able to charge a higher price for accessories. I am not proud of being with company that is not loyal to their customers and will be searching to switch to a company that is.

My sister recommended metro, but sense then I have determined it to be the worst cell phone company ever. I have purchased phones from them that are poor quality. I have people calling me and can't reach, or goes straight to voicemail. The service is terrible. The cell phones they sell are expensive and poor quality. I went to a distribution store to replace phone, never got a phone call. Took a trip twice to Tampa and got no results, only got sold another poor quality phone. Plus you can't call the store directly, the number directs you to a call center You would think after so many about a phone brand that they would stop selling that brand. I have also concluded that metro is a fraudulent company.
There service sucks your phone always loses calls the internet is always cutting out or it freezes up you have to talk to somebody from some foreign country who cannot speak English Metro pcs is the worst wireless provider there is do not use metro pcs or t mobile cause there coverage sucks you have to go out side just to make a phone call there internet service sucks stay away from t mobile because if you do not you will regret it just do with out a cell phone you are better off with out wireless service when it comes to t mobile cause you are just throwing your money away with t mobile cause you go with t mobile you by cheap with metro pcs and t mobile you get what you pay for
Extremely slow to nonexistent internet service, 1-2 bars at most, impossible to connect most of time, often no internet service at all, inferior phones. Very poor customer service. No service on phone either. Waste of $40/month for inadequate service.
I couldn't be happier with Darian's service. I needed a full factory reset. With no password it seemed impossible. He tried so many different ways, and they were all dead ends. He spent a lot of time trying and he finally got the reset. He was patient with the situation. He spoke in terms that I could understand. He was very good at social distancing. I wish I could give him a 6th stars.
MetroPCS has horrible customer service they will not help you with anything. I have a disabled daughter and have homeschooling. They did not assist me in any way. Had I known that I would have switched Services a long time ago
I made a visit to the MetroPCS on 1334 E Apache Blvd Tempe Az *******. Magali helped me with my decision on which phone to get. And helped me activate a phone for my daughter. She did a good job keeping a good conversation going while she was working on my phone. Great customer service Magali thank you so much.
Pay 56 a month for unlimited data. Only to have internet sometimes. And lucky to make a phone call. When i call customer service there is no help. Last month im waisting my money switching phone carries. If your looking for a phone carrier and want unlimited data, dont go with metro their customer service is non existent.
I got a phone on 10 21 22 it stopped working last night. I went this morning to swap it out they said they could not do that they would get me a replacement phone it should be here in 3 to 5 days. They would not even swap it out and I have only had this phone for 12 days... this is the worst i have dealt with and i have worked retail all my life and never heard of such... lets just say i am beyond MAD! I also have my business phones with them and now that account will be gone soon... hope this helps someone DO NOT USE METROPC!
Read your contract over real good before you sign anything they signed me up for insurance I never asked for broke my phone and bought one not knowing I had insurance they didn't tell me I went back now they said my insurance is no good the girl behind the counter said don't buy the insurance it's no good it's just another way to collect money run don't walk away from this place
I recently requested for unlimited internet at my home. One week later my internet shutoff. It turned out unlimited internet is not available In my area. They accepted my return with the employee stating I should have never been setup with services as unlimited internet is not available at my residence. They gave me back 40 percent of my total payment stating that I used there services so I can get the rest back. What a scam.
Bad service, phones crash, service crashes, bad customer service, if you try to port to another carrier expect a circus. Held my 15 year number hostage for 4 days. Gave me a huge run around just to retrieve MY number. Wouldn't allow access to my account with correct account number and pin and refused to process my port over due to their crappy no one has ever heard of protocols. Glad I switch carriers.
I am a retired nurse and not cell phone number literate. I had a tiny figure of a man on the corner of my screen. After trying for hours I went into the metro store where MASIH ABDULLAH works. Within 5 minutes he fixed my phone and was friendly, patient and kind. I just want to thank him again for treating a "old lady" wonderfully!
Has 2 phones with metro and has been pay for insurance for these phones only to go in to get told that one of my plans have to be upgraded in order for me to get the upgrade price for a phone, but when I got these two lines I was told different. Was also told I had insurance on my phones and now insurance only on one. Metro will always try and find a way to get over on people. I wouldn't recommend anyone to them better go straight to t-mobile or go to Walmart better service and explanation on why you paying for all this different stuff
I wanted to buy a Iphone from store. I travel alot and need an unlocked phone. I asked if I pay the full purchase price will my phone be unlocked and they said it will take 6 months for the unlock. Unsure why when I purchased phone from Tmobile which is the parent store phone was unlocked immediately.
I have been with MetroPCS for about 5-6 years now and I hate that we have to pay full price anytime we want a new phone. I have my bill on auto pay for me and my family so we are loyal customers! I don't understand why Metro can't cut their previous customers a break on getttnew phones. Why do we gotta pay full price? Just not fair! I'm not asking for a free phone just like a bit of a break! If a phone is regularly $200 give it to your loyal customers for like $150! Not fair at all! This is what might make me leave metro to go get a contract plan! Thanks so much!
2 months in the south west with metro pcs hot spot 100GB plan and a metro phone plan was a big waste of money we had little or no coverage on all the ma pa networks they use! Couldn't even watch netfix we used ookla speed test on all our devices to verify our conclusion If you stay in major cities it's good most of the time. World not recommend for traveling.
Don't ever get this carrier service, everyday dropped calls not able to use internet YouTube every time you call customer service same old web service every time you call how much they value you as a customer I literally have to call them every day but the same problem dropped calls having to go outside to use my phone internet service is always down, they always have the same excuse that they are working on towers in my area, it's the same everyday and they do not give a damn!
