While in the hospital from 6/24 - 6/27 I noticed that my phone was charging very slowly.On 6/28 I took my phone and charger to the local Metro by T-Mobile in Fort Payne Alabama.The young lady named Jayda told me I needed a new charger. I asked if they had one in store that was compatible with my phone. She went in the back and then returned with two separate boxes: one for the cord and one for the plug-in. She said each one would be $19.95 but she could give me a discount on one of them. So she rang it up and the total was $49.04. That sounded extremely steep but at this point I was in a hurry, as I had an ear appointment directly and I didn't want to have to put up with any more slow charging crap, so I just paid it anyway. On returning home I plugged the charger into my phone and lo and behold, it gave a message that the charger is incompatible with the phone. So I returned to the store and then was told by Jada that she could not give me a refund because she gave me a discount on both items. That was a bold-faced lie. At this point I was pissed off and I told her she was a lying sack of s***. She told me to get out of her store and never come back. As I was walking out with my cane she and a male stood and laughed at me. I do not at all recommend this place as they are basically a sewage dump armpit. Do yourself a favor and go to a legitimate place for your cell phone needs.
Do Not switch to metro. To begin with every store had their own deals going on. They did not want to offer the free phones that metro advertised tried 6 different stores just to be able to switch. Service is so bad it's unbelievable. I cannot wait to switch back to cricket. Metro is a Scam by T-Mobile. They do not care about service/customer service.

I had MetroPCS for many years in Dallas. Moving to Paducah, terrible service, terrible customer service, store employee deleted everything from my phone without permission and no apology! I finally got smart and switched services, same monthly price, and MetroPCS said they do NOT give refunds for any reason! When you see a MetroPCS store, run the other way!

Be careful if bayou use this phone company! I have been a customer for almost 10 yes! After I moved, I changed my number started another plan. I had my phone replaced with a insurance claim in the past! Now all of sudden I needed a new phone, all good. But they increased my monthly rate! Said I never insurance, I have always included insurance. For some unknown reason he could not find it! So my monthly bill increased!

Anyone that has been with this company for over 5 years and had issues like myself can mostly tell you this company will put you on hold and hang up ask to speak to a supervisor and 9 times out 10 you either gone get a agent with a new attitude a issue solved or a spiteful agent who will actually go as far to you please hold While I connect you with a supervisor and so conveniently the call drops I'm sure the company is well aware of the call center shenanigans
PLEASE, I'm begging you, DO NOT USE Metro PCS. The service is awful. Foreigners are the only ones that take calls and you won't be able to understand them. Calls are dropped constantly. The internet service is terrible and has gotten worse.

Why is it so hard for MetroPCS to take the money off my credit card every month? I can't go into any store because of work hours so I try to use my card over the phone and they refused everytime. I called customer service but for some reason them typing my card numbers in refuse that also. I think it's time to find a reliable company because i need my phone for work not pleasure and i can't keep losing money!
We went to Daytona Beach Metro pcs store. Had a very well mannered cellphone technician. Had a great sense of humor. Marquis will be a wonderful person in his work at Daytona Beach Metro PCS store And in his life. We will be visiting this Metro Pcs in the future. The address is Metro by T-mobile 104 N. I Tina price this the second and last time that im going to have a problem with him taking stealing my phone or changing my passcode. I went to metro pcs for both this phone and for them fix the changing of my passcode.
Had an issue at a location today and left feeling frustrated, I then drove to the Metro PCS location@ ******* Stuebner Airline Rd Houston Tx *******. Felix helped me at this location and was absolutely wonderful and fixed everything perfect. He was very kind and I will never make the mistake again and drive to a different location. I can't say enough about how grateful i was for all his help! If you are a Metro PCS customer, this is the store for you, trust me!
I have been with metro since April when my ex boyfriend put me in his account. I have had nothing but trouble with them. I don't get service half them time or the phone stops working when you call I. They won't help cause you cant get a text message. Now they won't unlock my phone that is paid in full. They just keep repeating that you have wait 180 days on your property.
Absolutely the worst cell phone service I've ever had. Ever. Messages don't send. Have to resend messages 3,4 sometimes 5 or 6 times. Internet is slow. Constant network log in issues. End up having to reset my phone about twice a day. Furthermore, was lied to about the price. Was advertised for 100/ mo taxes included but my bill is 133.00 a month. Terrible coverage where I live, like most service providers, however, I'm now spending 33 dollars more per month for a worse service than I previously had. I've come to expect certain issues out in the middle of nowhere, where I live, but in the middle of tulsa? Same issues? Makes no sense. Will be switching back to cricket as soon as possible. Biggest waste of 300 bucks ever. Can not stand this service.
I have had my phone for 6 weeks. It has never worked! After 27 calls to Tech customer service and billing, I'm out 266.00$ for service I could never use. I've been a customer for 18 to 20 years. I've never had a late payment, no disruption in service and have always had the same number. I've paid at least $*******. 00 over the years. Even the electric company gives back to its customers. I am appalled that the only thing metro can offer is a baseball channel. I hate baseball, how about a free top of the line phone. Or, how about a free month of service per every five years. METRO PCS, DONT BE SO STINGY!
