Attempted to log in to my account many times over the past many months and my pin would always be non-valid which I received from Metro PCS. Customer service could never help and was rude. Attempted to make payment before due date but was unable. Finally able to get it through the day after and received account suspended. Hope this does not affect my credit. They need to get their stuff together.
They have the worst system ever trying to do anything over the phone for yourself if you lose your phone you got to go to a store because you got to get a one-time passcode if your phone is stolen and you got to go to the store to get a one-time passcode if you lose your phone you got to go to the store to get a one-time passcode if your phone doesn't work you got to go to the store to get a one-time passcode most people don't call customer service unless their phone isn't working so why not just automatically go to the store. I'm sitting here right now my phone was stolen last night it's got a lot of different things on it I don't want people to access and I can't even turn the phone off because I got to go to a store and get it one time passcode well guess what I work days I can't get to a store to get a one-time passcode personally I'm switching to Boost after this time. I my phone runs out I can't stand MetroPCS anymore support system in the United States as far as I'm concerned
I am in shock this company has a customer. The customer is nonexistent, but the ignorant will be with us always. My issue is I purchased a NEW device, obviously I was home before I realized they sold me a refurbished defective device. Within one hour of my purchase they refused to exchange or assist me in any way.
I refuse to allow this type of fraud to go undocumented so Im taking them to small claims court.
This may assist in them cheating others. How ridiculous is Metro PCs.
I've used metro pcs for a about four months, they are worst company I have ever dealt with, I went there and upgraded my phone literally two days later after purchasing a brand new phone the screen went black, they would not replace it or do anything about it when I got the phone I had two lines when I went in after the phone broke I asked them to cancel one line the guy said he canceled it I was on auto pay for the next two months they still charged me for the two lines after I canceled it so I had called and asked for a refund for the extra line I was paying they said it was my fault for paying that amount and I should of known that I was paying the extra amount so they will not give me a refund so they basically stole almost 400 $ from me and they don't care about customers just about money stay far away from this company they have the worst customer service I've ever seen they will not rectify any situation worst experience ever sad to say but I switched to a different company.
They have pretty good deals for new customers if it was real. They sell you a phone at a good price to get you to use their service and force you to take their most expensive monthly service among the highest in the industry. They claim you can change plans after the first month. When you try to change plans they first claim the 30 days isn't up so you cant switch yet. After you wait to get to 30 days they now claim your bill is over due so you can't change plans still. After you pay the 2nd month at the extremely high rate you try to change plans at their store and you are told they cant change your plan for you. If you were switching to a more expensive plan they would do it in a second. So you go to their Ap to change the plan and it won't let you change to any of the cheaper plans either. You will be stuck paying for the highest rate plan for 6 months before you can get rid of MetroPCS and transfer your number to another company. Don't use them they will lie to you and cheat you.
Metro is not worth having. It use to be a very good phone service until they started switching to sprint. Alls you get half the time is no service. I know a large amount of people who have metro and they are having the same problems. This company should have never merged with sprint. I have had metro for more than 10 years never had no problems until this year. I am going to switch phone company.
I switched to metro pcs about 4 and a half years ago. I decided to switch when I was trying to lower my monthly bills, due to becoming pregnant. Constant dropped calls to the point where I am scared to make an important phone call. Dropped calls during emergencies. I pay for (4G), that NEVER works. Service is rediculous. At least a hundred hours of my life wasted, to them point of crying with frustration's. Prior to metro Pcs. I used T-mobile for ten years and then At&t for five. Do not waste your money to pay for Metro-Pcs, unless you'd like your phone to show a NO SERVICE in that upper left hand corner permanently. I Never write reviews. I felt I need to. It's sad that people who are trying to minimize bills and HAVE to use a lower priced carrier can not even guarantee I can dial 911 in an emergency. This was not due to towers not being in range. Etc. Etc. Etc.
Different states, different times... phone calls. So many phone calls to customer service with no accurate recording on metro Pcs to my account so every phone call to customer service took an extra thirty minutes to even get to someone "helping" me. The absolute waste of people's money!
Metro pcs is absolutley the worst phone service I've ever used. Horrible customer service, always rude as can be, your situation or the world situation doesn't make a $#*! to them and they just want to get into your wallet And do whatever they can to make a couple extra bucks off you. Employees up sell expensive phones And accessories and downplay anything under a G. I tell everybody I come into contact with on the subject the same things and I sincerely hope words spreads and this company topples. GD crooks
I spend 100$ a month 1200. 00+ a year on phone service to get idiots on a customer service call that ends up with me wanting to change phone companies. I change companies and Bam the idiots return. Life would be Grand if we got what we payed for and received Excellent Customer service, unfortunately that is in an imaginary world because these phone companies are Trash. Money is all this country cares about so Thank you Metro for not being worth $#*! and Thank you T -Mobile for following me to metro and showing me how much of a POS you remain to be.
I report my phone stolen buy another phone pay the bill call my phone that was stolen and it's still on with my number. Now I find out I've paid two bills for two phones even though the other phone was stolen. Is this really customer service.? I called Metro this morning no one can speak English until afternoon. Bad business
T-Mobile MetroPCS T-Mobile is the worst phone company during the pandemic I ask them can I at least extend my phone service before shutting me off they told me no I had to pay $10 or I will be shut off immediately and they did shut me off so I have no phone service I have a 2 year old and a 6 month old baby and my home and now I don't have a phone and they know the covid-19 is going on and the stay-at-home order is going on and on top of that President Trump total bill collectors do not charge for late payments and that's why they are cutting me off because of $10 late payment so I would advise everybody not to get any phones from MetroPCS Boost Mobile is the best I will be taking my phone service to Boost Mobile as of today I would stay said to me that they are giving away free phones and free service and you do not have to pay until the next month as of today during the pandemic so I will be taking my service over there my email is *******@yahoo.com.

Kith agent number ******* was not helpful at all. My issue was not resolved. She put me on hold to come back to the line to tell me an out right lie. The eight digit pin is bs someone can still get into your account. Metro PCS will text them your pin if they have your security pin.
I have been with MetroPCS for maybe three years now yesterday I upgraded my dad cell for he's on my plan in Rochester New York on Lyell avenue the young men working did not have a mask on and was the most rudest inconsiderate person I've ever encountered he was kicking the wall because he had to transfer all my father's data from the old phone to the new phone if he doesn't want to work maybe he should have stayed at home I would have walked out and normally I would have but my father wanted his phone and you can forget about calling the customer representative for metro because all you get is some automated robot O'Keefe's giving you the runaround I believe I'm taken my two cell phones and I'm going to AT&t MetroPCS from Friday and yesterday got over $400 from me the gentleman that worked Friday who upgraded me or wonderful just wonderful that's why I went back to the store on Lyell yesterday but unfortunately I was greeted by a miserable hungover young man with no mask on whose girlfriend was working with him behind the counter but no mask on either I am giving metro my money like I said they got close to $400 in the past two days plus $82 monthly I will not be treated like that I was going to go farther and talk to the regional manager to get this young rudinen fired but my father talked me out of it and if this rude young man who is kicking the walls yesterday read this you need to take a class and etiquette and you need to take a class in being nice you are the most rudest young man I have ever met when you kick the wall twice I personally should have went around the corner and kicked you I'm leaving metro you can take your ghetto $#*! company and you know what you can do with it

I purchased this phone back in December of 2019, gave the sales person my info for caller ID and it still hasn't been displayed correctly. I can't believe something so simple has been a huge problem. I can't believe I chosen these people over Verizon. I'm going to give metro pcs a week to correct this issue and if be corrected, I will be leaving them... to anyone looking for phone service. I will strongly suggest go elsewhere.

I have been with metro for while with no issues until now. I got a brand new phone. Didn't realize it was defective, would not charge because the port in the bottom of the phone was LOOSE. Called, AFTER denied from insurance. They transferred me to a department, the guy said he would send me a new phone, be to me in a few days & gave me tracking#. 4 days later still nothing, call metro and they have no idea what I am talking about. Then find out the tracking# is bogus! I can't tell you how many times I have been on the phone with customer service and have gotten no where but the run around. I asked for a supervisor on one of the last calls and the guy told me that it might take up to an hour to get one on the phone. I might just switch I am so mad!
