I like the price but the quality was not very effective as there were too many dropped calls in my area.
Why is it that I've been with MetroPCS for over 5 years but I still have to pay two and $300 for a phone do they acknowledge good customers or not I guess not at all
They treat there customers so bad the manager stole money on north grand in Springfield Illinois they are very rude
I bought a phone from metro pc making sure I had insurance.cuz I drop things often.so thay talked me into buying a 70 dollar protection cace upto ten foot drop.i dropped my phone from waste high it shattered I took it back to get another one and I'm being told I don't have any insurance.I feel like I have been coned and lied to me believing I was getting a great deal.i feel cheated and I'm stuck with a phone that screen is shattered.Iv cut my finger on the screen several times because I was lied an cheated by metro employee.all I want is for metro to honer what thar employee told me I want another phone with out having to pay more. Now having to go through all this extra bull$#*! I think thay should give me a upgrade new phone something for having all this bull$#*! I'm not satisfied with metro pc I will tell everyone I meet what has happened to me with metro pc I will tell everyone not to get any service with metro or t mobile because they are going to tell u one thing make u believe it getting a good deal but only for u to realize it all is bull$#*!
My husband and I have been with them for 7 years we moved went to store purchased wifi tower paid $170 for it take it home slow or no service took tower back up there they reset it says it's fine call every other week complaining about no bars and we have to go on our porch to talk on cell phones in winter also go back June pay bill explain our Wi-Fi service Mona looks our address up and says there's not even a tower in our area to support it and they should refund us call metro 4 times will not refund our monies at all so we switched to Spectrum they will not refund our cell phone money or Wi-Fi $ but I been taking pics of our service and screenshot the bars on Wi-Fi so I'll see them in small claims court need all ours back do not go to metro they could care less and customer service is a waste of my vocabulary I'm over it run us our refund and cell phone bill is all current and bills not due till July 25 and they still won't refund although we are with another company thanks metro yall suck
Always get disconnected always changing towers. I should have changed service along time ago. Virgin mobile was awesome.

I suspended a phone line and the this lady went in and without the pin had it turned back on she went as far as to say every phone line has an individual name just because the acct is in my name he can have it turned back on and that's a lie another lie she said I would get a $215 penalty if I disconnected a line another lie it's month to month
I called to report it and they clearly know it was suspended and that the store that turned it back on had no right they tryed to give me a $30 discount haha I have no problem paying my bill but the bad part is not that she is a liar it's that she has all metro PCS customers private information and that's scary I refuse to do business with a company that is this sloppy with employees and doesn't nothing to stop it good luck everyone
I bought a new phone on a Saturday and I tried to charge it on Saturday. THE CHARGING PORT WAS BROKEN. I when I brought my phone to the Metro PCS store in Georgetown Delaware the representative looked at the phone, saw it was broken and decided I DID IT. SO IT Was just to bad. Make a claim on insurance. We can't fix it you can get a new phone at retail price of hundreds. They acted like I was some kind of con woman and being of service was not in their job description. The main office sent me to a store in Salisbury about 45 minutes away. The 2 stores in Salisbury where owned by the same no service owner! I absolutely hate going to that store. I had an issue with my phone and went to an ATT store and the representative fixed the problem in 2 minutes, and I certainly felt better there than the awful Georgetown Delaware and Salisbury are only sales outlets who don't assist anyone who is not buying. Metro PCS service is 30 a line so its inexpensive but you pay for the lack of service, now you can't call a human on 611 the Metro help line. A computer sends you to a page that refers you to a page that had information about something else. Don't know how to get help. NOT FROM THE STORE.
Metro pcs has offered great customer service for the first two years i have had them imo. One of the best services offered imo is the My metro app and how convenient it makes it to pay my bill and if needed i have the option to get a 48 hr extension of full services. The services which for two years if needing the extension, i pay my bill in full shortly after getting the extension and everyones interest are covered. Now starting this month i find out that if i need the courtesy restore until i can pay my bill that the talk and text will be restored but not the internet services. The internet service is about 80% of why i pay my bill. Its kind of petty at first thought. Anyway it was conveniet in the event i made a mistake and was not on top of my bill payment. This month being out of town on vaca til friday and not having payed my bill in advance this is a real headache since i was to rely on there service. Im a 2 year customer with no debt with them and i purchased all my products from there store and will have no internet for the next couple days atleast until im home. Then argueing im paying a full bill for services im not able to use is another headache. Imo they now have made the corp swing of pushing there expenses of business onto there customer instead of offering a customer service which extends there service. That philosophy is what pushes me away. Ive been down that road with big companys before. Usually i walk away and find another way to meet my needs.
Yesterday I called Metro to find out why my text to my cousin in Mexico bounced back to me. I was told my plan did not have a $5 feature to allow access to Mexico & Canada so I said fine
They should have included it to begin since I recently started the plan and we travel to both countries often. Today I wake up my services were shut off saying $5 was past due
So I get on the phone with Ben a very ignorant jerk who finally after 45 minutes got a female on the line
I tell her I hope you reviewed the call and are simply coming on the line to apologize and tell me for the trouble we caused I am going to restore the services
Instead, I got hung up on
I now know why agents are so rude it comes from horrible management
I waited a few hours to write this and to see if she would call or activate the service
Once I realize it was not going to happen I completely give up on them
I know when Metro was alone they were better now that T Mobike purchased them
They give it the same Facebook and Instagram affect

MetroPCS discriminate any customer from using Discover card payment for any Metro PCS monthly payment bill every months. Try to use it on MetroPCS online yourself for proof.

This is a real crooked crooked company don't fall for their advertisement that they're giving a free phone for an upgrade that's b******* they want you to come in and they'll never have that phone that they're advertising but they will give you another one so don't go there go to cricket I'm not advertising for them cricket or green or something or go to Walmart and get a prepaid phone you got to pay anyway somebody so might as well be them and you can't be tracked and you can get a new SIM card a couple of times anyway I'm so frustrated with them and also the new owners now that are coming up and they're taking over this yes and it is a privately owned company they're a franchise they're very discerning all their horrible horrible horrible horrible. I was with straight talk couldnt gain access to my own account bc obviously it was hacked by a but care so I stupidlyhad thrown into a lake one day and changed to metro pcs after I was home for a day it then began messing up couldn't access any apps I was told go to store they'd replace phone then store would tell me to call CS LOL
