I was on the site placing an order, when up came a pop up offering 15%discount if I keep shopping. So I ordered a small item additional. The site split my order into two orders, the 15%came off the small item and not the larger ones. I was charged shipping for two orders, not one. And, today... I get yet an additional duplicate order-that I had not placed. Trying to communicate with Customer Relations takes days to get a response, never the same person twice, and only by email. They do not seem to read the complaint issue as they respond with off the wall answers. The quality of the items is fine. The process seems to be problem.
I placed two different orders. The first one was great, the second one had a wrong item in it. It took a while to get resolved but eventually got the right item. They even told me to keep the incorrect items (they don't take returns). You get what you pay for. This isn't a fancy department store. You get great deals, but don't expect super-high quality.
I bought the advertised 100% genuine leather crossbody bag in light brown. Absolutely NOT leather, but some cheap vinyl "made in China" After contacting customer service, I was told that yes, they are leather! And no returns. I wrote back again saying this is false advertising and misrepresentation! I know what leather is, this is not leather! I want my money back!
Believe it or not, I did get a refund... NEVER to buy from them again!

I had an answer saying would be replaced and I had that replacement within a week.
I purchased a lot of items for xmas and birthday around the same time. I was very pleased with this experience also with all my purchases.
Ordered leather cross body bag. It smells of mold. I could smell the mold even before I opened it. There was a plastic bag inside the plastic shipping bag and the mold smell came through it all.
The horrible mold smell is one issue, the sewing around a zipper is another. I've contacted customer service with no response. Buyer beware!
I have not received my order there is no tracking until they say you have receive your order. They email me to contact my post office and neighbors about my order. I did it was no where to be found. I will never buy from them again. That was the last reply from them. I paid about $52.00 dollars with them. There is no accountability with this company. I ordered it from Face Book page. I plan to contact my credit card company and Facebook about their horrible services. Don't buy from Mobstub the are no good. They. Actually deserve zero in the scoring rating.
Ordered several fun gifts for the holiday. I ordered 3 pairs of gloves and received 6 pairs in the mail. I contacted MobStub to report the mistake. To my surprise they told me to keep the extras! A smart, customer focused company with many attractive products... Thanks MobStub.
Although there was a glitch with our order, the customer service rep. Responded quickly and efficiently. The matter was handled with the utmost professionalism. I will continue to be a Mob Stub customer and will definitely recommend them to all my friends. Thanks So Much! You Guys Rock!
I have used Mobstub several times with no problems and always been quite happy with my purchases. Recently an order was sent out, mostly right, but two of the items were the wrong size. Unable to get ahold of the vendor I contacted customer service, relayed my problem and waited. The very next day I was contacted and through a few very pleasant e-mails my new merchandise is now on its way, in the correct sizes. I was very pleased with the response time, no hassle and very nice attitude of the customer service member. I would highly recommend Mobstub!
Don't Order from this site... places an order 3 weeks ago and still no order... contacted their Customer Service, slow response time on telling me what is the status of my order and replies with a lame excuse of having problems on their end and they will ship out my order... still nothing

Answer: They have NO customer service #, when you have a problem with an order, you have to e-mail their 'customer service dept.' then an automated E-mail response is sent to you. Then another will come 1-2 days later asking you to send them an e-mail with a pic of what is wrong with your order. My advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR MERCHANDISE IS JUNK & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, IN FACT MOST OF WHAT THEY SELL IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE! Answer: Although there are items on the Mobstub site that are worth the money (?) there is a lot of junk that I've purchased in the past that wasn't "worth it" in the Dollar Store either. I don't wish to denigrate it, but Mobstub is obviously in business (as is Big Lots) for the same reason if one wishes to figure it out. TRUE: The Egyptian sheets shrink. 100% pure cotton also pills and is no longer satiny-finished. Some of the electronic (motion-detecting) lights simply never worked. Most of the jewelry is cheaply-made, gold-painted, junk that is transported in the box worth more than the product is. Often the instructions (if you are so bold to e-mail/ask, are written in Chinese and sent to your e-mail address in a. Pdf file you need to print from your own computer. Then, does anybody else recall the first Japanese-written (translated) instructions for the original VCRs back in the 1970s-80s? Right! Good luck deciphering the translations. Some of the Apple Phone cases dpn't work as advertised but most of the wires and charging systems and extensions are good buys with Radio Shack now in bankruptcy and gone. Men's clothing can be expected to shrink. Women's (?) The merchandise delivery time is seldom as fast as one would anticipate, but then if you have dealt without it this long how inconvenient is it really (?) Unless it is for a special date or Christmas, forget about having already ordered it, and it will eventually "get there". So, my years-of-experience with Mobstub has been in seriously reading the fine print in the "details" and in totally ignoring the delivery promise. More times than not I receive a product that I cannot purchase at a Best Buy or Walmart at a lower price. ->Right now, their advertised flash drive is a very good purchase<- So, once again, Caveat Emptor: Let the buyer beware of life's lessons.
