The first time i ordered from Modanisa was 8 months ago and i'm absolutely in love with it! Since then i bought 12 dresses, 10 hijab, and a jeans. They are all perfect with high quality materials, also it fits me perfectly. Shipping is so fast, i sometimes received my order 4 days after i placed it ( I live in Jordan). Everyone is amazed that i bought such quality clothes online! Super fast, super affordable, and THE BEST QUALITY CLOTHES!

I placed my order on 12 th April.
I received no email to say my order had been placed.
When i went to the website to check the status of my order it said itbhad bwen shipped and i should receive my order by 17th April.
Today is 19th April. No package
I tried calling the telephone numbers on their website... they dont work!
Also emailed many many times, no reply!

I would rate MODANISA MINUS FEW HUNDREDS if it was avail to select!
I ordered few garments from them, one of which was damaged! The rest were super mini sizes! Their sizing guide is absolutely ridiculous! Makes u wonder who their client base are! Tiny creatures or humans!
Anyways, wen I returned the garment I requested a refund. Modanisa only refunded part payment n REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGED GARMENT THAT THEY SHIPPED OUT TO ME! I contacted them on various occasion but MODANISA IGNORED MY EMAILS N DID NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF MY ENQUIRIES!
As of today they still have an outstanding balance of £27 that they owe to me!
It's been bout 4 months now!
DON'T WASTE UR MONEY N GIVE TO THIEVES!
A SERVICE THAT ONLY COLLECTS MONEY BUT FAILS GREATLY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICES!

My wife ordered 32-33 items on July 21st and we paid about $ 500, but we got nothing on September 4th today. They have great customer service. I was complaining that my clothes were late, they called me right away and handled it very well.
Also it has been one of the websites I keep ordering from.

My wife has ordered from this site few times. Their items never arrive on time, customer service is so terrible. As others mentioned, the color in the photos don't match the real item; actual item is much much darker than what is shown in photo, instead of milky off white color, the actual color is brown. One of the dresses arm diameter is too small and very tight as it gets close to the shoulder! Total garbage. When we tried to do a return on those items for (Total manufacturing defect, and false advertisement), the shipping label stated that a $12.9 will be deducted from paid price for shipping! We contacted customer (not so much) service, it took them 2 weeks to reply! Finally (not so much) customer service told us it is Modanisa's policy to charge for shipping on returned items, even if it is a manufacturing defect! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I will be reporting them to consumer report.

Sorry to say after giving the site another chance had the same awful experience regarding refunds. It is now nearly 2 months with endless emails and phone calls but no refund. The emails state the same thing over and over again telling me the item is with customs which I find confusing as I followed their guidelines.
The reason why I chose to use the site again was for two reasons the fact that they have a large selection of modest clothing and lastly to give them a other chance.
The problem with this company is that it is really easy to order from the site but anything to do with returns is a nightmare. Their customer service is not at all helpful with limited English, I have provided them proof of return.
Please make sure you have a look at the products closely and also get your sizes practically perfect as their sizing is not accurate. I would honesty stay away from this site ordering from them is a gamble and God forbid you should return something. I would rather pay more on another site and know that there are proper things in place.

Don't bother if you live in out of Turkey as you wont be able to ship the goods back to them. I ordered 3 coat and 3 of them supposed to be same size while only 1 was the expected size. Besides you CANNOT CHANGE once you PLACED AN ORDER FROM THEM as their respond is "they ship directly from warehouse thus they cant change anything!" Never ever again, i cant waste more money there. GET YOUR items from SHEIN better business practice i believe! DO you know also they don't allow me to put my review on their website at all as their business to be not affected!
Ohh I forgot to mention as you can see my order size is 5XL and 54 which is approximately same, and they came as Medium size not even XL. Lol. Thankfully i can relief myself as 1 of the coats fit! Which has horrible quality scratchy elastic fabric on the wrists!

I have ordered from modanisa twice. The clothes I received is of very good quality and good fit, though perhaps slightly smaller than expected (the sleeves especially are pretty tight) the measurements on the website with each garment give a good reference to choose a correct size. Overall, I am happy with all the items. The fabrics are of very good quality.
However, II believe that Modanisa really needs to up their customer service to European standards. I have just received an order confirmation email stating that I should open the order IMMEDIATELY upon receiving and if not correct then to return it to the delivery man straight away. This is just ridiculous, who will be opening parcels right in front of a delivery man? I also have friends who received wrong items in their order and the customer service they received was appalling (different answers from different people, non-responses) In the end she gave up and lost all money because there was no way to get a reasonable response from them.
Modanisa, you are making great clothes, keep the quality up but improve your customer service.

They are pretty smart with that checking out and making it seem like an error happened when nothing was going wrong and then when it said if you use this amount of money or more than you get free shipping but then when I went on the basket section and scrolled down the price was very high and I only put 2 cheap clothing items in the basket, but I just was like they're a "good" they know what they're doing and so I continued with the whole purchasing process and then it starts telling me there was an error and something to check with my bank and so I went back and substituted those 2 items with 1 item that was very cheap and I checked if it would let me this time and it still said the same thing and I was like how much money is in this credit card and never blamed the company thinking I was doing something wrong. NEVER BUY FROM THIS $#*!TY COMPANY.

Appalling Customer Service! Worst I have experienced whilst doing shopping online. Whilst there is decent support available for placing the order and getting money from customers, the refund and return process is awful. Once I received a shirt which was pen-marked and I needed to send back defective item to Turkey on my own cost. Now, when they have alleged UK warehouse for returns, the process is not any better. Still awaiting my refund 2 weeks after sending my parcel. Have provided tracking number and proof of delivery on 3 occasions and every time I have been promised to hear back from them in 2-3 days, but nothing happens. My query about incorrect charge for my order is dwelling without response for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I received and automated message thanking me for my patience and advising that they still look into my query. Please avoid! Complete time wasters. Better add few extra pounds and buy from UK local modest fashion brands like INAYAH etc. Quality of the merchandise is quite questionable. You get what you pay for. Order number *******

I'v been buying from modanisa since 2015 in total 11 orders, the first order came fast and every thing was amazing as described, second order was missing a pant for tracking suit it took me 3 months to be able to get a pre payed shipping label and have my money back.
In 2016 I made 8 orders all of them was perfect sizes, colors and fabrics as I imagined but only one order in 2017 was a problem because I needed exchange 2 items and here again comes the suffering from customer service they told me to return the items on my own which going to coast me $109 for 2items worth $56 which is crazy. Trying to reach them couple of times but no use.
So I have mixed opinion here.
I have no problem with colors or fabric or sizes specially that the website is easy comparing to others, they have everything listed in the item description the measurement, available colors and sizes and which kind of fabric so I just take my time reading the details and decide. My only problem is the "customer services " they have no flexibility at all. Besides they have no authority to solve any problem basically they tells you their policy but not able to take any action to help customer. Here in USA we used to dealing with companies that able to make customers happy no matter what. Like Amazon.

Answer: You can email them on info@modanisa.com to get inquiry about your tracking number, according to your country there will be customs fees and so you can check online what are the costs for your country. Also you can ask them on email which is delivering company dhl or aramex so that you can call ans ask them about any extra fees. Well if you dont pay you sont get your order.
