I do not recommend purchasing items through Modanisa. I will no longer buy anything from them due to their deceptive pricing practices. They charge significantly higher prices than the original brand sites for the same products. I have attached a screenshot as evidence, showing the substantial price differences. Modanisa's markup exceeds 250% above the actual price. Please avoid shopping at Modanisa. Having recommended them to my entire family for the past five years, I am deeply disappointed and will not endorse them any longer.

They charge significantly higher prices than the original brand sites for the same products. I have attached a screenshot as evidence, showing the substantial price differences. Modanisa's markup exceeds 250% above the actual price. Please avoid shopping at Modanisa. The product prices in Canada are literally 4 times more expensive than if you were ordering the same products to a Turkish address (I've lived in both countries and used to order from their site). I paid $23 in shipping to Canada! And the return fee is on me, which I've yet to find out how much it is. All that to get one skirt, I pretty much wasted $50+ just in shipping and returns. They seem to think that people living in the west are picking dollar bills from trees.
The quality of the skirt wasn't even good. This will be my last time ordering from this website due to those reasons. Customer lost forever.

Tip for consumers:
Services need improvement for international customers. Return processing is very long, not guaranteed, and extremely expensive.

They send us wrong color skirt, when asked for refund or item replacement, only offering only coupon of same value, with no shipping cost. On there web site they are saying free returns and refund, which is completely wrong.

Worst service ever! I received a defective product with nails in it and badly injured my foot while trying it. They didn't even apologize and it took them 3 weeks agree to give me a refund, but insead they used my card info without authorization to deduct the price of the product from my account all over again. When I checked with them they denied that, until I had to contact my bank to deal with them and they helped me get back my money.
Be careful, such a deceitful company, and storing your credit card info is unsafe.

Tip for consumers:
Don't! The worst customer service there is. You're credit card information is not safe and can be used with any authorization from you.

Their fabrics on their clothes are the worst.When they say that their item is cotton it is not.Modanisa gives the worst quality of items,with the worst cuts and the strings are hanging all over their clothes.A little better are Nacchos tunics for women,but nothing to impress you neither,they also have defects in the way they are cut too.

Do not use it,save your money and time and never use Modanisa website.

I placed an order with them over a month.
My order stock in the transit. Tried to send emails, no reply. The only way is the live chat. Which is useless as it is only same person every time and not helping at all. All he says we are monitoring your case. No one care. No response. Took my money and no order.

I ordered a combo of tunic and pants from Modanisa for a special occasion. I was excited to receive the suit because I absolutely loved everything about it, especially the color. When I received it, the color was nothing like in the picture. According to Modanisa my only option is to return the clothing. But by returning I'll lose money as the refund doesn't cover the shipping and the cost of clothing. I really just wanted to have it in the right color. I am so disappointed that I don't think I will be ordering anymore. It's too bad, because I've bought most of my clothing from Modanisa.

I love modanisa, always order but this time there was a careless mistake done by them my one item they forgot to send and another item they sent 2 orders instead of one, we have to pay custom duty, on top of that ups delivery fee, exchange rate, my orders almost becomes double the price. This mistake should be compensated.

The worst thing about shopping from modanisa in Canada is that you have to pay 50% of the entire order price as duty to the postman. Don't even think about returning an item or it will cost you a fortune without getting your money back.
I like the styles and I have ordered a lot from this website but the sizes are sometimes off, specially underwear, tops and blouses sizes are not standardized... you may get lucky sometimes and receive the right fit. Shoes and bags, stay away from them. Dresses and trousers are fine. I have attached the picture of two tops that are both tagged as M but one of them is actually small or xsmall.

I ordered three dresses, which did not fit me. I sent these back using royal mail tracking. I got a refund for one item (minus the £5 "admin" charge). I have been trying to chase up about the two remaining items, but been hitting dead ends. They claim to have received only one item out of three. Every time I call customer services I am told that someone more senior will investigate and call me back. This company is not to be trusted. I have lost my money for two items I paid for. Which were not cheap. Very disappointed and will advise you to avoid at all cost!

Superb, material and styles. I am shocked to see such bad rating.

The dresses were a bit too long for me but I easily hemmed myself. The material is excellent/ not cheap like other online materials. You just need to find the right style for yourself. I am so pleased with my previous buy that I have ordered more dresses. Will write an update as soon as I get my new purchase.

I live in Canada and the taxes and import costs are almost 50% of the value of your package. Also I bought a dress for $80 and unfortunately it did not look like anything in the picture so wanted to return but the shipping cost was $90. Other than these two issues everything else is pretty great.

I am so utterly disappointed with the service provided by modanisa. 3 times in a row, they sent me the wrong order, and when I tried contacting them they kept saying 'your product matches the order' and then 'case closed'. I've never dealt with such terrible service in my life. I will definitely not be purchasing from modanisa ever again. I ended up having to pay for something I hadn't even ordered.

Tip for consumers:
Don't order anything you might not want to keep. You have to pay for shipping yourself, and its around 5-6 euros (here in Europe), even if they accidentally send you the wrong item, you still have to carry the costs yourself. I regret having purchased from here alot.

Purchased from this website and the size was wrong although I followed their size chart and ordered 2 sizes than my usual size, returned the item and sent it back by recorded post and paid for the delivery (most big and trusted companies support a free return policy, but unfortunately not Modanisa) I contacted the customer service via email few times to inform of the return item and to request the refund, few weeks so far not even respecting their customers by replying to the emails. I advice everyone who thinks to purchase items from this company to think twice, otherwise you would not get back your money.

I made sure to read all the fine details of their return policy before I made my order, I noticed that they mention that you are responsible for shipping costs but I figured it would be the standard 10$ not 220$! Which is more than the cost of the dress! I sent multiple emails and the solution they had for me was to cancel my complaint!
They should have prepaid shipping labels for returns like all the other online companies. Such a scam considering you never know sizing with them either!

I have been told my parcel has been delivered to another address.
Tracking company shows "Manifest not received" I have said just give me a refund as I give up and cannot be bothered with this trouble. But they are not doing this either.

I will be taking legal actions very soon if this is not sorted ASAP.

Since my previous review they have now changed the return procedure it's really easy and quick you automatically receive a return label and stick it to your package. They deduce around 10 euros for shipping fees but it's ok as long as I can send stuff back when I'm not pleased with the purchase.
So overall Im really pleased with my shopping on Modanisa.

What else can I say! Modanisa has disappointed me big time! First bought evening dress it was a little ok! So I was traveling for 3 months. N I bought clothes of 3000 euro. That was the biggest mistake in my life to make shopping online this useless Modanisa! Spent a lot of money to shop all came nothing but trash the fabric is not quality at all the colors r so much different from what u see
Very poor customer service. They don't respect customer.
I wanted to return for sizes. The told me I have to pay for the shipping. Which is almost the same amount I pay money I paid for the clothes
Here I'm! Modanisa have really made me look like a fool

My total was 74 but they billed my 90 as they save the order in USD and then they convert it to CAD at a different rate. Basically liars. Clothes were basically ugly. Colors were not as shown in picture. Very very cheap material. Chinese website have better quality clothes. This is the last time I am buying from them.

Their fabric are very nice, they have quality clothes. The only downside is you have to pay for the duties and tax when you received your parcel. But other than that it's a good website if you like to buy modest but modern clothes. Shipping was fast. Satisfied customer.

I have purchased two dresses online from Modanisa in November and the cargo Company FedEx driver delivered my package to some wrong address. The picture on fedex proof of delivery is not my door. I reached out to Modanisa explaining my issue and today is December 31, they still haven't resolved my issues. I have been checking my status with them almost every other day and they have been very incompetent. I reached out to FedEx and they mentioned that Modanisa needed to file a case since they did a direct business with them. My credit card company has billed me already and I have been going through a nightmare with how Modanisa has been handling my situations.The only way I can reach out to them is through chat and each time is a random person. I just want to let my word out that, you will have to go through the worst nightmare with Modanisa if your package gets misplaced or lost

I am always ecstatic when I buy from Modanisa. The shipment to Germany is super fast. I have always doubts about the size that I should pick, because some brands obviously have different measures, such as Benin. So this time I ordered something and it was super huge, I reached out to the customer service, returned the items that I don't want, got my return receipt, and got refunded instantly after the package returned to the warehouse, like this whole process took less than a week. A HUGE improvement in the logistics I gotta say. Still hope the quality of clothes and finishing will improve in the future, I find it (8/10). Then I would give 5/5 stars.

Bad customer service
No help
No refund program
They tell us 48 hours of shipping but i ordered since 2 weeks and i haven't receive my items yet. It's just a scam. Customer service don't give you the right answer and take time to answer also
