Bad Customer service Rude everybody that works there is rude as hell. Not a good company for job payment they play with your account
I have literally an order in with Walmarts placed an order they Walmart put a hold on your account but then they refund that hold for the total amount because they if they didn't have all the stuff you need it long story short I had to do a refund also, Walmart literally sent the refund right over. I could see it on the app. Transaction stay in pending for literally so long and now I'm negative money and I have money in my should be 207.14 and it's saying I'm -90 some dollars and then the customer service doesn't know what they're talking about at all and they're very rude I have called the three people I've talk to you have been so rude very very, very rude. They don't know what they're talking about what they're doing, the one customer service rep said I was negative money and I wasn't but because there was a minus sign next to the account instead of a + where I made a purchase and I had to tell him that's because I made a purchase that's why there was a - there that doesn't mean I'm negative Absolutely terrible.
Beware don't use your money network card to stay at hotels. They will hold your deposit for 31 days. Customer service is zero help.
This banking company is a SCAM they steal your money and blame it on other sources! Do not trust this service!
THIS IS THE WORST APP I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO BE FORCED TO USE! It is a rare occasion that you are able to actually ever be able to sign in. Then if you are lucky enough to succeed there are no options to do anything with YOUR MONET. You can not transfer it anywhere. The onky thing you can hope for with this awful app is maybe see a correct balance and even that is hit or miss! I would never willinglily use this app and i am extremely curious how they landed a vontract with the State of Califirnia to handke the EDD payments! Thanks for making an already difficult situation that much harder! GREAT JOB!
The fact that you have to go through so much just to speak with someone is beyond annoying. Customer service is a joke. Would not recommend.
My son works for a company that utilizes Money Network for their payroll, after being employed for 2 years with no issues his account is Randomly "Flagged" for Identification issues, so my son calls them - tries to send in the requested information to the provided email... and it bounces, he tries again for the next week and 1/2 with the same results, then yesterday he got me (his Father involved) same steps and today at noon same result, with a few other points
1) they cannot Confirm that an email is recieved as thats a "Different dept
2) they Will not transfer you to this other dept as "They dont take calls"
3) They cannot do anything about emails bouncing from their server bescause thats "a different dept"
4) been fighting this for a week and 1/2? - expediting a case because their system is messed up is "Not an option"
5) Cant get through their system? Must be your fault
This company's call center is based in Asia and therefore they do not recognize US Laws and will not talk to a minors legal guardian without the minors consent even if that consent had been given on a different occasion
I realize that this is a lowest bidder thing... but if you find that the company you are working for / your child is working for uses Money Network for their payroll do whatever you can to NOT deal with these people
I have been dealing with these C@*ts for about a year now I would prefer to close the account but I want to be refunded first! They have allowed $1,575.00 to be taken from me without any resolution or help whatsoever. $255.00 of it was from getting hacked from overseas. Bangkok, Czecklslovacia, and Britain which I have never been to any of these places nor have I purchased anything from any of them... And the rest is from trying to pay my credit card on capital one. I make the payment... It's instantly withdrawn from my account the moment I press accept on my credit card side; than a day or so later Capital One says it returned the payment due to insufficient funds You've got to be kidding me. I mention it and they say to take it up with capital one... I fill out a dispute form and they deny it for inaccurate reasons. I have contacted the CPA and am about to get a lawyer involved and sue them. Enough is Enough and I don't work for schmucks to Steal my money and lie to me about it. They sent me a letter on Oct 23rd or 2023 stating my dispute was resolved and they are closing it when it states they denied me the refund of unauthorized withdrawals... CPS reaches out to them on Nov 1st and they claim they are still working on it DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE/BANK, YOU WILL REGRET IT... They don't even deserve a rating of 1.

They deactivated my daughters card when she asked them not to so no thanksgiving this year they don't deserve a good rating or nothing liar's

This company stole my middle class tax refund. And I can't reach anyone because I don't have a card I chose a refined check.
The worst service ever and they are a bunch of thieves and will do everything they can to prevent you from getting a refund
Money network payroll card is a scam! They are liars. My card was hacked into and they claim they ate secure but i am fighting to get my money back.
I received this stupid card because of the $700 Middle Class Tax Refund. I set up the account, and ready to make a transfer to my current bank institution. I entered 700, the website said "Error: invalid amount" without letting me know the daily maximum amount I could transfer. I entered 699, same error. I entered 650, same error. The system kicked me out and I tried to log in again. During logging in process, I requested a secured code to be sent to my email. I tried more than 5 times, and waited a few minutes each time. AND, no code ever sent to me. The codes however arrived to my mailbox after 15 - 25 minutes, BUT I only have 5 minutes to use the code each time or the code would expire.
Finally, my account was locked due to many log in attempts. Then, 3 secured codes arrived to my mail box, BUT I could not log in anymore. I had to call the customer service on the back of my card. I called and tried all the available options and still could not speak to a real person, but a robot taking me around and around with no way out. When I was selecting the options, I could only go one-way in, there was no way to go back to the previous menu. So, everytime I hit an end, I had to hang up and listened to their long message again. Here, with option 4, I got that the daily maximum amount I can transfer is $600. Why didn't you say it on your website with the error message?
Now, what should I do? I called the other customer service number, and it asked me to enter my card number. After entering my card number, they said they do not support my card, please call the number on the back of my card.
Lucky I never have an account with this company, but the middle class tax refund. Now, I am stuck in the middle of nowhere.
I read all the reviews and figured something out. This company charged fees whenever their customers make purchases. The fees will then be refunded in 7 days. For others like me, have governement money deposited in ATM cards, this company will find all possible ways to BLOCK their customers from withdrawing money out, or transferring money to other banks. The longer they hold your money, the longer they can BORROW it for something else.
Answer: It is a scam. No matter how much information you give about yourself they still will lie to you and send you a dispute sayin your claim is closed
