Oddly enough, the website printed on the back of the gift cards gives a "404" error, but when I simply typed "movietickets.com" it worked like a charm. We selected our theatre, selected our tickets, and printed out the confirmation number. No problem at all. Yes, there are some added fees, but the total didn't seem too much higher than purchasing at the theater.
I bought a gift card multi-pack at my favorite big warehouse retailer. Went to use one today and discovered the cards have no PIN and therefore do not work on the Fandango site to buy tickets and there appears to be no other way to redeem them... epic rip off! Found no help searching online resources that might offer resolution. Its like this issue is top secret. To add insult to injury, the Fandango "help" link is so incredibly backed up (no surprise), I gave up after waiting 43 minutes for live chat assistance. Yep, I was that determined to resolve... however, "chat help" was a no show. NOT A FAN. Never "donating" my $ by default for these again.
I HAVE TRIED TO BUY TCKETS FOR 2 DAYS USING GIFT CARDS. CAN'T COMPLETE PURCHASES. CAN'T REACH ANYONE BY PHONE. NO REAL RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE-JUST A AUTO RESPONSE :(
Scam scam scam! We bought $50 worth for $45 at Sams club and can't use the cards. Embarrassed that we gave this as a gift! DO NOT BUY!
Tried for 2 days and the website never works, displays as "processing" for 10 minutes before sending you back to the same page, a complete ripoff!
Incredibly frustrating website to work with. Their site is down frequently, and we rarely get the AT&T "Ticket Twosday" deal that we were promised.
I think everyone on this site said it better than me. Run! Don't get nothing from movie tickets.com. EVER!
Take them back, they dont work! Costco is suing them now. Bought the costco pack as gifts and non will redeem

Made a profile. Could not log in. 30 min customer service wait. Still was not helped. I wanted to get the AT&T off but the website will not upload.
Like everyone says, you can't use the online app and can't through to customer service worst ever. Like stay away.
Asked about seat reservations and they say that they don't have that feature and won't refund my money.
Received card as a gift--took forever to get it to work, then was charged an additional 15%--Some gift! What a ripoff
Difficult and inconvenient ti use. Charged extra fee while making it difficult to use. Worst company ever. Will complain to BBB as well.
Total scam and they sell these cars a SAMS wholesale too. Stay away do not buy website looks ligit site but it isn't.
I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. Can NOT USE gift cards and phone number for customer service is OUT OF ORDER!
