Ordered product over a month ago. Still hasn't shown up. They sent me an email that was titled tracking info but there was no tracking info. Said they'd offer me 10% off on my next purchase because of the delay and if it was something I was interested in to contact them. I wish I'd read these reviews.

I had high hopes for my orders. The first one I placed on 12-5-24 still has not arrived and according to tracking has been sitting in Illinois for the past three weeks. My email to the company was unresponsive to my problem. They referred to my second order (which I had not given them - I gave them my correct first order number) and said it was on its way. Its obviously is not. But I looked at the information for my second order then. It is the right bed, but it is being sent to an address in San Francisco and I live in Arizona. I immediately responded to that first email and have not heard from them although it has been 4 days and I emailed them again today and asked for a refund. Perhaps these two evens are unusual for this company, but they are the only two I have made, and I will never advise anyone to purchase from them again. I have notified my credit card company that this may be a scam "seller."

I placed an order on the 9th of December. It had still shipped, and has been in Elk Grove, IL forever. This is disgraceful! I will write a poor review of this company on every site, every day, until my refund is processed.

Beware! First the bed took about 30 days to show up and when I tried to cancel the order after about 15 days, I was told they cannot cancel orders after the shipping label is created. To make matters worse, the quality of the bed is horrible. There is hardly any stuffing inside and what stuffing is in there is not good quality. Save your money and buy elsewhere. As I've seen in other posts, the return policy is not even an option as you have to ship it back to China! This is a scam and they know what they are doing..

Product quality beyond awful. My large dog bed arrived in a ziploc size vacuum bag, which tells you how much support it actually has for your dog. Look closely at return policy and ask to see form before buying: they say you have to return it in original packaging (impossible) and give you a China return address which would cost hundreds of dollars to ship to. Look closely at other reviews - when you ask to return, they just start sending you message to give back 15% then 30%. Mine is in garbage, and I disputed with VISA.

I ordered this bed for my senior dog, it's been 18 days and it shows the bed still sitting at the warehouse in NJ… I am thinking I got s scammed out of my money. I don't understand what the hold up is? No phone number just email address. I mean WTF? Would like to know if I will get the bed or if I got scammed!

I placed an order on 10/30/24 and was told that, since shipping was slow, it would take 4-10 days. It has now been 14 days. After my original inquiry I got a response that was simply a copy of the order confirmation saying the order would take 4 -10 days. Subsequent inquiries have not been answered. There is no phone number to call. Online search looks like this is their usual service.

This bed is so flat compared to the photo. I'm disappointed. My dog is 12 and I got a much better bed on Amazon but it was just a bit too small.

I usually read all reviews before I purchase from an online store but I didnt in this instance so now I'm paying for that. I ordered this bed on the 12 of December, on the 17th I sent and email to inquire of the shipping date. They answered the email on that same day saying that the bed had already "dispatched from the fulfillment center and to please allow a few more days for the tracking number to show movement. (so in other words we have done nothing with your order but we will give it a label and tracking number so it looks as though we have)
On the 26th STILL no movement on the tracking number (2 weeks from order date) I sent an email telling them to cancel this order and to refund my money BUT OF COURSE NO ANSWER (3 DAYS LATER) There was no problem getting the $70 out of my account immediately

Do not purchase from this company, IT IS A SCAM. I ordered a bed on DECEMBER 1,2024 and as of today Dec 27th have not received the item and no change to tracking. Their BS story ts that it is held by a shipping partner in fairfield NJ since Dec 6th. The company has GHOSTED and has not responded to my multiple emails regarding status of my order.
I urge EVERYONE RIPPED OFF by this company to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau. Additionally, POST your horror story to EVERY PLATFORM they appear on, (i.e. Facebook, google, X, Threads, etc.) If you see a positive review, immediately challenge it, CALL THEM OUT. REACH OUT to their ISP to advise them that this company is ripping off customers and that the ISP is complicit by hosting them. Reach out to pay services like Paypal to let them know that this company is a SCAM... If you purchased through Paypal reach out to get this company deplatformed.

They make this bed look super fluffy and nice, but it's so deceiving. It's not thick or well cushioned, the only thing fluffy is the furry type fabric that makes it appear thick. I purchased 2 XXL sized beds for my fur babies at $80 each. I assumed they would be nice, fluffy, good quality BUT one only lasted one night. The thickness is just a tad taller than my Burt's Bees tube of chapstick that I placed next to it to show size on my picture I posted.(ZOOM IN to see the chapstick). My dog had a hole in one of the supposed "quality" beds and the cotton that it's stuffed with is minimal. I emailed and they are willing to give me $12 back. Totally a waste of money! I've bought much cheaper beds that have never been torn up. I just thought these would be super nice for my sweeties. Bad choice and $160 lost.

In My Opinion -
The bed quality is substandard and the size of the bed is inadequate and we purchased the XXL.
My dogs head lies over the side and he cannot stretch out fully. ( Golden Retriever)
With a name like Mr FluffyFriend you think ( wrongly) they are UK based but they are located in CHINA
To return the bed to CHINA FROM THE UK would cost the same price as the actual bed £70.
I blame myself for not reading these reviews and hope to help other people from making a MISTAKE!

When they say something is too good to be true...it is. It's taken 9 business days to fulfill my order. It's been stuck at a consolidator for 2 days. USPS status says still awaiting the item. Customer service is clearly offshore using generic macros. At this point, I'm hoping this thing is next to Jesus and sliced bread when it shows up, but based on these reviews, I don't have much hope.

After 2 weeks our 2 cats still won't have anything to do with the beds I bought for them. Put a favorite treat in the center and, at most, the brave one, Loki, will put a single foot on it and then grab and run. We haven't tried the one for the dog. Too hectic and crowded during the holiday season.
They are fluffy and very soft and I'd probably love a more padded, human sized one. I just don't get it as Loki jumps into and explores everything. I fear I've wasted my almost $200. Sigh:(

This supposed dog bed is nothing more than two pieces of flimsy material sewn together with a slightly enhanced border. Has no substance at all. Absolutely no padding. Dog might as well be lying on the floor on a pillowcase. Don't fall for their advertising. And don't buy from them.

Steer clear. I ordered one of their beds, but it never arrived, and they haven't refunded me yet. They always have an excuse as to why. I ordered this product on the 5th of December and today is 14 February, and they don't respond to inquiries, if they do they say we will let you know. How long to get a refund from a reputable company? 3-5 business days. Not 3-5 months.

I ordered an XXL size bed as per picture advertised with 2 dogs laying on it. I have.same breed and only one dog fits on it curled up. I reached out to Company and sent pics with measurements. Their response "size sent is correct " and I could get a refund if i paid shipping and restocking fee. There are other brands I would buy from someone else who is honest.
