Ordered product over a month ago. Still hasn't shown up. They sent me an email that was titled tracking info but there was no tracking info. Said they'd offer me 10% off on my next purchase because of the delay and if it was something I was interested in to contact them. I wish I'd read these reviews.
I ordered in November. It hasnot showed amd they claim they sent it and since it left their shop, they arent liable for their shipper (yet USPS says they are still awaiting the item and this has been the situation). Avoid this scam at all costs! They refused to refund or send another.
Travelled half the world to get here but I'm very happy! Love this product very much and i am satisfied thanks.

I was a bit worried reading the reviews, I bought a medium sized bed for my cat, it's fine, soft and fluffy, better than expected.

After a very long time I did receive Mr Fluffy. It arrived in a suspicious package, compressed and of previously used plastic with packaging tape covering most of the surface. With a return address of 'Jane, 371 Little Falls RD, STE 4, Cedar Grove NJ'!

I was surprised that it came in an itty-bitty package, but wow did it pouff out! Takes up a lot of space, but very attractive and comfy.

I contacted our warehouse immediately and confirmed we don't spray anything on the fabric. This is because of the air-tight plastic packaging exuded its smell under different temperatures while in transit. This smell will go away in just a few days and is harmless to your pet. You may put it outside in an open-air area, under the sun, or use an odor-neutralizer spray.

Just so you know, you are responsible for the costs of returning the item back to us. It is necessary that all packages that are sent to us are provided with a track & trace number.
Otherwise, it is very hard to ensure the package will arrive, regarding the current chaotic situation at the postal services.
Because we can all use some extra help to save you from the hassle of returning and return shipping costs can be expensive, I would like to offer you something special. We can issue a partial refund where you can keep the product. We will refund you 15% of the amount from your total purchase since you are not 100% satisfied, and you are able to keep your order. J'ai commandé un coussin pour chien le 19 janvier, aucune nouvelle de mon colis qui devait venir de France et je viens de réaliser qu'il vient de Chine, ceci n'était pas annoncé au départ. Le colis n'a pas pu être livré soi-disant parce que des informations étaient manquantes. Du vol organisé. Je vais introduire un dossier contre eux.

Très mauvais produit - endommage les meubles irrémédiablement. Le dessous coule, un produit chimique s'incruste dans les matériaux!
L'entreprise est au courant du problème mais décline toute responsabilité, bien évidemment.
Ils proposent de rembourser 1/3 du produit alors que les dommages sont de 3000€!
Très mauvaise foi et encore des gens qui veulent tout prendre sans rien assumer. Le client qui réclame voit à qui il a vraiment affaire!
