My dog is a border/Norfolk terrier crossbreed and measures 24 inches from nose to start of tail and a medium bed was too small for him as he could not lay out flat.l sent an email to the company and received a reply,offering me another larger bed with a 30% discount and to keep the first bed which we will use in the car for long trips.First bed medium changed for XL which is right size to lay out in.He loves it lots of room for daytime lounging and night time sleeping.
I ordered in November. It hasnot showed amd they claim they sent it and since it left their shop, they arent liable for their shipper (yet USPS says they are still awaiting the item and this has been the situation). Avoid this scam at all costs! They refused to refund or send another.

Produit beaucoup plus petit que prévu. Et quand vous demandez un retour du produit pour remboursement, le vendeur vous demande de le renvoyer... en CHINE! Evidemment, le site, qui porte un nom anglais, n'indique pas que le "retour sous 30 jours" se fait vers Chine. Cela devrait être mentionné. Conclusion: le retour du produit (à nos frais) va coûter la moitié du prix de la panière que nous avons achetée. Il faut que les acheteurs soient prévenus.

I paid for a product on December 6th and still have not received it. There is no customer service phone number which clearly shows that they don't even honor their own business. When I send emails, they only send a generic response and NEVER have they reached out to me! They now have my money, and I have had complete silence from them.

Placed order on 12/5 and now, a month later and about 10 emails to MrFluffy, no response or product. Only exception was a response to my very first email, apologizing for delay, due to the holiday season, please be patient, should be a couple more days. Beware of this company, as if this is not a scam, it's at the very least very poor customer service.

Nowhere in ad did it say it was coming from China.
It is a scam. To return, it must get back within 30 days of receipt, with proof of delivery, cost more than the bed, not possible.
Quality was bad, everything the other reviews said was true. No phone number to call just an email to message through.
Tip for consumers:
Mrfluffyfriend sounds fluffy and friendly but product was very poor, they called a piece of shaggy fabric the size of a placemat, a small pet blanket. Maybe for a guinea pig.
Quality poor, service shameful. This company should not be allowed to do business in America.

I ordered a dog bed and shortly after, I received a tracking number for USPS. Yet, it has been 2 weeks and this item still hasn't shipped. I received an initial response from the company when I inquired about my order, but it appeared to be a generic response. There were no specifics about my order. I attempted to contact them again and received no response. Today, I filed a dispute with American Express and received a credit within 5 minutes. This company has got to be fake!
