My dog is a border/Norfolk terrier crossbreed and measures 24 inches from nose to start of tail and a medium bed was too small for him as he could not lay out flat.l sent an email to the company and received a reply,offering me another larger bed with a 30% discount and to keep the first bed which we will use in the car for long trips.First bed medium changed for XL which is right size to lay out in.He loves it lots of room for daytime lounging and night time sleeping.

I ordered in November. It hasnot showed amd they claim they sent it and since it left their shop, they arent liable for their shipper (yet USPS says they are still awaiting the item and this has been the situation). Avoid this scam at all costs! They refused to refund or send another.

We have a 12 year old mix bulldog who has always reacted poorly to inclement weather by excessive drooling, shaking, and panic. We tried every "natural" remedy, calming vest, and kept a bed in our closet for her to escape to. Bought her your bed and she hasn't shook since. Not only that but our 12 year old min-pin loves hers so much, even though she isn't anxiety prone, that we literally have wake her and shoo her outside for her final potty trip at the end of the evening. Amazing product!

This company promises a timeline they can't deliver. They print labels but do not send the product to USPS. And when the product arrives it sucks! I bought a XXL bed for my lab and German Shepherd...this bed barely fits a medium size dog. The label says 100 cms, its 80 at best. I also bought a blanket...it is more like a pillow cover, very cheap quality priced at $36.in total I paid $189...I could have gotten much nicer products at PetSmart for half the price!

Everything above! There's barely any fabric and the actual place where dog sits, it is smaller than the one I ordered and just not good quality. Too costly for such a flimsy item. Doesn't hold up.

When we bought an anxiety relieving dog bed, I was very sceptical, but within 24 hours of receiving it, our 8 year old pooch had stopped pacing. This started 2 years ago on bonfire night, and has continued ever since. He would pace around continuously carrying his favourite toy, but since getting this anxiety bed it has completely stopped.
We can't than you enough.

An order of two extra large beds arrived and I opened only one. The stench was overwhelming. I emailed asking for return instructions. After two weeks, a poorly worded email stated to air out the bed. I emailed again requesting return authorization and a refund. The eventual response was to say I could get a $10 refund if it was still in original packaging BUT even then, I was not given any return address or instructions.
I disputed the charge on my credit card and my card company agreed with the dispute.
It's been almost a year and Mr. Fluffy is sending me threatening collection emails. The notices are from somewhere in Europe! The original package has Chinese markings. So weird.
The product is disgusting and the company is running a scam.
BEWARE. STAY AWAY.

Not as described on website. Ships from China in vacuumed pack bag. Does not fluff up when taken out of the bag. Then when u want to return it you get a run around. They tell u to sell it to someone else or ship back to China, yeh right… it's over $100 from where I live. I regret buying this bed. Usually I have good instincts about web sites but failed with this one. I will stick with Amazon, their website and returns are so much.

Buyer beware. This product isn't close to what is pictured or described. Zero fill. Dog is basically laying on the floor. I ordered the size listed for my dogs weight. Bed is too small. I paid $66,00 now shown on the website for $36.00, which would still be too much. Aldi carries better quality beds then these! Arrived with no paperwork so no way to return.

Both dog and cat readily enjoyed snuggling in their new beds. They looked so comfortable. Of course, being animals, they now both have shunned them, only occasionally using one. That's okay, surely they will decide to go back to the obviously comfortable beds, which now rest down the middle of our bed...leaving us to cling precariously on the outer edges. This is ridiculous! How can it be legal for a company to operate like this? Definitely sending a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Advertisements say last day of sale, only a few left… they have to sell their merchandise based on lies! I bought an XL fluffy bed thinking it would be just like the photos in the advertisement. It looked so nice, thick, full, soft and comfortable. I was surprised to get it in a small package after months of wait and when I opened it, it was flat and horrible. I tried to fluff it up but it didn't make a difference for the price, $122 Au, it is very disappointing. I should have given it back!

I am absolutely shocked. Terrible quality, the fabric it is made out of is see through that's how thin and flimsy it is. I've had two days, the filling is coming out of it already. It says it can be washed, there is absolutely no way this product would even withstand one wash in the washing machine. Says it's n Irish brand on Google, absolute lie. Waste of money, I only wish I had read reviews before purchasing.

I ordered two of their largest dog anxiety beds. They're horrible. I took one out of the box and it is horrible. The only want to refund me 15% and it's supposed to be a full refund within 30 days. I only received this 3 days ago.
They say they are available 24/7 and they are not you. Email them and you get a response 2 or 3 days later.

I PAID a little over $100 for them.

Please if you care about your animal, do not buy from these people.

Yes, there's a lot. I'd like to share number one. I can't share proof of purchase because my banker PayPal does not allow screenshots number two. They say they're in Connecticut, Pennsylvania or somewhere but the product comes from Jamaica and number three. I think that my review here should not be medium. It should be taught cuz I provided pictures. I just couldn't provide my proof of purchase.

Their beds are flipping horrible. I haven't even had my dog on it.

These beds are smaller than they are shown. However that is the tip of the iceberg. After just six weeks the bed is completely broken down. They are stuffed with the cheapest fill and appear in the photos as being very supportive. I bought two XXL for my daughter and paid over 130.00 and both beds look ready for the trash. I should have went with Furryfuzzy. They cost more but are a much higher quality.
Save your money, don't buy this poor quality product!

My boys love their bed! And you all were so good getting back to me and helping me!
I will be a return customer! With your discounts I intend to buy beds for some of the dogs at the shelter in my town! The fur baby's that have been in the shelter to long with out any one interested in adopting! I adopted my boy in 2020 and if I had a bigger yard I would adopted again! But I help all I can! Was sent a defective bed. It is missing part of the padding on the bottom. My dog is literally laying on the hard ground. They claim a "100% money back guarantee". They said I would have to pay to ship it back to China or they would give me a 15% refund. None of this was in their return policy online at the time of purchase or when I reached out to customer service. I have gone back and forth with them so many times. They have since updated their return policy on their website, which proves they know they were in the wrong. And they are still unwilling to cover the return shipping or refund me for the defective product that can't even be used. They are also deleting negative comments on social media and blocking dissatisfied customers.

My XL beds arrived and they are tiny and NOT fluffy. The company will not issue a refund unless you pay for shipping to China. This company is awful and the better business bureau will be contacted. The quality isn't worth it. Buy from somewhere you can return the product if you're not satisfied.

I bought this bed based on the sizing on the website and according to breed size, XL. The next size up was recommended for Golden Retrievers and my dog is much smaller than that. I contacted customer service to get return information. I have to send back to CHINA? The shipping address on the original packaging is in Cedar Grove, NJ. To mail to China will cost almost as much as what I paid, at least $46.00. Ridiculous.

Tip for consumers:
As for the refund by the time you pay for shipping you end up with maybe $20.00 on a $66.00 purchase.

The dog nest seems to be good quality, unfortunately I didn't see the recommendation to go up a size if in doubt. I didn't realise returns were to China until I asked for the return address. Customer services did offer me a 30% discount on the larger bed and 15% refund on the one I had if I kept it. But didn't need 2 beds so have kept the medium one and will have to give it away.

They create fake usps tracking info and never deliver. Credit Card company saw right through it and gave me my funds back. And to top it off, fluffy tried to convince to ask credit card company to reverse charge back so they could issue a refund. I'm not that stupid to fall for that. Why do that when it's already been resolved to my benefit

There is no plush. I'm so disappointed. The 1 star is for the lovely person at customer service who found my missing package - it took about 3 weeks to arrive. But, the product is not as advertised and is EXTREMELY expensive for what it is. The internal part is just cover, no real stuffing/filling. I got the xxl. It's small.

This is a scam. The bottom of the bed is thin and provides no support for an ailing dog. It looks flurry and plush but if you put any weight on it you will feel the floor. When contacted for a refund they use every excuse in order to not refund you. Horrible business.

I spent $216 for a garbage product. I bought two and when I unpacked them they stank! The size and volume are not what they supposed they are. I had to wash them first to remove that smell. After a month and a half of use and after 2 washes, they looked like they had been used for 10 yrs. The dog beds that I purchased from Costco four yrs. Ago which only cost $35 are far far better than this fake Mr fluffy bed. Don't buy this; it's a waste of money.
