My dog is a border/Norfolk terrier crossbreed and measures 24 inches from nose to start of tail and a medium bed was too small for him as he could not lay out flat.l sent an email to the company and received a reply,offering me another larger bed with a 30% discount and to keep the first bed which we will use in the car for long trips.First bed medium changed for XL which is right size to lay out in.He loves it lots of room for daytime lounging and night time sleeping.
I ordered in November. It hasnot showed amd they claim they sent it and since it left their shop, they arent liable for their shipper (yet USPS says they are still awaiting the item and this has been the situation). Avoid this scam at all costs! They refused to refund or send another.
Yes it works! Our pup took to the bed almost instantly. Snuggled up and went to sleep, lost in the comfort of My Fluffy Friend.

I ordered the anxiety calming donut bed which arrived tightly packaged but soon puffed up with a shake and plump up. I also ordered the car restraint seat belt, the shortest in length but still allows my little boy to wander around on the back seat, love it. Feels very strong and durable. I also purchased the adjustable feeding table. My dog loves it, wasn't sure for the first couple days but now he won't eat out of his old dishes. It's very sturdy and the first height is perfect to keep my little man happy when eating. Thank you Mr Fluffy Friend.

Ordered 1 XXL for $83 and immediately got an offer for a second one at great discount, which I purchased. Didn't hear after about 5 days and ended up in a series of 3-5 emails with replies from their support and then got USPS tracking number.
Just after their confirmation and tracking number I got a fraud call from my credit card company. I think they submitted the credit card under the name of another company, like AIC Auto Club.
We shall see if it arrives. I should have done more online shopping comparison, there are other seller out there with similar products and prices. I would absolutelyavoid this seller in the future.

Ordered a large (35") dark grey dog bed. Upon order confirmation, was notified of "shipping delays". As such, I reached out to cancel. They then advised that the product had already shipped but they provided no tracking info. When challenged, they provided a tracking number. Bed arrived a few days later... I ordered dark grey...they delivered BLUE. I ordered and paid for a large (35") bed...they delivered small (<24") bed. The bed has little padding and is no where near thwe quality that they claim. Dont waste your time or money...

We have always used inside dog beds, so our beloved Rhodesian Ridgeback does not sleep on the rug, carpets or furniture. She normally eats the beds after a few days. Outstanding comfort has kept her from doing any damage other than to turn it over once. She sleeps so well in this bed, that when we go to the bedroom at night, she does NOT follow us for at least a few hours. Really, really pleased with this dog bed. Do you make them in wife sizes?

Almost a month and the product has not been received by USPS. It was listed as in stock. They send cute little emails like working 24/7 on your order. What a joke. This company is a total scam. Go to your local pet supply for a bed.
Update: I did finally receive the bed after a 45-60 days. It has an odor and needed to be left outside for a while to get rid of that. Our dog does like it though so I improved the score. I would shop locally if I had to replace.

I would shop locally so you can see and feel the product. At a minimum buy from a reputable company online so you are not dealing with shipping from this company. Smell is funky but did go away.

This bed was nothing like what they claimed. Its just a fringe bed with really NO stuffing at all. It's flat and my dog really don't like it. He is 83lbs it's way to small and flat. Total rip off. Shame on your lying company for false advertising! Very disgusted for the waste of my hard earn money. Go to kohls they have much better merchandise.

Update for Myfluffyfriend dog beds. I got a link to send bed back, (after I had already sent it back). Get this! Are you sitting down? They wanted me to send it to CHINA. Yes, CHINA! I also contacted my credit card company and told them the story. The amount that was charged was put into a dispute hold. Of course I will not get the $18 (standard mail with tracking) I spent on mailing it back to the U.S. warehouse on the original return address. Crooks! Next stop is the B.B.B.

I immediately knew upon receiving that I didn't want this product, so I decided to send it back in the original packing. I only opened one side to inspect, because I couldn't believe that something that small would be like advertised. I contacted them and was offered discounts of 10 and then 30 percent to keep. I told them that I wasn't interested and would be sending it back within 2 days. I used the return address on the package and sent it with a tracking number thru USPS. It was delivered within 2 days as the receipt says it was handed to a person at the address. That was over one month ago and I still haven't received my refund. Now they are telling me that I have to retreive the package. SERIOUSLY? They know where it is. Well, will add to many more reviews including BBB and Martha Stewart's website where I originally saw the ad. I would give this company minus stars if at all possible.

I received an XXL bed on March 7,2023. None of my dogs would use the bed. I assume this is because the fill in the center is very insufficient and the dogs are basically laying on the floor with a few scattered lumps of stuffing.
I contacted the company about a return. After trying to convince me to give the bed to a friend or keep the bed and get 15% of my $88 purchase back, they finally sent return instructions. The bed needs to be returned to China at my cost, using a tracking return system and it must be received in China within 30 days of the day I received it. It is of course impossible to get anything to China that fast.
The sales info clearly states a 30 day return policy, but does not mention 30 days to have the product returned to China. This is false advertising! Once you receive the bed you are stuck with it.

I wrote back stating I wanted to return the bed and "Rigel" (the customer rep) said to give the bed time to air out and I should put it outside. I should not have to do that. Finally after 3 days of back and forth emails, Rigel said I have to ship it to China for a refund.

The customer service is awful! I have been asking to return the product since it arrived. I ordered a medium and it's quite small for my 20lb dog! I advised them that the sizing appears off. They offered 30% off the next size up? I declined. They then offered my a 15% refund if I would keep the product. That's less than $10 for something I paid $50 for. They've finally sent the return address and it's in China despite the product being shipped from NJ. All in all this Chinese company is scamming people and I think has AI generated reviews. The only way they're receiving 4 or 5 star reviews…

Ordered the XL McFluffy dog bed for my senior Springer Spaniel. The "bed" came in an ENVELOPE. I thought, well maybe it expands like the foam people beds do. NOPE. I don't know if the bed I received missed a quality control inspection, but the center part of the bed has like, ZERO, padding. You place you hand in the middle and you're touching the floor. There is a little bit of padding in the bolster around the outside of the bed but definitely no support for my senior (15.5 year old) springer. Don't believe the hype of support and anxiety relief. She prefers the Costco brand (Kirkland Signature) bed she's had for several years.

Pictures showing plushy dog bed are misleading. Very little padding in bed and not supportive at all.

I ordered 2 beds, and they arrived about 3 and 4 weeks after I ordered them. I opened the first and decided that the XL was barely large enough for my dog. When the second one arrived, I left it packed in it's tight plastic wrap and asked to exchange for an XXL. I was told that it would have to be sent to their return center in China, with no return reimbursement, and that any refund for a return would be quite delayed, perhaps many weeks. It was suggested that I give it as gift to someone else, and they would refund me 15% to keep it. "Satisfaction Guaranteed"... I don't think so.

Ordered an XL bed before Xmas, got a L, too small for my dog. I measured, took a picture to prove that it was 70 cm in diameter not the 80 cm I ordered. Wrote, sent pictures and was told that another bed would be sent. Good so far…. Then the second bed arrived, same size! Took another picture of the two identical beds, still too small for my dog, and sent a message to please reimburse me since they couldn't send what I ordered.
Got an answer telling me that the warehouse had sent the right size and I was graciously offered 15% off on next order! I could choose to send item back at my expense… what kind of business is this? Deserves the bad rating… wish I had looked at that before ordering!
