Ordered product over a month ago. Still hasn't shown up. They sent me an email that was titled tracking info but there was no tracking info. Said they'd offer me 10% off on my next purchase because of the delay and if it was something I was interested in to contact them. I wish I'd read these reviews.
I ordered in November. It hasnot showed amd they claim they sent it and since it left their shop, they arent liable for their shipper (yet USPS says they are still awaiting the item and this has been the situation). Avoid this scam at all costs! They refused to refund or send another.
Not worth the money. You may as well get a cheap one from a different shop. So expensive for a completely basic brand. It's a great bed, for £20. Not a penny more, definitely not worth £72! A dishonest company.

My Shih Tzu is super happy with her new bed. She snuggles in it, and she looks so comfortable. I hope it holds up well in the wash, and then I will give the bed 10 stars. I ordered the apricot color and it is a very lovely, warm shade. Matches well with beige and brown tones.

The bed is fine. What is not fine is the false pretense of free shipping. TWICE they came with postage due! Makes me wonder how many people get taken by this and just pay it. Get a check on your shipper! "Jane" is a problem!

I ordered this bed for my elderly lab. Within 2 days I lost my forever friend.
I emailed these uncaring people to cancel the order. Their response was it is in the warehouse waiting pickup for shipping and due to thousands of worldwide items for shipping it cannot be cancelled. That was February 4th. Since then I have notified my cc company filed a dispute and I'm still getting shipping notifications with no tracking information. This company (if that's really what it is) needs to be banned from selling anything in this country. There's no reason in the world why a couple of taps on the computer they can't fix this problem. It's quite apparent they are money grabbers and not one bit interested in our pets. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, IT'S A SCAM!

I have a 6 year old rescue dog that is terrified by lightening, rain, and thunder. She lets me know a storm is coming long before the sky gets filled with clouds and things get dark. The wrap around coat I used in the past never worked. She didn't give the MrFluffyFriend pillow much attention the first two days it was in the house. However, when a typical Florida thunder, lightening and rain storm arrived on the third day she couldn't get in the pillow fast enough. She calmed down much faster than usual and went to sleep.

It took 5 e-mails to be told "you can return it to our nearest warehouse at your own expense. 3 more e-mails to then be told that the warehouse is in China. Horrendous quality, and the wrong size. Other reviews have stated that if you open their packaging and then pay to return it, it won't be accepted.

Ordered two beds... arrived months later... NOT AT ALL as advertised. Completely inferior product. Tried to return but you need to post back to China at your expense, so not even worth it. Contacted the company for a refund - they say 'post them back'. Absolute crap product - cheap materials, I wouldn't even let me dog sleep on it! We ordered the XXL bed...and the bed that came in the mail is extremely small and looks nothing like the pictures from the website. I feel that this product is deceiving. I have contacted customer service for a return and have heard nothing back. Paying $85 for a dog bed and getting what I got - an inferior product of this quality is disappointing.

I ordered (2) of these dog beds on 12/4 for Xmas. I ordered XXL, 39". The 1st one did not arrive until 12/27, it does not show shipping until 12/26! The 2nd one shows shipping 1/2, it did not arrive until 1/4 (30 days!). I opened the first one and discovered it was too small for either one of my dogs. It has NO padding where they lay. I figured since I opened it I would figure out something to do with it but refuse or return the second one if it was ever received. Now I have the 2nd one and I am told I must pay shipping back ($25) or keep it and get 15% back on entire order with was approx $158 (for items I can't use). These beds are soft but otherwise not good quality for any dog that has joint/arthritis issues. One of my dogs just had double TPLO surgery in the last year and no way can he lay down on this, get support and get up off the floor.

The shipping time frame is ridiculous, it is the shipper, not the shipping company. It is located within US, I had to look!! It took 30 days!

It took a long time to get once we ordered them but it is worth it. Our dog loves this bed and has been the calmest he has ever been in his life. He is is highly anxious and this bed has calmed him down. We also enjoyed unwrapping the beds and watching them expand.

I ordered one in plenty of time for Christmas, every time I checked tracking it was still sitting at the companies address. Then when I finally got it on the 30th way pass Christmas. It was so small my dog would never fit in it. I immediately requested a return label and have gotten nothing I have reached out to paypal and waiting.for a responce. Not worth the money either. When the Fluffy Friend arrived I was a bit skeptical. It was a tiny roundish ball of a package. I didn't think it was the right size it was so tightly squished. It opened to a size sufficient for my large boxer/hound mix. Again I thought it was too thin to be what I ordered. My dog thought differently. He curled up on it before I could even get it into place. He naps on it daily and chooses it over all his other dog pillows which we left out to see what he prefers. We think we'll get another to put in his crate as he still likes to curl up in there from time to time.

I looked for a long time for a dog blanket and finally found this one. I had no idea what I would be getting, but it turned out to be perfect! I wouldn't change a thing! He loves anything soft and plush, and adores it because it is so incredibly soft and cuddly. As a mountain dog he's always warm, so I was concerned it would be too hot for him, but no, I drape it over him at nap time and he keeps it on for hours. He leaves the room and comes back later still wearing it. I got the largest one available which is a good size, and just got a second one for his couch, which he loves sleeping on. I was a bit worried when I saw the vacuum packing but as soon as I cut the bag the bed started to fluff up. While I removed the packaging to the bin my dog decided to try out the bed and went to sleep. On it so he gives it the thumbs up clearly! Bed not at all as pictured or described. Very poor quality and not the dimensions stated. Poor, non-existent customer service giving nothing but lies and run around. They will insist you pay for return shipping and they will reimburse but then they won't. I told them I am disabled and unemployed and bought this bed for my newly adopted service dog and she needs a bed but they still won't refund my money. They keep blaming my bank for not being able to refund my money. They are thieves and they do not care about me or you.
Update-this company continues to insist they will refund my money but they keep making excuses as to why they are not. So not only do they waste their customer's money but they waste their time too.

I ordered a dog bed on December 3, and still hadn't received anything by December 28.
I tried several times to contact the company but initially received no reply.
When I finally did receive a reply, I was told that I needed to wait 21 days to receive the order, even though my email to them was clear in saying that their shipment was past the 21 day mark and that their tracking number was inactive. Eventually, I asked for a refund - which was frustrating because the dog bed looked interesting - but did not hear back or receive a refund.
In the end, I filed a request for a refund from PayPal and got my money back immediately.
