Ordered product over a month ago. Still hasn't shown up. They sent me an email that was titled tracking info but there was no tracking info. Said they'd offer me 10% off on my next purchase because of the delay and if it was something I was interested in to contact them. I wish I'd read these reviews.
I ordered in November. It hasnot showed amd they claim they sent it and since it left their shop, they arent liable for their shipper (yet USPS says they are still awaiting the item and this has been the situation). Avoid this scam at all costs! They refused to refund or send another.
Three emails sent and still negotiating the return of the item. They are offering discounts for keeping it instead of returning and wasting my time. My dog wouldn't even go in the bed. Outcome yet to be determined.

You would have to ship it back at your own cost and they’re very sketchy about where to return it. Offering multiple emails with discounts instead of just getting you the information you need to return the item.

Please do not buy anything from this company! The beds are totally inferior, not fit for purpose and a complete waste of money. Returns have to be sent at your cost to China with no guarantee of a refund. They charge three times the price for the same beds available at other retailers. Please do not buy from this company!

I should have found sitejabber before i ordered this on 25 May 2022.
Arrived from China on 29 June and immediately i recognized trouble.
I was buying it for my 30kg Staffy ~ Bella. Look at the picture it's not big enough to put anything other than a kitten in it. What's worse they are still sending me free gift offers which are not actually free.

I ordered the bed product January 23rd it is now February 13th with no delivery yet. I tracked the "shipment" and it's annoying they sent it from Los Angeles (mind you I live in California) to New York, to Chicago and now it's Indiana. I am afraid if it ever arrives what the dog bed will look like. I wish I had seen these reviews before hand. Their customer support has been contacted but they're now help. My dogs had no interest in the bed and so I called under the guarantee, and was told I would need to pay to ship the bed back to China. I'm guessing they don't get many returns. Really disappointed.

I bought a XL bed for my pit bull. The fabric on the bed is nice and my dog seems to like it and the size is actually large enough for him. My complaint is with the lack of actual "fluff" or stuffing in the bed. Odd lumping of what feels like cotton batting and not nearly enough of it. He may as well be sitting on the hard floor. The advertisement photos make the bed look very very stuffed and comfortable which it isn't. Very disappointed and misled by the entire website and their claims.

Do not buy this item! Complete rip off. I saw the same bed for 35$ in Costco. It sells under the name Calming Bed. This is just wrapped and sent to you in a plastic bag. All of the tags are torn off and once opened you can not return it. My dog didn't even lay on it. He simply walked right over it! Complete fraud. I wouldn't even give it one star but no choice!

I bought this for my Presa/boxer cross thinking that she could use a squishy comfy bed. Boy was I disappointed. First it took 3 weeks to arrive and although the material of the bed is soft, that is the only thing that is. Ther is not nearly as much filling as in the pictures. I'm glad that I got this on sale for 100 bucks and not 160, but this bed is worth about 10 bucks. Save your money and the disappointment

Ive heard about this bed from multiple sources and finally decided to give it a try. The bed arrived quickly in a nice vacuum bag. Once opened it quickly expanded to a nice soft and fluff bed. My dog did his usual inspection like another new things, he got into the bed and curled up comfortably.

Arrived after 2 months,the bed has a terrible smell and the quality is extremely poor, the middle of the bed is hardly padded and and the whole bed is obviously cheaply made. I strongly advise against buying this product.

I'm so disappointed in the lack of customer service. I'm expected to file a claim with the post office, wait for the response to be told it is actually missing and send a screenshot of it to them to get a replacement bed. I'm way too busy to deal with all the hassle and I am disappointed that I didn't use Amazon. This would have already been resolved by Amazon and not questioned and required to provide a report from the post office in order to receive what I paid for. The fact that they have this disclaimer at the bottom of the 5th email I received is ridiculous. *MrFluffyFriend cannot reimburse or reship orders that were mishandled by the post office or stolen from the property* DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY!
