My dog is a border/Norfolk terrier crossbreed and measures 24 inches from nose to start of tail and a medium bed was too small for him as he could not lay out flat.l sent an email to the company and received a reply,offering me another larger bed with a 30% discount and to keep the first bed which we will use in the car for long trips.First bed medium changed for XL which is right size to lay out in.He loves it lots of room for daytime lounging and night time sleeping.
Nowhere in ad did it say it was coming from China. It is a scam. To return, it must get back within 30 days of receipt, with proof of delivery, cost more than the bed, not possible. Quality was bad, everything the other reviews said was true. No phone number to call just an email to message through.
You will not be able to return unless you pay 200.00 to ship a 2 pound package to China. This is an Intentional scam. They offer you 15% to keep. Report to Federal Goverment Fraud department. They are using different names but the same scams. File your complaints. BAN THEM FROM DOING BUSINESS IN THE USA.

Super fast processing and shipping. Fantastic bed. Would highly recommend! Good seller, recommended! The quality is super, the dog really liked it. I want to separately note the delivery-it is sooo fast (1 week). We have such a bed, which is twice as expensive, and the fabric is the same. In general, I advise this seller and this product 4 days delivery! Wauw. Arrived in less than 2 weeks in Bordeaux! It's the second one I ordered because my cat absolutely loves this bed. Softness is good. Only for XL I find too small for an American bulldog steferd Very beautiful!

At 70 years old I have had umpteen 4 legged family members and many choices of bedding for them, always looking to provide the best comfort. Seeing the MrFluffyFriend website picture of the sleeping dog I saw the perfect Christmas gift for Bertie my 10 year old Jack Russell X Scottie. When I unpacked the bed and ruffled it up a bit I knew it would be a shame to make him wait until Christmas day! I get comfort seeing him sleep so well and Bertie certainly snuggles into the soft plush cushion, nose buried deep into the surround, So 5 stars from Bertie & me, and money well spent I think. Just one observation in hindsight that I might have ordered a larger size, but Bertie is not complaining!

I wish I had read the reviews before I placed the order. I ordered a dog blanket on December 3rd and to date, nothing. There is no customer service to speak of, I get the odd email telling me this is standard, my tracking number may change but it's been over three weeks and no delivery. I'm starting to think the tracking number is bogus and this is a total scam.

I wouldn't rate it if I could.
I placed the order to be advised by return email that there was a ridiculous delay time. So I immediately contacted them to cancel the order but was told it was too late and I could return it within 30 days.
Quality and size are ridiculous.
The quality is really poor for the money, i could see this just from the packaging... I could get something from the market for less than a tenner.
I enquired about sending it back upon receipt and told it would need to get sent back to China! And that I would have to pay for postage and package, how much would this cost?
They have offered me a discount to keep it. I said I would accept this and so now I've opened the package. BUT.
I ordered the medium bed for my small dog. This bed is tiny! No way will my dog be able to sit on it let alone lie down. I think it would suit a little yorkie and they need to review their advertised sizes as this has been mis-sold.
Feels like a rip off and the last time I'll buy off the Internet from a company I don't know

This is absolutely the best bed! Our dog, Jagger, loves it. When he gets in it, he snuggles as seep and covered as he can and sleeps so good, he doesnt want to wake up. We just got another dog and this bed has helped his anxiety with his jealously! LOL He loves to cover his feet and sleeps so soundly. I just ordered another one for the new dog as well. Got a tracking Number, which just shows it continually leaves Jamaica NY for the Post Office, but USPS never receives the item. Looks like it must be coming from China so the USPS tracking is baloney, buy a dog bed from a reliable company and MrFluffyFriend is not it. It would be nice if they actually told the truth about where its supposedly coming from and what actual shipping is, but apparently not an honest company. A Clue is there is no business address for their website!

Sizing guide on site is inaccurate, perhaps intentional, so that when you ask for a refund, they only give you the runaround along with an offer to buy a SECOND bed at a discount! After second request, they offered a refund of 15% (not 100%) There is no US site to return to, you have 30 days to return to their CHINA address- and the meter is ticking as they stall in returning your emails, with vague answers, no phone number or return address offered. Picture is my 5.5 pound dog in recommended XS bed. DO NOT WASTE TIME & MONEY!

The response time to reply to emails is appalling - shipping time is appalling and they are absolutely useless! My dog passed away and the delivery time was way to long and due to their non response of emails they shipped the dog bed after been advised I wanted a refund due to my dogs passing and still went ahead and shipped the bed, Now I have to send back at my inconvenience. Skip this bunch! Tricked me into buying two beds saying I didn't give them all the billing info on the first. Pretty LOW. After waiting for 2 months I received this product damaged to which they replied that their product was inspected before it left their business so it must have happened on route. The bed was stuffed into a plastic bag and taped with packing tape. They were willing to send a replacement but another 2 month wait on a product that was
Promised in 7-13 days was unacceptable, they did give me a 30% refund but DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, the product is thin and does not look anything like the picture and just to let you know this bed comes from China so returns are next to impossible and expensive

It is like a duster Although Fluffy Friends offered a full refund if not satisfied we have to send the product to CHINA for the refund which will cost over $100 to post!

This company is appalling. They send out items weeks late. They ignore your emails until the item is delivered, and then try to barter with you over a refund, negotiate over giving you a full 100% refund as advertised on their site. The advertising is DELIBERATELY MISLEADING, it gives the IMPRESSION that they have many addresses and places to send your item back for a refund, but in reality it is ONLY RETURNING BACK TO CHINA, no more localised returns addresses given, which makes refunds impossible.
" Simply return your package to our nearest warehouse and you will receive a refund within 7 business days"
This company PRETENDS to be helpful AFTER the fact, pseudo helpfulness, pseudo customer survive "support", and the name given is also misleading, it "sounds" European, JANET, all give the impression they want to create, the illusion of having a base outside of CHINA!
Returns back to China outweighs the cost of the original item making a refund null and Void.
