My dog is a border/Norfolk terrier crossbreed and measures 24 inches from nose to start of tail and a medium bed was too small for him as he could not lay out flat.l sent an email to the company and received a reply,offering me another larger bed with a 30% discount and to keep the first bed which we will use in the car for long trips.First bed medium changed for XL which is right size to lay out in.He loves it lots of room for daytime lounging and night time sleeping.

Nowhere in ad did it say it was coming from China. It is a scam. To return, it must get back within 30 days of receipt, with proof of delivery, cost more than the bed, not possible. Quality was bad, everything the other reviews said was true. No phone number to call just an email to message through.

This is a review about Mr. FluffyFriend customer service, not the product itself. To cut to the chase, BE VERY SURE BEFORE YOU BUY, THAT YOU WON'T BE RETURNING THIS PRODUCT. To quote their webstie "If you or your fluffy friend decide it's not the perfect fit, a full refund is assured!" RIght. But, you will be paying full return costs--which means sending it back to CHINA! Even though the return address on the actual package was in New Jersey. Though I don't think the reason for return is relevant here, the reason was because my pet had passed away, and I told the company this.
When I told them that the cost of return from the US to China was more than what I paid for the product (the return cost was over $80), they courteously but unhelpfully said, "yes, return can be expensive." They offered me a 25% refund (to keep the product), and I felt I had no choice to accept. I guess I'll donate the bed to a shelter.

Tip for consumers:
Beware of return policy. You must ship product back to China. It cost more than the product itself.

I ordered a month ago. Its after Christmas and no bed, also no response! Worst customer service, don't buy! It's a scam company. I wouldn't even give 1 star. Ripping people off during the holidays!

Not happy with product and way too overpriced for item. Dealing with company is a joke. Cannot exchange for larger size without paying to go to China $$$$$. Not worth it.

I wanted to return the bed and was given a return address in China! And I have to pay for postage. Their 30 day satisfaction guarantee is a joke. Now I'm stuck with a 50.00 dog toy.

I complained within days of receiving a scrap bed, it was so poor it was unbelievable, TRY GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK "AS THEY SAY" they told me to return it at a cost of £20 in order to get the cost of the bed {£26] back. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE WHO STOPPED TALKING TO ME AFTER COMPLAINING.

DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK AND YOU WILL LOSE NOTHING.

I purchased a dog bed, It come in a 12" die ball which when opened was VERY poor quality, I requested a refund and they asked me to pay £20 to return it but no refund for return postage.
I complained and they STOP returning e mails or even answer you.
DO NOT BE FOOLED I RECIEVED JUNK AND PAID £26 FOR IT, YOU WILL GET NO REFUND THEY LIE.

As everyone here has said they send you a cheap poorly made product that is nothing like advertised. If you'd like to to return it good luck. They have so far refused in three emails to provide an address for their warehouse for return shipping. Best of luck to anyone getting your money back out of these criminals.

As you can see they have sent the standard reply asking me to contact customer service. I have been in contact with them at the provided email. Joyce, thier customer service representative has been less than helpful (the same name of the one good review on this site btw)
They have so far avoided any real answers and have refused to provide a shipping label or an address for the return. As it states in their returns policy you have 30 days to return it to the nearest warehouse. Your guess is as good as mine as to where that may be. The have no listings or instructions for getting that information.
Sadly I have to admit I have been scammed by a common practice scam. They provide a photo of a nice product that would be possibly worth the price then send you a poorly crafted product that looks a little like what they showed you. Since the get to provide a tracking number they get to provide proof of delivery. Good luck getting your money back after that.

Place an order for 2XL dog beds which arrived on different dates from different locations. The first bed I received stunk like fish and had almost no padding. Every after a full day outside in the sun the smell did not go away and my dogs refused to lay in the bed. I contacted customer service and they offered provide a 15% refund. If I wanted a full refund I was responsible for the shipping. They then gave me an address in China to return the beds. The US Post Office stated it would be over $800 to ship the box to the address in China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY!

Very very untruthful with there shipping dates. My order has been sitting in a warehouse ( LOCATED APX 40-50 MILES AWAY FROM MY HOME) since 12-15-22 and the USPS is still awaiting the item as of todays date 12-26-22. UPDATE 12-27-22 PACKAGE IS STILL AT THE WAREHOUSE.just asked for a full refund.cant wait to see how that goes.NEVER RECD THE ITEM.THEY ARE NOW TELLING ME I MUST NOW FIGHT WITH THE UPS FOR A REFUND OF A LOST PACKAGE. I bought 2 x beds which were the wrong size. I emailed to let them know I wanted to swap them and they said do not pick up the last bed from the post office and it will be returned and I will get refund so I can purchase the new one - only we had 2 beds which came seprately so I collected the bed from Aus Post and then put both of them into a large envelope and returned to the "return address". Inside package both beds were still in original wrapping. No nothing for months. Followed up only to find out that the return address in NSW has apparently discarded the beds as they were meant to be returned to CHINA by me in a different way that was not told to me when I requested the return. Now they want me to go to NSW (From VIC) knock on the PO Box and get my "discarded" beds back from there and repost to CHINA. LOL. Wasted $169.10 DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Do NOT use this company. I ordered a dog bed on 27/11/22. Their courier, EVRI received it on 2/12/22. They allegedly delivered it on 29/12/22 in the evening when we were at home. The doorbell did NOT ring.

The response from MrFluffyfriend is that the company

'does not cover items that are lost or stolen in transit if the package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier without the insurance to protect your shipment.'

They do not offer insurance for their products via their website and ignore the fact that my contract is with them, not EVRI. The courier won't respond to a request for a photo of the delivery address.

Via Instagram the retailer then sent a photo of the delivery site which is NOT our house or any of our neighbour's properties. Then, again via Instagram they revealed that they had another person's name and address on my order - and gave me those details in a message. When it was pointed out that they were in breach of GDPR in doing so, they took the message down. Since then they have been silent. I have had to ask our credit card company for charge back as this retailer is incompetent and has zero intention of giving me a refund for their appalling service.

Don't use Mrfluffyfriend on any account!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered on November 22 and still have not gotten my $143 dog beds. They take 24 hrs. To respond to emails, and the responses are vague and lack any sense of customer concern. If I had known it would take so long even to just get a "shipped" email for an order- which wasn't until Dec. 3rd-, I would have given our new address since we were moving a week later. I emailed, the company said they were not able to change it even though the items had not shipped yet. It's now December 28th and no dog beds. I have called the post office, gone into the post office, checked the tracking. As far as I am concerned, the company should be looking for my items that are lost in the holiday mail clutter! As a courtesy for being a paying customer, why am I doing all this work and spending my time driving to post offices and making calls that take forever?! I AM OUTRAGED AND WANT MY MONEY BACK.

What a ridiculous company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Save your time and sanity. I ordered a bed for my dog. My mom wanted it since it's more her dog. They do not give different shipping rates/days. My dog passed unexpectedly before the bed even shipped. I cancelled my order before the bed even shipped. There was nothing they could do for me. So I finally got the bed. It was packaged in a ridiculous fashion, no padding, etc. Just balled up and wrapped in a piece of plastic. It was not comfortable or anything I'd want my dog in. They made me pay to ship it back and wouldn't even include a shipping label and I had to request what address I was sending it back to, since their address wasn't on my package. I had to fill out a long customs paper and had to keep getting in line at the post office since I had no idea how to fill out the customs paper. Since the bed comes from CHINA! I wish I would have known that to begin with, or I never would have ordered it. It cost me $28 in shipping since they demand a track and shipping when returning. A huge waste of money and time. Crappy product and crappy customer service. I hope they go out of business soon! Surprised they can even have a business.

The company is a scam and a fraud. I received the MrFluffy friend dog bed - first it was the wrong size. Second it smelled HORRIBLE. I have written to customer support at least 50 times and they keep telling me to measure it. I have sent them 50 photos and measurements. Now that the 30 day expiration is close, they are telling me to return to the address on their FAQs page. THERE IS NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS TO RETURN THIS PIECE OF CRUD TO. THIS COMPANY IS STEALING YOUR MONEY AND WILL NEVER REFUND ANYTHING. THEY DO NOT HAVE A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. I AM NOW GOING TO JUST DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY

We purchased (2) so called "orthopedic" in different sizes for our older dogs, $60 and $45. Upon receiving they were nothing but a cheap piece of egg crate foam with cover. Cover had zipper but no way to get it off to wash. An even bigger issue was the foam smelled toxic and even after spraying with lysol and airing out for days, no improvement. We contacted Mr. FluffyFriend and asked for return address. They gave us the run around for a week offering us small discounts to keep the beds that we didn't want. Who wants their dogs sleeping on something with a toxic smell? Finally (2) weeks after they shipped to us from New York, they gave us a return address in CHINA! We took to Post office and the cost to ship the (2) beds to CHINA was more than the original cost of beds. PO told us it was doubtful they would even get to CHINA in the (2) weeks remaining of Mr.FluffyFriend's so called 30 day guarantee. It took a week to get them, another week fighting with company for return address. Since they do offer a return policy, even though it had to be sent to CHINA, American Express said we couldn't dispute the charges and get our money back. Everyone out there should think twice about doing business with this company. If you aren't satisfied with purchase, no way to return since everything goes back to their sweat shop in CHINA. They have found a way to get around the Federal laws in place that credit card companies have to follow.

Our dogs love their new pillows. Shipping is slow, so be aware. It is a great product. See the Pics.

Tip for consumers:
They need to be clear about the shipping time. Do not publish a tracking number if it has not shipped. Also, if you want this review service to provide proof of purchase, provide something at the time of purchase so it is easy—a clumsy review process from the vendor side.

Very poor quality, don't waste your time or money! The website does not represent the truth about the product, and they do not live up to their claims about customer service.

First the sizing... I ordered based on Mr. Fluffy Friend's fit guide, but the Medium and 2XL are barely big enough for my Boston Terrier/Pug and Black Lab.

Second, the stuffing in these beds is completely inadequate. Aside from the ring that forms the sides of the bed there's no base at all, just a bit of random stuffing in the liner. This is useless, especially for our older dog that has arthritis and needs the cushioning.

Third is the representation of the bed as being 'machine washable', which is the main reason that I ordered them. Although the website does not say that the 'cover' is removable for washing, for customers that need a big bed for a big dog this is assumed. However the covering is not a removable, washable cover at all, but the whole bed is to be thrown in the washing machine! Larger beds are clearly too big for most machines, so the washing instructions address this by simply stating to 'hand wash' the bed... seriously? What an absolute JOKE.

Last but not least, when I requested to return them for a full refund I was told I had to return them at my expense (and within 30 days) to some depot in China! Clearly this would cost more than what I originally paid. As an alternative I was offered a meager 15% refund to just keep the beds, which I don't want as they're garbage. Everything about this company and their products is a load of BS. I am still going back and forth with their Customer Service people, and will lodge formal complaints if necessary. My advice? These guys are scammers - don't waste your money or your time!

Tip for consumers:
Free shipping to the customer, but took almost 3 weeks. No free shipping to return, and the cost is on the customer... and they don't have return depots anywhere but CHINA!!! What a scam.
