My dog is a border/Norfolk terrier crossbreed and measures 24 inches from nose to start of tail and a medium bed was too small for him as he could not lay out flat.l sent an email to the company and received a reply,offering me another larger bed with a 30% discount and to keep the first bed which we will use in the car for long trips.First bed medium changed for XL which is right size to lay out in.He loves it lots of room for daytime lounging and night time sleeping.
Nowhere in ad did it say it was coming from China. It is a scam. To return, it must get back within 30 days of receipt, with proof of delivery, cost more than the bed, not possible. Quality was bad, everything the other reviews said was true. No phone number to call just an email to message through.
Our dog Mack loves his Mr Fluffy friend bed, choosing it over his others.
He snuggle into the sides and sleeps really soundly.

I ordered 2 beds for my dogs they arrived 2 weeks apart. Trying to get a refund on1 as it was not opened.

Go elsewhere. Not worth the trouble. Poor quality, poor service

XXL dog beds. Never fluffed up. Sent one bed back Priority. Mail. They picked it up at the Post Office. Still waiting on refund. NO TELEPHONE number for customer service. Stay far far away.

The orthopaedic bed was not very fluffy or thick. Returns have to go to China which is not on website.

Need to send any refunds to China address although shipped in UK. This is not stated in their refunds

I ordered two of these beds. I have not received either and have contacted the seller with no joy. Instead they sent me a link to this site! Well what can they expect

And if they want me to put a photo on the site - could they please deliver the beds
This is not acceptable - at the very least you could provide an ETA
Again, I would like a refund, if and when the beds arrive I will pay for them

Hello Jamie, We are terribly sorry to know you are unsatisfied with our product. We have created our beds from materials that we trust. However, we cannot guarantee against the damage pets can cause, after all, dogs can chew through solid bone so NO fabric is safe. Thank you for understanding.
Tried for the past 2 mths 2023 to contact MRFluffy to NO avail ref $60 NOT recd dog bed order for my kids dogs.
Contacted their appt front desk MARIS and they too have not gotten this dog bed in SEATTLE after also checking their additional lg pkg room.
This MUST be a scam using our pets as a ploy!
