My dog is a border/Norfolk terrier crossbreed and measures 24 inches from nose to start of tail and a medium bed was too small for him as he could not lay out flat.l sent an email to the company and received a reply,offering me another larger bed with a 30% discount and to keep the first bed which we will use in the car for long trips.First bed medium changed for XL which is right size to lay out in.He loves it lots of room for daytime lounging and night time sleeping.
Nowhere in ad did it say it was coming from China. It is a scam. To return, it must get back within 30 days of receipt, with proof of delivery, cost more than the bed, not possible. Quality was bad, everything the other reviews said was true. No phone number to call just an email to message through.
Worst $90 spent on a dog bed for sure. Supposed to be XL but barely fits my 40 pound springer. Very little padding. My dog has major anxiety and I thought this might help….it hasn't. A $2 blanket on the floor works just as well.

Steer clear. I ordered one of their beds, but it never arrived, and they haven't refunded me yet. They always have an excuse as to why. I ordered this product on the 5th of December and today is 14 February, and they don't respond to inquiries, if they do they say we will let you know. How long to get a refund from a reputable company? 3-5 business days. Not 3-5 months.

An order of two extra large beds arrived and I opened only one. The stench was overwhelming. I emailed asking for return instructions. After two weeks, a poorly worded email stated to air out the bed. I emailed again requesting return authorization and a refund. The eventual response was to say I could get a $10 refund if it was still in original packaging BUT even then, I was not given any return address or instructions.
I disputed the charge on my credit card and my card company agreed with the dispute.
It's been almost a year and Mr. Fluffy is sending me threatening collection emails. The notices are from somewhere in Europe! The original package has Chinese markings. So weird.
The product is disgusting and the company is running a scam.

This supposed dog bed is nothing more than two pieces of flimsy material sewn together with a slightly enhanced border. Has no substance at all. Absolutely no padding. Dog might as well be lying on the floor on a pillowcase. Don't fall for their advertising. And don't buy from them.

This company is a total scam! The beds are nothing like the beds in their add not even half as thick and their service department is pretty much non existent! They offer a 30 day money back guarantee no questions asked which is a joke because they refuse to respond to your request they pretty much ignore any correspondence at all! Take my advice and buy a $20.00 bed from Wal-Mart it'll be 10 times better than these and you won't have to wait forever to get it. This company has no conscious or morals whatsoever! This is the worst purchase I ever made all they're doing is going out do you love for your dog to get at your money it's just paper thin floor on it, Chinese junk. They probably bought Train carts of these things for pennies. Anyway they sent me the wrong bed and and at first refused to deal with me. He said i could send it back for 30 some odd dollars, my cost and they would see if they would maybe give me a refund. Buyer beware. This product isn't close to what is pictured or described. Zero fill. Dog is basically laying on the floor. I ordered the size listed for my dogs weight. Bed is too small. I paid $66,00 now shown on the website for $36.00, which would still be too much. Aldi carries better quality beds then these! Arrived with no paperwork so no way to return.

I ordered two of their largest dog anxiety beds. They're horrible. I took one out of the box and it is horrible. The only want to refund me 15% and it's supposed to be a full refund within 30 days. I only received this 3 days ago.
They say they are available 24/7 and they are not you. Email them and you get a response 2 or 3 days later.
I PAID a little over $100 for them.
Please if you care about your animal, do not buy from these people.

There is no plush. I'm so disappointed. The 1 star is for the lovely person at customer service who found my missing package - it took about 3 weeks to arrive. I bought an XL fluffy bed thinking it would be just like the photos in the advertisement. It looked so nice, thick, full, soft and comfortable. I was surprised to get it in a small package after months of wait and when I opened it, it was flat and horrible. I tried to fluff it up but it didn't make a difference for the price, $122 Au, it is very disappointing. I should have given it back!

I ordered from MrFluffy no friend a size XL lite gray and waited nearly 2 weeks for it to arrive.
I was very disappointed when I unwrapped the bed, it was like a medium/large no way an XL.
I asked for a full refund through Pay Pal and Mr. Fluffy no friend offered a measly 1/3 of my money back. So I refused their offer and requested a full refund per their website's disclaimer and MrFluffy no friend response was that I must pay return shipping to China! So I decided to call Pay Pal's Synchrony Bank and they gladly refunded my money and charged it back to MrFluffy no friend. So I got my full refund and MrFluffy no friend got hopefully nothing because Synchrony Bank will decide if they actually charge it back or eat the loss themselves. As far as the dog bed it's of no use and I will donate it to our local animal shelter.
Unhappy purchasers should call their Bank for a refund and maybe MrFluffy no friend will get the message unhappy customers will fight back.

While it looks like the product advertised, it isn't as full and luxurious as demonstrated on the advertising. The base of the bed looks full but compresses without giving any support for my elderly dog, we have to ensure it is on a soft pad. Not worth the money paid.
