My dog is a border/Norfolk terrier crossbreed and measures 24 inches from nose to start of tail and a medium bed was too small for him as he could not lay out flat.l sent an email to the company and received a reply,offering me another larger bed with a 30% discount and to keep the first bed which we will use in the car for long trips.First bed medium changed for XL which is right size to lay out in.He loves it lots of room for daytime lounging and night time sleeping.
Nowhere in ad did it say it was coming from China. It is a scam. To return, it must get back within 30 days of receipt, with proof of delivery, cost more than the bed, not possible. Quality was bad, everything the other reviews said was true. No phone number to call just an email to message through.
Ordered the XL McFluffy dog bed for my senior Springer Spaniel. The "bed" came in an ENVELOPE. I thought, well maybe it expands like the foam people beds do. NOPE. I don't know if the bed I received missed a quality control inspection, but the center part of the bed has like, ZERO, padding. You place you hand in the middle and you're touching the floor. There is a little bit of padding in the bolster around the outside of the bed but definitely no support for my senior (15.5 year old) springer. Don't believe the hype of support and anxiety relief. She prefers the Costco brand (Kirkland Signature) bed she's had for several years.

Ordered an XL bed before Xmas, got a L, too small for my dog. I measured, took a picture to prove that it was 70 cm in diameter not the 80 cm I ordered. Wrote, sent pictures and was told that another bed would be sent. Good so far…. Then the second bed arrived, same size! Took another picture of the two identical beds, still too small for my dog, and sent a message to please reimburse me since they couldn't send what I ordered.
Got an answer telling me that the warehouse had sent the right size and I was graciously offered 15% off on next order! I could choose to send item back at my expense… what kind of business is this? Deserves the bad rating… wish I had looked at that before ordering!

I have nothing good to say about what is inaccurately described as a dog bed. It was flat without an stuffing...it was ridiculous to call this a dog bed, it was just a damn frisbee. Customer service and their refund policy, one big joke. You had to return it to China for a refund. The cost to do that was more than the bed. How this rip off company is still in business boggles my mind. DO NOT PURCHASE AS YOU WILL REGRET IT. Just a heads up so you don't get ripped off!

I was struck by the condition of the packaging upon arrival. It was my first
Red flag. The dog bed was wrapped in a torn plastic covering and taped up to look like a bag of garbage. There was nothing between the bed and the plastic so opening was a challenge in order to not damage the material. Upon opening it there wasn't a product insert, any washing instructions or material content. There wasn't even a tag attached. It looked like I received someone's return.
There was little stuffing and what was there was balled up in a bunch on one side and impossible to even out. I ordered a XXL and l received what looked like a M/L. I emailed the company and was offered 15% off or to return the product at my cost back to China with the original packaging in tact. The return would have been a small fortune and may not have been accepted because I had not received original packaging to begin with. The quality, pictures nor the description on the website reflect what I received. Fraudulent product for $113.00.

Ive heard about this bed from multiple sources and finally decided to give it a try. The bed arrived quickly in a nice vacuum bag. Once opened it quickly expanded to a nice soft and fluff bed. My dog did his usual inspection like another new things, he got into the bed and curled up comfortably.

I bought a similar bed from another company, and it wasn't well made at all, and there was no filling in the base either, so my dog was basically sat on the floor!
I sent that one back, and purchased MrFluffyFriend, because of all the adverts I'd seen.
It is lovely. Beautifully made, lots of padding and soft and comfortable for my elderly dog, who loves it so much, she's very rarely out of it.I did pay a little extra, but it was well worth it.

These beds are definitely not what they advertise. The communication when I was enquiring as to how long it would take for them to get to me was appalling. It took a month for them to arrive. I have since had them for about five weeks and they are flat and loads of fluff from the outside is coming off.

Our dog bed arrived and it is nothing like what was described on their website! This 'dog bed' could not be less supportive if it tried. It is flopsy with very limited padding and it is poorly constructed. Our arthritic, 11 year old dog might as well sleep on the floor - at least it smells better! The smell of this dog bed is so revolting we had to put it in our garage.
There is no label on the bed to tell you what it is made of but if I had to guess based on the smell, I would say shredded, recycled tires mixed with dead fish. We have requested a full refund.

If you scroll down it states that "any false statements from an individual may be against the law".
What is against the law is that this company has false information as far as the care instructions for their orthopedic beds for dogs. You will find that they say these beds are washable on the gentle cycle and can be dried in a dryer. I followed those instructions and it ruined the bed! When I contacted the company through emails, the only way you can get in touch with them. I was told not to "soak" the bed in water. It is intended for "spot cleaning only". They told me that they are sorry for any inconvenience and thanked me for bringing this to their attention for future improvements in the company. Getting customers to buy your product and you put incorrect care instructions for that product which resultes in ruining the item and then the buyer is told the company is unable to return a refund or replacement for the ruined product if it is over their 30 day agreement. THIS IS DELIBERATELY MISLEADING CUSTOMERS AND SHOULD BE AN EASY CASE TO WIN IN COURT. I suggest telling all your friends and people you know NOT TO BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY LIE TO THE CUSTOMER AND DO NOT TRY TO KEEP THE CUSTOMER COMING BACK BY REFUNDING MONEY THAT WAS DUE BECAUSE OF THEIR DISREGARD AND IGNORANCE which results in damaged goods that they sell to the public‼‼ WE SHOULD ALL INFORM EVERYBODY WE KNOW NOT TO TRUST OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I was a bit worried when I saw the vacuum packing but as soon as I cut the bag the bed started to fluff up. While I removed the packaging to the bin my dog decided to try out the bed and went to sleep. On it so he gives it the thumbs up clearly! It is a little smaller than I expected but does the job so I am happy. X joh

This is genuinely no word of a lie. The bed came 4 weeks late and stinking of anal glands (my wife is a vet and most definitely recognises the smell) - the bed had been previously used. We requested a refund to be told that we are only entitled to 20%? The product is a scam. Customer service is atrocious and the quality of the bed is tat. DO NOT BUY!

I hope that people will read this before handing over money to this company. Unfortunately for me, I did not and am now regretting it big time! The company is located in China and it appears that their customer service email (which is the only way to contact them) just says the same things over and over to customers to placate them for a while… from other reviews I've read, the product will probably never arrive. And if it does and you open it, only to find the quality extremely poor, you will not be able to obtain a refund, because the product was opened! So, you will be chasing your tail and kissing your money goodbye!

Bought the largest dog bed they offer. As you see in the photo my dog does not fit. See photos below. The quality of the bed and size on their website is 10 times better than what I received. The photo they show is not the bed received.

We have recently inherited a miniature Schnauzer from our son who had been allowed to sleep on the bed for six years. We knew it would be a difficult habit to break unless we had a comfortable dog bed.
This bed is perfect because she likes to sleep with her head raised sometimes and other times, she curls up. We bought a large bed, which allows also her to stretch out. It has been a week now and already she likes her bed and is staying off of our bed, which improves our sleeping.
We like the quality and feel of this bed. It took 18 days to arrive, which was within the 21 days the company advised. Overall we are very pleased and would recommend this bed.
