My dog is a border/Norfolk terrier crossbreed and measures 24 inches from nose to start of tail and a medium bed was too small for him as he could not lay out flat.l sent an email to the company and received a reply,offering me another larger bed with a 30% discount and to keep the first bed which we will use in the car for long trips.First bed medium changed for XL which is right size to lay out in.He loves it lots of room for daytime lounging and night time sleeping.
Nowhere in ad did it say it was coming from China. It is a scam. To return, it must get back within 30 days of receipt, with proof of delivery, cost more than the bed, not possible. Quality was bad, everything the other reviews said was true. No phone number to call just an email to message through.
I have another doughnut style bed that I paid the same price for, and it is so much better. This is like a flat disk. It is NOT a doughnut bed. There is not support. It also took almost a month to get here. I want my money back.

I ordered (2) of these dog beds on 12/4 for Xmas. I ordered XXL, 39". The 1st one did not arrive until 12/27, it does not show shipping until 12/26! The 2nd one shows shipping 1/2, it did not arrive until 1/4 (30 days!). I opened the first one and discovered it was too small for either one of my dogs. It has NO padding where they lay. I figured since I opened it I would figure out something to do with it but refuse or return the second one if it was ever received. Now I have the 2nd one and I am told I must pay shipping back ($25) or keep it and get 15% back on entire order with was approx $158 (for items I can't use). These beds are soft but otherwise not good quality for any dog that has joint/arthritis issues. One of my dogs just had double TPLO surgery in the last year and no way can he lay down on this, get support and get up off the floor.

The shipping time frame is ridiculous, it is the shipper, not the shipping company. It is located within US, I had to look!! It took 30 days!

Excellent, soft bed. The dog liked it right away. Delivery is fast, the packing is excellent. Recommend It was a very good buy. Thank you. Perfect for 3.5kg papillon. When the Fluffy Friend arrived I was a bit skeptical. It was a tiny roundish ball of a package. I didn't think it was the right size it was so tightly squished. It opened to a size sufficient for my large boxer/hound mix. Again I thought it was too thin to be what I ordered. My dog thought differently. He curled up on it before I could even get it into place. He naps on it daily and chooses it over all his other dog pillows which we left out to see what he prefers. We think we'll get another to put in his crate as he still likes to curl up in there from time to time.

We purchased the XL bed for our Staffy mix who weighs about 16kg, he is a medium size dog. The bed looks quite fluffy, full, and comfortable in the advertisements, with good height and support around the edges. The one we received is pretty flat, not very full or supportive, and certainly not an XL. Can easily feel the floor through the bed, not a thick base at all and I imagine not comfortable for a medium to large dog for any period of time. We've placed a tennis ball next to the bed in one photo to provide scale so you can see how thick or high the bed actually is. Our order arrived within a couple of weeks and the package was very well wrapped but I wouldn't recommend this as a good bed, perhaps as a topper for another bed or inside a crate. Not worth the full price and even at the discounted price we paid you could buy better at Kmart.

First of all, the bed that is pictured on the Mrfluffyfriend.com website is not what you get. They must have taken photos from another seller's website such as alphapaw.com which shows a similar bed made entirely of faux fur. The Mrfluffyfriend bed that I received did not have fur in the center where your dog lays. It has no padding at all and is just black synthetic material, so your dog is basically just lying on the floor with their paws on the fur. I sent it back to the return address on the shipping label in New Jersy and the post office could not deliver it. No mention of this from customer service until I complained again and found out that it needs to be shipped to China to get a refund. That would cost as much or more than the product. I complained via email and accepted 30% of the cost. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. They know what they are doing and it's not legit.

When I first opened the fluffy bed, I was slightly disappointed. I expected something bigger and fluffier. I set the bed down, and Bella sniffed and then ignored the bed. A couple of days later, I walked into the bedroom, and she was pawing the bed but still not trying it out. FINALLY, after ten days, she was testing her new bed and loving it because I find her there every morning. I would not say it would be fair to call it an anxiety bed, but it is nice, and the dog likes it, a lot!

This bed looks comfy online but I am really disappointed. The bed barely has any stuffing and you can feel the ground through it. My dog is old and she cries and won't even sleep on it.

Like many people I make frequent online purchases. MrFluffy Friend is the worst! I received a tracking number, and my order has allegedly been at fulfillment center for 7 weeks. I emailed concerning my order and was told to be patient. After 5 emails and requests to have my order canceled, nothing. I am now contacting my card for a reversal and report fraud. Stay away!

Bed not at all as pictured or described. Very poor quality and not the dimensions stated. Poor, non-existent customer service giving nothing but lies and run around. They will insist you pay for return shipping and they will reimburse but then they won't. I told them I am disabled and unemployed and bought this bed for my newly adopted service dog and she needs a bed but they still won't refund my money. They keep blaming my bank for not being able to refund my money. They are thieves and they do not care about me or you.
Update-this company continues to insist they will refund my money but they keep making excuses as to why they are not. So not only do they waste their customer's money but they waste their time too.

My rescue dog still does not have a bed because they won't refund my money. She was used as a fight dog and a breeding dog for the first four years of her life. I wanted to get her a nice bed, but this was a big mistake.

I ordered a dog bed on December 3, and still hadn't received anything by December 28.
I tried several times to contact the company but initially received no reply.
When I finally did receive a reply, I was told that I needed to wait 21 days to receive the order, even though my email to them was clear in saying that their shipment was past the 21 day mark and that their tracking number was inactive. Eventually, I asked for a refund - which was frustrating because the dog bed looked interesting - but did not hear back or receive a refund.
In the end, I filed a request for a refund from PayPal and got my money back immediately.

The pictures on the website are very deceiving! What a joke...trust me...I bought 2 -2XL for my 80lb. Dog...it makes a great pillow for her. When I wrote them and told them the problem and said they sent me the wrong ones...they said no, my mistake, I got exactly what I ordered. Go to Petco, even Walmart has better beds then these. What a scam!

Cheap Chinese garbage, not as advertised, arrives in vac sealed envelope, ours has two holes in it. No padding, no support, sizes on website not same as you're going to get. Smells horrible, I'm sure some sort of toxic chemical in the fibres. STAY AWAY…ITS A SCAM!

After waiting 1 entire month for the advertised fluffy, luxurious, firm support, anti anxiety pet bed (& several emails to MrFluffyBed), it finally arrived. What a disappointment! Not only was it NOT packed in a box with protective packing material, there was no packing slip to be found. It came wrapped in a plastic cover with so much tape wound tightly around it that I almost cut into the bed itself. This bed is NOTHING as was advertised. It's flimsy, has no substantial support, & more than likely will fall apart in its 1st machine washing. WHAT A SCAM!
