My dog is a border/Norfolk terrier crossbreed and measures 24 inches from nose to start of tail and a medium bed was too small for him as he could not lay out flat.l sent an email to the company and received a reply,offering me another larger bed with a 30% discount and to keep the first bed which we will use in the car for long trips.First bed medium changed for XL which is right size to lay out in.He loves it lots of room for daytime lounging and night time sleeping.

Nowhere in ad did it say it was coming from China. It is a scam. To return, it must get back within 30 days of receipt, with proof of delivery, cost more than the bed, not possible. Quality was bad, everything the other reviews said was true. No phone number to call just an email to message through.

This is a scam company. The product is not as advertised. No support and nothing like the videos and pictures. If you request a refund they ask you to ship the product back to China. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am going to contact my credit card company to see if I can get any relief from this scam from the bank.

Is Mr Fluffy Friend a legitimate company?
"This is a SCAM"

No padding, no support, sizes on website not same as you're going to get. Smells horrible, I'm sure some sort of toxic chemical in the fibres. STAY AWAY…ITS A SCAM! Took forever, stinks and flat

I ordered 2 x-lg dog beds for our dogs for Christmas which didn't arrive until after Christmas. The beds were smaller than I thought we have 80lbs dogs, but these x-lg beds will only accommodate a 30-40lb dog. I contacted MrFluffyFriend to return these and received return info stating I was responsible for the shipping cost. Upon attempting to return these I learned the return shipping cost was over $500 for a $125 original cost. I will be eating these changes and never buying anything from China online again.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED. Ordered an XL, looks like a medium size. Too small for both of my dogs. Quality VERY POOR :( If I had paid only $10 for each bed that would have been too much. Who can you trust anymore to deliver quality products?

Total garbage from CHINA. Way over priced. Try to return it and you have send it to CHINA!

I got the bed for a new dog He would never lay on it Customer service gave me many resolutions to help the dog and also offered a refund A bad storm came and I put the bed on my lap He laid on it and instantly stopped trembling I leave the bed on the floor and he sleeps deeply

MrFluffyFriend is a scam. They steal your money and never ship your purchase. It is downright fraud by scumbags preying on Australians who love their dogs.

Do not buy from this site!

Products used:
The product never arrived. This is a well practised scam. When you contact the company asking where your purchase is, they reply with an Australia Post tracking number that never ships. They then ignore any further enquiries, including requests for a refund. Absolute, deliberate theft.

This item was packed in a very, very small bag. I did not unwrap it, knowing what was inside wasn't the dog bed I ordered: an XLG. I told the company I wanted to return it because I knew it wasn't what I had ordered. They debated me over ten times over email. Finally, they said I could return it, but it had to be shipped to China! The item was shipped from NJ. I told them had I known their return policy mandated a return to be sent to China; I told them I would NEVER have ordered it.
Eventually, I opened the bag, and not to my surprise; this was not the dog bed I had ordered! It was a cat bed! This bed is NOT extra-large (see what I ordered). I emailed them again and said, "I told you this wasn't what I ordered and expected a full refund.' I said I would ship it back to where it came from, JANE, NJ. This company, BTW, is shady; Google them.

RETURNS NEED TO BE MAILED TO CHINA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE. THIS WAS NOT NOTED ON MRFLUFFY'S WEBSITE. NOTE: THIS PACKAGE CAME FROM NJ

I received the catastrophic Fluffy bed, a package the size of a box of corn flakes, bed made with a VERY light material. Weighed about 1 kilo.
My dog lay once on it and deformed it. I had ordered a large bed, but receive a medium. So thin, that the weight of the dog makes him touch the ground. You give 30 days warranty. I paid 98$ for it. To return it, I was obliged to get your tracing system, $ 100, plus the cost of stamps. A real joke. Fluffy people does not need tracking, but that is his way not to give your money back. This is dishonesty. I was so frustrated that I threw the dog bed in the trash. Their passion for the comfort of our four-legged friends is the greatest hypocrisy coming from this country.
When I complain, I receive that kind of letter. (make shorter) "Please know that we take pride in providing the best quality of products. We'll use your feedback so that we can improve it. Call us for further help. We will give 15% of refund if you keep the bed. Thank you for helping us to improve our service.

I paid 98$ for the bed but the people in China obliged unhappy customer to get a 100$ track and trace on the parcel . So, in fact there is no money back if your are not happy with the product
