My dog is a border/Norfolk terrier crossbreed and measures 24 inches from nose to start of tail and a medium bed was too small for him as he could not lay out flat.l sent an email to the company and received a reply,offering me another larger bed with a 30% discount and to keep the first bed which we will use in the car for long trips.First bed medium changed for XL which is right size to lay out in.He loves it lots of room for daytime lounging and night time sleeping.
Nowhere in ad did it say it was coming from China. It is a scam. To return, it must get back within 30 days of receipt, with proof of delivery, cost more than the bed, not possible. Quality was bad, everything the other reviews said was true. No phone number to call just an email to message through.
Wanted a dog bed, but unclear website meant I ordered wrong size. They said they did not take returns, but gave good discount for correct one. Dog loves it!

This is a scam company. The product is not as advertised. No support and nothing like the videos and pictures. If you request a refund they ask you to ship the product back to China. I ordered 2 x-lg dog beds for our dogs for Christmas which didn't arrive until after Christmas. The beds were smaller than I thought we have 80lbs dogs, but these x-lg beds will only accommodate a 30-40lb dog. I contacted MrFluffyFriend to return these and received return info stating I was responsible for the shipping cost. Upon attempting to return these I learned the return shipping cost was over $500 for a $125 original cost. I will be eating these changes and never buying anything from China online again.

The product never arrived. This is a well practised scam. When you contact the company asking where your purchase is, they reply with an Australia Post tracking number that never ships. They then ignore any further enquiries, including requests for a refund. Absolute, deliberate theft.

This item was packed in a very, very small bag. I did not unwrap it, knowing what was inside wasn't the dog bed I ordered: an XLG. I told the company I wanted to return it because I knew it wasn't what I had ordered. They debated me over ten times over email. Finally, they said I could return it, but it had to be shipped to China! The item was shipped from NJ. I told them had I known their return policy mandated a return to be sent to China; I told them I would NEVER have ordered it.
Eventually, I opened the bag, and not to my surprise; this was not the dog bed I had ordered! It was a cat bed! This bed is NOT extra-large (see what I ordered). I emailed them again and said, "I told you this wasn't what I ordered and expected a full refund.' I said I would ship it back to where it came from, JANE, NJ. This company, BTW, is shady; Google them.

I received the catastrophic Fluffy bed, a package the size of a box of corn flakes, bed made with a VERY light material. Weighed about 1 kilo.
My dog lay once on it and deformed it. I had ordered a large bed, but receive a medium. So thin, that the weight of the dog makes him touch the ground. You give 30 days warranty. I paid 98$ for it. To return it, I was obliged to get your tracing system, $ 100, plus the cost of stamps. A real joke. Fluffy people does not need tracking, but that is his way not to give your money back. This is dishonesty. I was so frustrated that I threw the dog bed in the trash. Their passion for the comfort of our four-legged friends is the greatest hypocrisy coming from this country.
When I complain, I receive that kind of letter. (make shorter) "Please know that we take pride in providing the best quality of products. We'll use your feedback so that we can improve it. Call us for further help. We will give 15% of refund if you keep the bed. Thank you for helping us to improve our service.
