My dog is a border/Norfolk terrier crossbreed and measures 24 inches from nose to start of tail and a medium bed was too small for him as he could not lay out flat.l sent an email to the company and received a reply,offering me another larger bed with a 30% discount and to keep the first bed which we will use in the car for long trips.First bed medium changed for XL which is right size to lay out in.He loves it lots of room for daytime lounging and night time sleeping.
Nowhere in ad did it say it was coming from China. It is a scam. To return, it must get back within 30 days of receipt, with proof of delivery, cost more than the bed, not possible. Quality was bad, everything the other reviews said was true. No phone number to call just an email to message through.

Yes, this bed looked amazing and the reviews on their website sounded great! So I ordered one. It took me several weeks to get the bed and when I did I thought it was a joke. It was packed in a cube form inside plastic wrapping. There were no instructions, or even a notice from the company. The bed was flat so I e-mailed Customer Service and received instructions that said to allow it to sit for 2-3 days until it fluffed up, and also to give it a slight shake to move the stuffing around. I followed their instructions, but unfortunately nothing happened. Sure there is stuffing inside, however it is all clumped together and doesn't spread apart. It's now been 3 weeks, and the bed has not fluffed up. I contacted them to see how to return it. Well...you need to return it on your own, pay for it on your own and the company is in China. It would cost me more than half of what I originally paid to do this. They also offered a 10% discount on the total cost if we decided to keep it. I threw my hands up, promised myself to read ALL reviews and decided to keep it and donate it to a shelter, besides my dog did not want to sleep on it. So my review is simple DO NOT BUY FROM MR. FLUFFY FRIEND!

The bed is almost perfect! Zeus and Athena love the bed, they take turns lying in it. The only thing is that it is thinner the I expected. I am assuming the smaller the bed the more cozy it is.

I don't like to write negative reviews on a products, but prospective buyers should be aware with this purchase. What the company describes and what they picture on their website and what you receive are very different. My husband found this product and ordered it. We were looking forward to receiving the bed, as the pictures show it as full, dense and comfortable. To say we are disappointment by what we received is an understatement. I feel defrauded by false advertising. This bed has zero support, it is not full or dense, somewhat of a flat pancake. It is made of cheap clumpy foam that you can feel throughout. It will likely fall apart within a few months if not sooner. The quality is like the cheap and horribly made stuffed animals you win at a fair or as a video game prize. I contacted the company within hours of receiving the product, it took 48 hours for them to get back to me and two additional emails to get the return info. Not only is at your own expense to send this substandard product back but you have to send it back to China. We paid $83 for this and quite honestly, we wouldn't recommend if it were $20.

I ordered the bed product January 23rd it is now February 13th with no delivery yet. I tracked the "shipment" and it's annoying they sent it from Los Angeles (mind you I live in California) to New York, to Chicago and now it's Indiana. I am afraid if it ever arrives what the dog bed will look like. I wish I had seen these reviews before hand. Their customer support has been contacted but they're now help. Don't ever. Purchase from this business.
It is one of the worst experiences buying online I have ever had.
1.At the end of the day due to misleading advertising... product is NOT as pictured! (cannot stress this enough!)
2. Took much longer than delivery time frames and even longer than the extended time frame they use.
3. Ignored requests to cancel until they finally responded saying it was too late to cancel as product was on the way and I could return it when I received it.
4. finally received it... it was rubbish. Definitely nothing like pictured or described.
5. Refused to pay for return postage to CHINA after they couldn't cancel it
In the end I got 24 dollars refund to keep it so paid 74 dollars for a piece of material with hardly any stuffing.
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... THEY STATE THEY DO A LOT FOR CHARITY BUT OBVIOUSLY THEY DONT CARE ENOUGH ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO HELP THEM DO THIS... IF THEY EVEN DO THIS.

I never write reviews, but I am so dissatisfied with the deception of this company. The reviews on the company website are amazing, the bed looks like something I would even sleep on, but when it finally arrived (after 3 weeks), it is NOT fluffy like the picture makes it seem, the color is an UGLY blueish grey and my dog is better off laying on the hard floor. When I went to look at the return policy, all they give you is an email to send your request to and Joyce, who seems to be the only one working for this company, sends an email back saying that I AM responsible for shipping costs to return it to CHINA when supposedly they have fulfillment centers here in the US! TOTAL TOTAL TOTAL SCAM! Do not waste your time or money buying this cheaply made bed! Joyce-if you read this, my fiance is very famous on social media and he will be letting everyone know about our experience and your fraudulent fake company.

I'm so disappointed in the lack of customer service. I'm expected to file a claim with the post office, wait for the response to be told it is actually missing and send a screenshot of it to them to get a replacement bed. I'm way too busy to deal with all the hassle and I am disappointed that I didn't use Amazon. This would have already been resolved by Amazon and not questioned and required to provide a report from the post office in order to receive what I paid for. The fact that they have this disclaimer at the bottom of the 5th email I received is ridiculous. *MrFluffyFriend cannot reimburse or reship orders that were mishandled by the post office or stolen from the property* DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY!
