I love my dog's new bed! It is pearl white and sort of adds a bit of luxury to my bedroom! Since my dog mainly uses our bed, she hasn't discovered her new fluffy bed but she will, in time. If not, I'm going to snuggle up in it!
They make this bed look super fluffy and nice, but it's so deceiving. It's not thick or well cushioned, the only thing fluffy is the furry type fabric that makes it appear thick. I purchased 2 XXL sized beds for my fur babies at $80 each. I assumed they would be nice, fluffy, good quality BUT one only lasted one night. The thickness is just a tad taller than my Burt's Bees tube of chapstick that I placed next to it to show size on my picture I posted.(ZOOM IN to see the chapstick). My dog had a hole in one of the supposed "quality" beds and the cotton that it's stuffed with is minimal. I emailed and they are willing to give me $12 back. Totally a waste of money! I've bought much cheaper beds that have never been torn up. I just thought these would be super nice for my sweeties. Bad choice and $160 lost.
Total garbage from CHINA. Way over priced. Try to return it and you have send it to CHINA!
Reviews on their site are totally fixed, all 5 stars. Nothing else. I feel totally ripped off.
SUPER DISAPPOINTED. Ordered an XL, looks like a medium size. Too small for both of my dogs. Quality VERY POOR :( If I had paid only $10 for each bed that would have been too much. Who can you trust anymore to deliver quality products?

I have a great Dane that I bought this bed for. I recommend not buying of you have a large dog because there xxl bed only fits Medium size dog.

This item was packed in a very, very small bag. I did not unwrap it, knowing what was inside wasn't the dog bed I ordered: an XLG. I told the company I wanted to return it because I knew it wasn't what I had ordered. They debated me over ten times over email. Finally, they said I could return it, but it had to be shipped to China! The item was shipped from NJ. I told them had I known their return policy mandated a return to be sent to China; I told them I would NEVER have ordered it.
Eventually, I opened the bag, and not to my surprise; this was not the dog bed I had ordered! It was a cat bed! This bed is NOT extra-large (see what I ordered). I emailed them again and said, "I told you this wasn't what I ordered and expected a full refund.' I said I would ship it back to where it came from, JANE, NJ. This company, BTW, is shady; Google them.

I received the catastrophic Fluffy bed, a package the size of a box of corn flakes, bed made with a VERY light material. Weighed about 1 kilo.
My dog lay once on it and deformed it. I had ordered a large bed, but receive a medium. So thin, that the weight of the dog makes him touch the ground. You give 30 days warranty. I paid 98$ for it. To return it, I was obliged to get your tracing system, $ 100, plus the cost of stamps. A real joke. Fluffy people does not need tracking, but that is his way not to give your money back. This is dishonesty. I was so frustrated that I threw the dog bed in the trash. Their passion for the comfort of our four-legged friends is the greatest hypocrisy coming from this country.
When I complain, I receive that kind of letter. (make shorter) "Please know that we take pride in providing the best quality of products. We'll use your feedback so that we can improve it. Call us for further help. We will give 15% of refund if you keep the bed. Thank you for helping us to improve our service.

Yes, this bed looked amazing and the reviews on their website sounded great! So I ordered one. It took me several weeks to get the bed and when I did I thought it was a joke. It was packed in a cube form inside plastic wrapping. There were no instructions, or even a notice from the company. The bed was flat so I e-mailed Customer Service and received instructions that said to allow it to sit for 2-3 days until it fluffed up, and also to give it a slight shake to move the stuffing around. I followed their instructions, but unfortunately nothing happened. Sure there is stuffing inside, however it is all clumped together and doesn't spread apart. It's now been 3 weeks, and the bed has not fluffed up. I contacted them to see how to return it. Well...you need to return it on your own, pay for it on your own and the company is in China. It would cost me more than half of what I originally paid to do this. They also offered a 10% discount on the total cost if we decided to keep it. I threw my hands up, promised myself to read ALL reviews and decided to keep it and donate it to a shelter, besides my dog did not want to sleep on it. So my review is simple DO NOT BUY FROM MR. FLUFFY FRIEND!

The bed is almost perfect! Zeus and Athena love the bed, they take turns lying in it. The only thing is that it is thinner the I expected. I am assuming the smaller the bed the more cozy it is.

I don't like to write negative reviews on a products, but prospective buyers should be aware with this purchase. What the company describes and what they picture on their website and what you receive are very different. My husband found this product and ordered it. We were looking forward to receiving the bed, as the pictures show it as full, dense and comfortable. To say we are disappointment by what we received is an understatement. I feel defrauded by false advertising. This bed has zero support, it is not full or dense, somewhat of a flat pancake. It is made of cheap clumpy foam that you can feel throughout. It will likely fall apart within a few months if not sooner. The quality is like the cheap and horribly made stuffed animals you win at a fair or as a video game prize. I contacted the company within hours of receiving the product, it took 48 hours for them to get back to me and two additional emails to get the return info. Not only is at your own expense to send this substandard product back but you have to send it back to China. We paid $83 for this and quite honestly, we wouldn't recommend if it were $20.
