I love my dog's new bed! It is pearl white and sort of adds a bit of luxury to my bedroom! Since my dog mainly uses our bed, she hasn't discovered her new fluffy bed but she will, in time. If not, I'm going to snuggle up in it!
They make this bed look super fluffy and nice, but it's so deceiving. It's not thick or well cushioned, the only thing fluffy is the furry type fabric that makes it appear thick. I purchased 2 XXL sized beds for my fur babies at $80 each. I assumed they would be nice, fluffy, good quality BUT one only lasted one night. The thickness is just a tad taller than my Burt's Bees tube of chapstick that I placed next to it to show size on my picture I posted.(ZOOM IN to see the chapstick). My dog had a hole in one of the supposed "quality" beds and the cotton that it's stuffed with is minimal. I emailed and they are willing to give me $12 back. Totally a waste of money! I've bought much cheaper beds that have never been torn up. I just thought these would be super nice for my sweeties. Bad choice and $160 lost.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. They still do not offer to refund/exchange a DEFECTIVE BED. They ADMIT THAT THE RETURN IS TO CHINA and is very expensive. MFF has ZERO COMMITMENT to Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction. DO NOT do business with this company. You will be very unsatisfied and if you have a problem they will not refund, exchange or take a return...even for DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. SCAM/DISHONEST
AVOID THIS COMPANY! THIS COMPANY IS 100% BASED IN CHINA AND IS AS DISHONEST AS THEY CAN BE. First, the quality of the beds are very inconsitent, I bought two and one was severely overfilled so my dog would roll off instead of sink in, and it had a horrible musty odor that would not go away even after one week. I tried to return the bed and was given a return address IN CHINA...the cost to return was twice as much as I paid for the bed. They did offer a 15% discount and also said that I could donate the bed (but no exchange or refund) but never addressed the real problem that the bed was defective and stank. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...VERY DISHONEST CHINA BASED BUSINESS.

J'ai commandé un coussin pour chien le 19 janvier, aucune nouvelle de mon colis qui devait venir de France et je viens de réaliser qu'il vient de Chine, ceci n'était pas annoncé au départ. Le colis n'a pas pu être livré soi-disant parce que des informations étaient manquantes. Du vol organisé. Je vais introduire un dossier contre eux.

Très mauvais produit - endommage les meubles irrémédiablement. Le dessous coule, un produit chimique s'incruste dans les matériaux!
L'entreprise est au courant du problème mais décline toute responsabilité, bien évidemment.
Ils proposent de rembourser 1/3 du produit alors que les dommages sont de 3000€!
Très mauvaise foi et encore des gens qui veulent tout prendre sans rien assumer. Le client qui réclame voit à qui il a vraiment affaire!
Hypocrisie totale: bien-être de votre animal...Le client ça ne les intéresse visiblement pas!

Produit beaucoup plus petit que prévu. Et quand vous demandez un retour du produit pour remboursement, le vendeur vous demande de le renvoyer... en CHINE! Evidemment, le site, qui porte un nom anglais, n'indique pas que le "retour sous 30 jours" se fait vers Chine. Cela devrait être mentionné. Conclusion: le retour du produit (à nos frais) va coûter la moitié du prix de la panière que nous avons achetée. Il faut que les acheteurs soient prévenus.
