I love my dog's new bed! It is pearl white and sort of adds a bit of luxury to my bedroom! Since my dog mainly uses our bed, she hasn't discovered her new fluffy bed but she will, in time. If not, I'm going to snuggle up in it!
They make this bed look super fluffy and nice, but it's so deceiving. It's not thick or well cushioned, the only thing fluffy is the furry type fabric that makes it appear thick. I purchased 2 XXL sized beds for my fur babies at $80 each. I assumed they would be nice, fluffy, good quality BUT one only lasted one night. The thickness is just a tad taller than my Burt's Bees tube of chapstick that I placed next to it to show size on my picture I posted.(ZOOM IN to see the chapstick). My dog had a hole in one of the supposed "quality" beds and the cotton that it's stuffed with is minimal. I emailed and they are willing to give me $12 back. Totally a waste of money! I've bought much cheaper beds that have never been torn up. I just thought these would be super nice for my sweeties. Bad choice and $160 lost.
The dog nest seems to be good quality, unfortunately I didn't see the recommendation to go up a size if in doubt. I didn't realise returns were to China until I asked for the return address. Customer services did offer me a 30% discount on the larger bed and 15% refund on the one I had if I kept it. But didn't need 2 beds so have kept the medium one and will have to give it away.
After 2 weeks our 2 cats still won't have anything to do with the beds I bought for them. Put a favorite treat in the center and, at most, the brave one, Loki, will put a single foot on it and then grab and run. We haven't tried the one for the dog. Too hectic and crowded during the holiday season.
They are fluffy and very soft and I'd probably love a more padded, human sized one. I just don't get it as Loki jumps into and explores everything. I fear I've wasted my almost $200. Sigh:(

Ordered a large (35") dark grey dog bed. Upon order confirmation, was notified of "shipping delays". As such, I reached out to cancel. They then advised that the product had already shipped but they provided no tracking info. When challenged, they provided a tracking number. Bed arrived a few days later... I ordered dark grey...they delivered BLUE. I ordered and paid for a large (35") bed...they delivered small (<24") bed. The bed has little padding and is no where near thwe quality that they claim. Dont waste your time or money...

SCAM; return is very expensive to a Chinese address. Chinese JUNK. Cannot post reviews on their site and every review has a picture...written by THEM, it is a big SCAM.
Ordered one bed for $85, they added another to my cart for $58.10 and charged my card for both. Asked them right away to cancel both and they said i had to wait for them to come in to return. Came in, tried to return to the Chinese return address given but it would cost $108 to return. Already out 141 and didnt want to add another 100 because i know it will be impossible to get a return. The beds are complete CRAP.

I ordered a leash in size large. A large is more expensive. They sent me a size medium and it was labeled medium. They want me to pay to send it back. The worst part is they are telling me the leash packed in a box marked medium is actually the large.

By the time I pay to return the item they sent me incorrectly, there is no free shipping for the initial delivery. And it took weeks. The lamest part is they are telling me the leash is actually a large. Even if the rope lar tos right, the handle part is way too small for a large dog.

I am absolutely shocked. Terrible quality, the fabric it is made out of is see through that's how thin and flimsy it is. I've had two days, the filling is coming out of it already. It says it can be washed, there is absolutely no way this product would even withstand one wash in the washing machine. Says it's n Irish brand on Google, absolute lie. Waste of money, I only wish I had read reviews before purchasing.

The dog bed I ordered is meant to be fluffy, but it's sparsely tufted, and the fibres are already falling out because it can't withstand a 30 lb dog trying to get comfortable in it.
We also ordered a harness with custom lettering saying BLIND. The letters are printed on, poorly placed, and smaller than they should be. The metal loop is too big for the size, and the straps don't adjust properly. The fabric is hard, and the buckle is too big, and feels about as cheap as it gets.
Shipping took way longer than it was supposed to. Nearly a month.
I will never, ever shop from this site again.

I have reached out to this company severally. AWFUL customer service, and total disregard for the health of our pets. To top it off, after waiting several weeks for the product to even be shipped, it is smaller than I ordered, wrong color and stains. Everything about this company is problematic including not being transparent about its reviews, processing and refunds! The reviews on its website are all 5 star which is misleading and fraudulent. I would like a refund as I have asked several times before. Please help to report this company to the BBB and THE WWF.

I received the dog bed on 12/20/23. My dogs put a hole in it within the first week. Today is 1/1/24 and it is in the trash because they completely "destuffed" it. I don't have $49 to throw away. This was a huge waste of money.

Do not buy this. As soon as I opened the bag there was a very bad smell. I wrote back stating I wanted to return the bed and "Rigel" (the customer rep) said to give the bed time to air out and I should put it outside. I should not have to do that. Finally after 3 days of back and forth emails, Rigel said I have to ship it to China for a refund.

The dog bed has been sitting in Jamaica, New York for over a week now and never sent to the USPS. Label has been printed and USPS is still waiting for it. I have contacted them twice and no reply. How long does it have to sit there in limbo just waiting to be shipped? Thinking about calling my bank to cancel. I've never seen anything this strange. This is the worst customer service I've ever had. And a total scam. I asked to cancel the order within 24 hrs and they responded saying that it had been sent out. It then took 12 days to get to me.
When I asked to cancel they said that they would happily refund me once it arrived but didn't specify in that email that I would be shouldering the cost of return. To China!
Both the shipping were incorrect and the bed isn't what was advertised.
Every time I try and get a return label they offer me a % off the bed to keep it to "offer to a friend as a gift" or " donate to a shelter" The item isn't worth keeping for a gift or anything else as it's total crap.

An order of two extra large beds arrived and I opened only one. The stench was overwhelming. I emailed asking for return instructions. After two weeks, a poorly worded email stated to air out the bed. I emailed again requesting return authorization and a refund. The eventual response was to say I could get a $10 refund if it was still in original packaging BUT even then, I was not given any return address or instructions.
I disputed the charge on my credit card and my card company agreed with the dispute.
It's been almost a year and Mr. Fluffy is sending me threatening collection emails. The notices are from somewhere in Europe! The original package has Chinese markings. So weird.
The product is disgusting and the company is running a scam.
BEWARE. STAY AWAY.

Worst $90 spent on a dog bed for sure. Supposed to be XL but barely fits my 40 pound springer. Very little padding. My dog has major anxiety and I thought this might help….it hasn't. A $2 blanket on the floor works just as well.

Steer clear. I ordered one of their beds, but it never arrived, and they haven't refunded me yet. They always have an excuse as to why. I ordered this product on the 5th of December and today is 14 February, and they don't respond to inquiries, if they do they say we will let you know. How long to get a refund from a reputable company? 3-5 business days. Not 3-5 months.

This is the worst purchase I ever made all they're doing is going out do you love for your dog to get at your money it's just paper thin floor on it, Chinese junk. They probably bought Train carts of these things for pennies. Anyway they sent me the wrong bed and and at first refused to deal with me. He said i could send it back for 30 some odd dollars, my cost and they would see if they would maybe give me a refund. I don't trust them at all so I guess I'm stuck with the bed that a cat would barely fit on, meanwhile I have a Rottweiler. Do not buy anything from this company the quality and workmanship is garbage!

Buyer beware. This product isn't close to what is pictured or described. Zero fill. Dog is basically laying on the floor. I ordered the size listed for my dogs weight. Bed is too small. I paid $66,00 now shown on the website for $36.00, which would still be too much. Aldi carries better quality beds then these! Arrived with no paperwork so no way to return.

She practically melts in it. I purchased this bed and another bed in a different style so she now has three completely different beds to choose from. At first she was playing goldilocks (maybe still does a little) by laying on each of them but think this one is the winner!
