I love my dog's new bed! It is pearl white and sort of adds a bit of luxury to my bedroom! Since my dog mainly uses our bed, she hasn't discovered her new fluffy bed but she will, in time. If not, I'm going to snuggle up in it!
They make this bed look super fluffy and nice, but it's so deceiving. It's not thick or well cushioned, the only thing fluffy is the furry type fabric that makes it appear thick. I purchased 2 XXL sized beds for my fur babies at $80 each. I assumed they would be nice, fluffy, good quality BUT one only lasted one night. The thickness is just a tad taller than my Burt's Bees tube of chapstick that I placed next to it to show size on my picture I posted.(ZOOM IN to see the chapstick). My dog had a hole in one of the supposed "quality" beds and the cotton that it's stuffed with is minimal. I emailed and they are willing to give me $12 back. Totally a waste of money! I've bought much cheaper beds that have never been torn up. I just thought these would be super nice for my sweeties. Bad choice and $160 lost.
Pepper loved his blanket from first time he saw it. He rolls around in it, puts all his teddies in it and it is on foot of my bed at nite. I wish I had one. He kicked the 2 cats off and they know he means it! The customer Service is great all the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Buy your pet blanket and you won't be sorry.
I ordered two of their largest dog anxiety beds. They're horrible. I took one out of the box and it is horrible. The only want to refund me 15% and it's supposed to be a full refund within 30 days. I only received this 3 days ago.
They say they are available 24/7 and they are not you. Email them and you get a response 2 or 3 days later.
I PAID a little over $100 for them.
Please if you care about your animal, do not buy from these people.

Yes, there's a lot. I'd like to share number one. I can't share proof of purchase because my banker PayPal does not allow screenshots number two. They say they're in Connecticut, Pennsylvania or somewhere but the product comes from Jamaica and number three. I think that my review here should not be medium. It should be taught cuz I provided pictures. I just couldn't provide my proof of purchase.

There is no plush. I'm so disappointed. The 1 star is for the lovely person at customer service who found my missing package - it took about 3 weeks to arrive. But, the product is not as advertised and is EXTREMELY expensive for what it is. The internal part is just cover, no real stuffing/filling. I got the xxl. It's small.

I bought an XL fluffy bed thinking it would be just like the photos in the advertisement. It looked so nice, thick, full, soft and comfortable. I was surprised to get it in a small package after months of wait and when I opened it, it was flat and horrible. I tried to fluff it up but it didn't make a difference for the price, $122 Au, it is very disappointing. I should have given it back!

This product did not live up to their claims and I tried to return it for which customer service said the best they could do for me was 30% of what I paid. I have several disappointed conversations with them. So much for 100% satisfied. Definitely disappointed with everything.

I ordered from MrFluffy no friend a size XL lite gray and waited nearly 2 weeks for it to arrive.
I was very disappointed when I unwrapped the bed, it was like a medium/large no way an XL.
I asked for a full refund through Pay Pal and Mr. Fluffy no friend offered a measly 1/3 of my money back. So I refused their offer and requested a full refund per their website's disclaimer and MrFluffy no friend response was that I must pay return shipping to China! So I decided to call Pay Pal's Synchrony Bank and they gladly refunded my money and charged it back to MrFluffy no friend. So I got my full refund and MrFluffy no friend got hopefully nothing because Synchrony Bank will decide if they actually charge it back or eat the loss themselves. As far as the dog bed it's of no use and I will donate it to our local animal shelter.
Unhappy purchasers should call their Bank for a refund and maybe MrFluffy no friend will get the message unhappy customers will fight back.

Pay Pal asked for a full refund and MrFluffyFriend declined. My experience is your not really protected even using Pay Pal.

Ordered January 25 2022. It is February 23 and still have not received. When contact them it is always your order is in process. Now on shopify it says shipped but no tracking number provided. Will not email me back now. Not to mention the obnoxious amount of email offers I receive from them daily.

I ordered an extra large bed. Took forever before they even shipped it. Half way to my house I got notified by USPS that they confiscated it due to counterfeit postage. So I cannot give a review on the bed.I contacted the company and was given the option to try and get another or refund. I took the refund. I had to give it one star or else this review would not post. Otherwise no star.

We bought an orthopaedic pillow for one of our Cocker Spaniels.
The website experience was fine. Price not bad. Delivery not bad. Overall we're happy, however having followed the guidance for the weight to item size, we would suggest this guide to be inaccurate. Our Cocker Spaniel is quite small yet still the item seems too small for her.
To make use of it we replaced an existing small bed cushion with it. It fits well in that.
It seems to be good for her from a comfort point of view. She sleeps pretty much all night on it, in the bed,
Whereas before she was getting up and moving around on the old bed base cushion.
Would I recommend it? Yes for the comfort, but buy bigger than the guide suggests.

I ordered an extra large bed it's supposed to be big enough for a doberman and it is not and I told them they offer me 10% off which is ridiculous! Look at the picture advertised even for a medium sized dog shows the bed should be a lot larger.

I ordered one in plenty of time for Christmas, every time I checked tracking it was still sitting at the companies address. Then when I finally got it on the 30th way pass Christmas. While it looks like the product advertised, it isn't as full and luxurious as demonstrated on the advertising. The base of the bed looks full but compresses without giving any support for my elderly dog, we have to ensure it is on a soft pad. Not worth the money paid. I bought this bed based on the sizing on the website and according to breed size, XL. The next size up was recommended for Golden Retrievers and my dog is much smaller than that. I contacted customer service to get return information. I have to send back to CHINA? The shipping address on the original packaging is in Cedar Grove, NJ. To mail to China will cost almost as much as what I paid, at least $46.00. Ridiculous.

We have had several of these beds and my dog loves them. If your cat has an "issue" and pees on them they don't wash well several times (hence the multiple beds), but my dog melts into them and I'm glad to keep her happy and comfortable.

I spent $216 for a garbage product. I bought two and when I unpacked them they stank! The size and volume are not what they supposed they are. I had to wash them first to remove that smell. After a month and a half of use and after 2 washes, they looked like they had been used for 10 yrs. The dog beds that I purchased from Costco four yrs. Ago which only cost $35 are far far better than this fake Mr fluffy bed. Don't buy this; it's a waste of money.

This is a scam. The bottom of the bed is thin and provides no support for an ailing dog. It looks flurry and plush but if you put any weight on it you will feel the floor. When contacted for a refund they use every excuse in order to not refund you. Horrible business.
