I love my dog's new bed! It is pearl white and sort of adds a bit of luxury to my bedroom! Since my dog mainly uses our bed, she hasn't discovered her new fluffy bed but she will, in time. If not, I'm going to snuggle up in it!
They make this bed look super fluffy and nice, but it's so deceiving. It's not thick or well cushioned, the only thing fluffy is the furry type fabric that makes it appear thick. I purchased 2 XXL sized beds for my fur babies at $80 each. I assumed they would be nice, fluffy, good quality BUT one only lasted one night. The thickness is just a tad taller than my Burt's Bees tube of chapstick that I placed next to it to show size on my picture I posted.(ZOOM IN to see the chapstick). My dog had a hole in one of the supposed "quality" beds and the cotton that it's stuffed with is minimal. I emailed and they are willing to give me $12 back. Totally a waste of money! I've bought much cheaper beds that have never been torn up. I just thought these would be super nice for my sweeties. Bad choice and $160 lost.
Customer service is difficult to deal with and can only do so online. Orders not fulfilled properly. If you want to return a bed, you have to pay postal rates to China. Steer clear. Don't order their bed.

What a joke. The beds in the pictures are huge with 12" thick padding like a mattress. This awful smelling thing that showed up isn't even a quarter of the size advertised. Stick with Amazon, at least you get your money back when trash like this shows up.

My first order with MrFluffyFriend went without a hitch. I decided to buy a bed, a treat/toy dispenser and a large deluxe furniture cover, as the first cover, although fantastic was small. Here the frustration begins! Two cards left, I fill in the redeliver form and when it finally arrives (ordered September) delivered 2 November there are only 2 items, where's the 'deluxe '? Long story short I am still trying to get my purchase, which cost $145, a lot of money for me. Meanwhile my 15 year old cat waits with me.

I ordered this bed on 1/9 and have still not received. When I try following up, I get no response. Apparently my order is at a USPS location in Los Angeles, which is literally 10 miles from my house...and its been sitting there for two weeks! Apparently this company cares very little about getting you their product in a timely manner. They offer you free shipping, but they obviously use the cheapest possible shipping method and could care less about you once they have your money.

My big guy absolutely loves his new bed. It took a few days for him to gravitate towards it but since he has he sleeps there all the time. I will definitely be ordering a second one for the basement so that he can stay there and be all warm.

I ordered this bed according to their sizing. It took almost 3 weeks to receive this bed. I ordered a medium and its too small for my 40 lb dog. The bottom of the bed is very thin and will easily be destroyed by a young dog. I contacted these people (thru email there is no phone) quite a few times. They offered me a 15% special refund if I kept the bed. I tell them I can't use it and they said I will have to pay shipping. I said okay and asked for the address. They gave me an Address in CHINA! DO NOT BUY THIS BED! They are a rip off!

Don't buy from this company, they are a scam, I placed an order was charged, never got a confirmation of my order, sent them an email to cancel as two weeks later I still never received my order. They then said it was shipped & gave me a tracking number that didn't even exist. So disappointing but my own fault, need to do research next time, but if I can save others I'll try.

I recently bought two anti-anxiety pet beds and I am really pleased with my purchases.
My new puppies (12 weeks) love these beds and although try to pull the threads out, have not succeeded so far.
Have already been washed and tumble-dried and have retained their shape.

Absolute rubbish product and very expensive - don't fall for it! These guys use Facebook advertising promoting 60% off and last day to order. It's a scam. The product is expensive, I bought two at $66.50 each. I tried to cancel a few days later and they said it had been dispatched but the tracking details said nothing had been lodged by the sender. They said I could reject when it was delivered and it would be returned to them for a refund. But the package had to be in good condition. The package arrived ripped open, so I had no way to return it. The quality of the product was absolute rubbish. WAY too small for my dogs, and really thin and cheap. While waiting for my order I bought some similar beds in Kmart for half the price and MUCH better quality than this. It's no wonder they have so many poor reviews. DON'T fall for the lovely pictures and claims on their website! I have attached pictures of the package, and the product compared to the Kmart one I bought. No comparison!

I bought a Mr Fluffy Friends bed on recommendation of a friend. Delivery was slightly longer than expected (due to demand, I suspect) bit the wait was worth it. My 'clingy' Black Labrador now prefers her fluffy bed to time on the sofa with me - a real compliment to her new bed! Love it!

After six weeks waiting for the items, I discovered that the order was processed only after I inquired about delivery. The items have still not been received. We have always used inside dog beds, so our beloved Rhodesian Ridgeback does not sleep on the rug, carpets or furniture. She normally eats the beds after a few days. Outstanding comfort has kept her from doing any damage other than to turn it over once. She sleeps so well in this bed, that when we go to the bedroom at night, she does NOT follow us for at least a few hours. Really, really pleased with this dog bed. Do you make them in wife sizes?

First of all, I will never buy from this company again. Size large is a small. I have 3 Rotties and one is a medium size the other two large. These pillows do not fit my dogs. Luckily the XXL fit for one. I will give the other two to a friend as a gift. Never never again. I should have looked at the ratings first... next time I will buy at a prt store or Costco

Horrible customer service, I wanted to cancel the order, because it was ordered by mistake, but they declined it (even if it was within hours), saying it was already processed. I tried to withdraw from the contract, in line with the EU law (as they are governed by Dutch law) and received no response. Sent another email asking for confirmation, because I wanted to prevent the product to be shipped and said I do no longer wish to receive the product. One day later I got email that the order was sent and only afterwards the customer service replied to my emails, saying they can't do anything as it was already dispatched. Very shady business, I do not recommend buying from this company.

This bed was nothing like what they claimed. Its just a fringe bed with really NO stuffing at all. It's flat and my dog really don't like it. He is 83lbs it's way to small and flat. Total rip off. Shame on your lying company for false advertising! Very disgusted for the waste of my hard earn money. Go to kohls they have much better merchandise.

MrFluffyFriend (they are NOT your friend) calls the bed I ordered XL. Our dog, who is 53 pounds, hangs off the side of it. This is cheap Chinese junk at an exorbitant price. Do not be taken in. Get a good quality dog bed at your local Costco for much less. I am so angry I was taken in by these people. They should be reported to the BEtter Business Bureau. And by the way, the junk takes forever to arrive.

It took about 1 week to be shipped out (longer than what it says in the website), but arrived in about 2 1/2 weeks. The bed was compressed in a small package and expanded when opened. It is good quality and comfortable, and so far my dog likes playing with it.
Update: it took her a day or so, but I caught her sprawled out in it this morning (with her coat on).

I only have positive comments to make about the company and the item I bought. I was kept up to date with the shipment details and it was delivered on time. The bed is vacuum packed and fluffed up after 15 minutes. My dog is old and spends a lot of time in her new bed and I have ordered one for my cat.

Since writing the review below, I have received the product I ordered. It's not worth the £52 I paid for it, but it's decent enough quality. I'm just pleased I received it after waiting so long. Customer services eventually emailed me back and a few weeks later I received my order.
