I love my dog's new bed! It is pearl white and sort of adds a bit of luxury to my bedroom! Since my dog mainly uses our bed, she hasn't discovered her new fluffy bed but she will, in time. If not, I'm going to snuggle up in it!

“Terrible misrepresentation, Bad quality, Poor customer service”

They make this bed look super fluffy and nice, but it's so deceiving. It's not thick or well cushioned, the only thing fluffy is the furry type fabric that makes it appear thick. I purchased 2 XXL sized beds for my fur babies at $80 each. I assumed they would be nice, fluffy, good quality BUT one only lasted one night. The thickness is just a tad taller than my Burt's Bees tube of chapstick that I placed next to it to show size on my picture I posted.(ZOOM IN to see the chapstick). My dog had a hole in one of the supposed "quality" beds and the cotton that it's stuffed with is minimal. I emailed and they are willing to give me $12 back. Totally a waste of money! I've bought much cheaper beds that have never been torn up. I just thought these would be super nice for my sweeties. Bad choice and $160 lost.

I bought an XL bed for my 65 pound dog and it doesn't fit her. The bed is way too small so the sizing they give you doesn't work. After 2 days of having it, she was able to tear into it and all the stuffing came out of it. Worse purchase I have ever made. It is complete garbage. Do not buy this for your baby. It doesn't work. After spending $65 for this product and trying to get a refund, which has not happened, I DO NOT
RECOMMEND this item at all!

My dog is 42 lbs and we ordered the XL. At first I thought it was going to be to small because the previous bed she had was much bigger. However, it took her only a day to curl up in it as if it was hugging her. We even brought it with us when traveling by car and she cuddled in it the whole way. She has storm anxiety and the bed is wonderful for her. So glad we bought it.

Usually with any type of new dog bed we had to encourage Gem to get on it with treats etc, when this arrived we set it on the floor and to our amazement she got on it straight away without enticement, and she looks so comfy on it so you can imagine how pleased we are service, product and price excellent 5 star thank you

I purchased 3 beds that finally came after 2 months. Only opened one and it was a flat pancake, smelled, and the stitching is falling apart and you could feel the hardwood floors under it. I contacted the company by email. They said give it a couple days to fluff which I did. So I contacted them back it didn't fluff up. They didn't return any of my emails for way over a month. They commented after I said I was going to turn this over to my credit card company. They said I could return it and gave me no address. This company acts like it is based in the US and is actually based in China. This company is a total scam. They want me to pay for return which is more than the crappy beds. Letting my credit card company deal with this

Took an age to arrive and when it did it was woefully too small - I had ordered a Large (suitable for a whippet, the website said). My whippet is 19 inches to his shoulder and could barely get half his body on it.
I repeatedly asked for a return address only to be told to "fluff it up"!
When they finally sent a return address, it's in China. I'm UK based and they definitely have a Europe hub but won't give me the address.
I have donated it to a dog shelter.

We purchased 2 beds for our grand dogs for christmas. Took over a month to get them. They were too small and not good quality. Trying to get them returned is a night mare! They come from China and they won't send a label to return them. You have to return yourself. After looking into that there is a 500 cost to ship back which we obviously won't do. So now we are stuck with these beds and will have to try to sell them. I would never buy from this company again

This bed took a very long time to arrive, but to be fair, my dog did like it. Unfortunately though, it was far too small for her. I ordered a bed that was supposed to be suitable for a Beagle. My dog is about the size of half a Beagle, but I wanted her to be able to stretch out in it comfortably. It was pretty expensive to me as I am on a pension, but when I complained about it being too small I was advised to 'give' it to someone else and buy another one. I can't afford to do this, so it has been a total waste of money. If you're considering purchasing this bed, order one that is much bigger than you think you will need for your dog, and be prepared to wait for several months to receive it. Very disappointing and an expensive lesson in Chinese sizing.

Order big, wait for a long time.

Three emails sent and still negotiating the return of the item. They are offering discounts for keeping it instead of returning and wasting my time. My dog wouldn't even go in the bed. Outcome yet to be determined.

Tip for consumers:
You would have to ship it back at your own cost and they’re very sketchy about where to return it. Offering multiple emails with discounts instead of just getting you the information you need to return the item.

My 75 lb Standard Poodle LOVES the bed. Typically he's up and down in and outside but now is content to lounge in the bed. I got an xl. I don't understand why all the poor reviews. Anyway Teddy is a happy boy. Thank you!

Please do not buy anything from this company! The beds are totally inferior, not fit for purpose and a complete waste of money. Returns have to be sent at your cost to China with no guarantee of a refund. They charge three times the price for the same beds available at other retailers. Please do not buy from this company!

I am STILL waiting for the bed I ordered. Customer service is not good. They will not answer my questions and give round about scripted answers if they even respond. I better receive it soon and I hope it is worth the money I paid.

I have had the misfortune to purchase BEFORE reading the reviews I sought a refund 5 days later only to be told (surprise surprise) the bed had been dispatched. Several emails later I realise what a lost cause it is trying to write to their non existent customer service. After telling them I would not accept the item IF and when it was finally Delivered the reply started off " I know you are eager to receive your dog bed"
Result I have lost 62.95 Euro. I fully endorse those who have warned " Do not buy." I have to say they are true to form, read their reply below. This is the standard BS they use to try and convince they care about the customer and their complaints when in fact the oppisate is true!
Sites like this which give genuine customer experiences are to be praised as they at least provide truthful reviews.

Looks like the Chi-Coms got my $100! Funny, every response is computer generated. I'm sure it's all Chinese run. Why am I so stupid to not check reviews before purchasing. I got so excited for my dog! Obviously everybody else did the same. Oh well, no one to blame but myself. Kiss that $100 bye! They can buy more balloons!

I should have found sitejabber before i ordered this on 25 May 2022.
Arrived from China on 29 June and immediately i recognized trouble.
I was buying it for my 30kg Staffy ~ Bella. Look at the picture it's not big enough to put anything other than a kitten in it. What's worse they are still sending me free gift offers which are not actually free.

False advertising. Product is only 1.25" thick, more like a rug. Smells terrible. Shipped from China, takes forever to receive. If you need to return it costs more that the product. Order cancellation does not exist (no one reponds). Would give 0 if possible.

I ordered the anxiety calming donut bed which arrived tightly packaged but soon puffed up with a shake and plump up. I also ordered the car restraint seat belt, the shortest in length but still allows my little boy to wander around on the back seat, love it. Feels very strong and durable. I also purchased the adjustable feeding table. My dog loves it, wasn't sure for the first couple days but now he won't eat out of his old dishes. It's very sturdy and the first height is perfect to keep my little man happy when eating. Thank you Mr Fluffy Friend.

Ordered 1 XXL for $83 and immediately got an offer for a second one at great discount, which I purchased. Didn't hear after about 5 days and ended up in a series of 3-5 emails with replies from their support and then got USPS tracking number.

Just after their confirmation and tracking number I got a fraud call from my credit card company. I think they submitted the credit card under the name of another company, like AIC Auto Club.

We shall see if it arrives. I should have done more online shopping comparison, there are other seller out there with similar products and prices. I would absolutelyavoid this seller in the future.

First let me say I will be purchasing another. I bought this for my dogs to lay together. They are not sharing. They race to the bed in the cage and whoever gets there first gets dibs. The other has to lay on the blankets. When I return home as soon as I let them out the cat goes right in and lays the rest of the night. Perhaps I should get 2 more? Lol. The bed is well made and obviously very comfy

Almost a month and the product has not been received by USPS. It was listed as in stock. They send cute little emails like working 24/7 on your order. What a joke. This company is a total scam. Go to your local pet supply for a bed.

Update: I did finally receive the bed after a 45-60 days. It has an odor and needed to be left outside for a while to get rid of that. Our dog does like it though so I improved the score. I would shop locally if I had to replace.

Tip for consumers:
I would shop locally so you can see and feel the product. At a minimum buy from a reputable company online so you are not dealing with shipping from this company. Smell is funky but did go away.

I bought the largest bed because I wanted my black lab mix to be able to stretch out on it. I placed it over a flat bed she was using and she is happy with the way she can rest her head on the edge and feel safe and comfy. We have tile floors which is why I put it over her existing bed. She either lays on it or on my bed, wherever I happen to be. I like it, she seems fine with it. If you want something thicker, then you will have to buy a mattress which would cost you so much more.

Update for Myfluffyfriend dog beds. I got a link to send bed back, (after I had already sent it back). Get this! Are you sitting down? They wanted me to send it to CHINA. Yes, CHINA! I also contacted my credit card company and told them the story. The amount that was charged was put into a dispute hold. Of course I will not get the $18 (standard mail with tracking) I spent on mailing it back to the U.S. warehouse on the original return address. Crooks! Next stop is the B.B.B.

I immediately knew upon receiving that I didn't want this product, so I decided to send it back in the original packing. I only opened one side to inspect, because I couldn't believe that something that small would be like advertised. I contacted them and was offered discounts of 10 and then 30 percent to keep. I told them that I wasn't interested and would be sending it back within 2 days. I used the return address on the package and sent it with a tracking number thru USPS. It was delivered within 2 days as the receipt says it was handed to a person at the address. That was over one month ago and I still haven't received my refund. Now they are telling me that I have to retreive the package. SERIOUSLY? They know where it is. Well, will add to many more reviews including BBB and Martha Stewart's website where I originally saw the ad. I would give this company minus stars if at all possible.

I received an XXL bed on March 7,2023. None of my dogs would use the bed. I assume this is because the fill in the center is very insufficient and the dogs are basically laying on the floor with a few scattered lumps of stuffing.
I contacted the company about a return. After trying to convince me to give the bed to a friend or keep the bed and get 15% of my $88 purchase back, they finally sent return instructions. The bed needs to be returned to China at my cost, using a tracking return system and it must be received in China within 30 days of the day I received it. It is of course impossible to get anything to China that fast.

The sales info clearly states a 30 day return policy, but does not mention 30 days to have the product returned to China. This is false advertising! Once you receive the bed you are stuck with it.
