We implemented mSpy in our company to monitor employee phone usage during work hours. It's been very effective and helped in improving productivity.
The app is supposed to run in stealth mode, but my boyfriend figured out it was installed on his phone. Needs to be more discreet.
I purchased the Parentaler app, went through the buying process thinking I was purchasing and it was not until AFTER the purchase process that you start getting emails from Mspy, saying that's the product you've purchased. The Parentaler website says it will work on iOS13+ however because you've unknowingly purchased Mspy, which does NOT work in iOS 16, THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK. When you ask for a refund because the app doesn't work on iOS they quote the mspy refund policy, which you have no idea about because you purchased off the Parentaler web site. All in all the whole thing is a scam, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MSPY OR PARENALER, THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK IN iOS.

Staff is very helpful however I feel like the product is misleading if you are using it with an iphone so do your homework before purchasing

MSpy software depends on strong Internet connection and in case there was no Internet on the target device for more than 24 hours, target phone loses connection automatically.
777 is a common troubleshooting in this case and if it is not working for several times it means that mSpy was un-installed from the target device and re-installation is required. We have provided you with all of the required assistance at once and would be more than happy to help you again.
MSpy require many permissions from the target phone and Antivirus can react on it as on harmful application, because it was not downloaded from Google Play Store. Moreover, Antivirus is one of the reasons target phone loses connection at first place.
