I have had mspy on my daughters phone since August. It worked great and It did what it was supposed to do (except, it does let blocked phone numbers through). Yesterday only a small amount of the target phones activity was sent to me. I know that there was a lot of calls and texts and web browsing that never showed in my dashboard because I was able to look through the phone and see it, so it obviously wasn't deleted before the 2 min mark. Now today i cannot get any new activity at all. The GPS stopped working at 4am and I know there is a good internet connection. I know the phone has activity on it because I have called and texted it several times all day and still nothing. I have phone support and never can talk to anyone. I get hung up on before i get connected and when i do get through... the recording wants my ID number. After I enter it it tells me that I don't have support... ugh so aggravating! I have emailed mspy and still haven't heard from them. I really needed this solved today because it's the weekend and that is when my daughter needs the most monitoring. What is the point of phone support if mspy doesn't live up to their promise of it. 2 days ago I would have given 4 stars.

MSPY, you have stolen money from hundreds of people, without giving any service. I have read all the reviews. You have not refunded anyone. ALL YOUR NEXT CUSTOMERS IN THE WORLD MUST KNOW. YOU ARE THIEVES. YOU STEAL MONEY AND DON'T GIVE THE SERVICE. AND THEN DON'T REFUND BY SAYING A LOT OF STUPIDAGES. WE WILL SEE YOU IN THE COURT. IN ONE WAY OR THE OTHER YOU CAN BE SURE THAT I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK. I want to warn all your next hypothetical customers that you steal money and don't give the service on IPhone and Android. UPDATE 10/08/2023:
MSpy continues to give me the run around after I have requested a full refund over 20 times via emails. I paid $53.99. Their partial refund they gave back was $1.00. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I am still waiting for my refund of $52.99. I will be reporting their company to the appropriate government fraud departments and submit a complaint that they are scamming consumers and refusing to refund fully as requested.

UPDATE 10/04/2023:
I have requested a refund over 10 times. No refunds have been given. They completely ignored my submitted requests. Instead, they change the subject and ask for feedback on their software, which I already told them multiple times it is terrible, not user friendly, and not as advertised.

ORIGINAL COMPLAINT:
Terrible, frustrating experience. Do NOT purchase from them. The software was difficult to install and not user friendly. It did not have all the functionalities it claimed it had. Also, the customer service and support are VERY SLOW and NON-RESPONSIVE. I tried chatting with the company but got kicked off multiple times with no response from the agent. I tried calling the listed company phone number, but they were not accepting calls. I emailed them, so I will see how long it takes to get a response. Trying to requesting a refund from them has been time-consuming and difficult.

Total waste of money

A lot of promises nothing worked I'm better off using Bark than stupid Mspy! When I purchased mspy on 8/8/21 I was told that if I'm not satisfied with the product I have 10days to cancel for a full refund. After 9 days days I decided that I'm not paying for dashboard of nothing! Got in touch with customer service was assured that I will get a refund within 5days. After 10 days I checked my cc to see if refund was issued. Nothing! Got in touch with mspy again same thing. Was told to stay on top of billing department to make sure I get the refund then I get this message

Apparently on 8/11/21 they came up with a new refund policy that offers no refund whether it works or it doesn't! Stay away! Don't waste your money and time

I was really excited when I followed the advertising link and got the tour of this amazing dashboard that showed all the great capability mSpy offfers. I was sold in an instant and clicked through to pay and sign up. It was on installation I discovered that as an iPhone user the offer is very different and frankly pretty pointless when stacked up against alternatives including screentime that comes with the phone. I asked for help and found out the only option was to jailbreak my iphone which I didn't want to do. I therefore asked for an immediate refund when I discovered this. Given this was all within 24-48 hours of purchase I expected no problem and to be able to move on. I have been fobbed off and my requests blatantly ignored with no response other than offers to extend the subscription etc. I have given up asking for the refund but requested all my personal details be removed from their system which they have so far not even acknowledged and are therefore in breach of data protection regulations. If this was a reputable firm they would expect this to happen on occasion and have no problem refunding purchases that have been made through a misunderstanding. They certainly wouldn't be playing fast and loose with customer data. Unfortunately mSpy appear not to be.

Bad product
September 5, 2022

Enrolled with mspy to read text on a phone that I hadn't access to. Did not use the product at all and they refused to give a refund.
The site was not clear that you needed the phone until I enrolled. Customer service was poor. DO NOT RECOMMEND THUS PRODUCT.

Money scam

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. BUYER BEWARE THEY WILL F&_$ YOU OVER. I PAID FOR 3MONTHS PREMIUM WHICH WAS TO GIVE ME MANY THINGS LIKE KEYLOGGER, BROWSER HISTORY WITHOUT ROOTING THE PHONE NOTHING WORKED RIGHT AND EACH TIME I ASKED FOR HELP I GOT THE RUN AROUND. SO AFTER 3 DAYS I REQUESTED MY $126.00 BACK, THEY REFUSED. SO FOR A LOUSY SERVICE FOR ONLY 3 DAYS THEY SCANNED ME OUT OF A LOT OF MONEY. THEY SUCK. FIND A BETTER SPY PROGRAM BEFORE THEY F$_& YOU OUT OF MONEY

After spending $169 for a 12-month subscription, I installed the application - but with problems. Following the installation instructions I should have settings on my phone now but I don't. So I contact their Tech Support and the TS person tells me to come back in 7 hours (?) because the team I need will be in then. So I do, and they tell me that it appears to be installed correctly on their side - have a nice day!

It's not installed correctly, and doesn't work. Not to mention I specifically bought this for the Snapchat capability because on their website it SPECIFICALLY states "Employ mSpy to know if your child is sending or receiving inappropriate photos or videos...". After purchasing, and being on Chat for 6 HOURS, the TS tells me that "about 3 months ago we can't track incoming media on Snapchat, only outgoing." Then why hasn't the website been changed to correct the Features section?

It took me less than five minutes to buy the product two days ago and I have more than 8 HOURS in Tech Support time.

A word about Tech Support - part of the reason that it takes so long is because they have MULTIPLE Chat windows open at once, trying to service multiple customers. So after you type a response, you will wait 5-10 minutes before you receive a reply in the Chat window. This is not an exaggeration and I kept a log, just to make my point when I will have to fight for a refund.

There are two ways of monitoring of iPhone: 1) no-jailbreak via iCloud (no version limits), 2) jailbreak installation (only up to iOS 9.1)

Here are some details about these methods:
1) Without jailbreak mSpy syncs with iCloud that was used during installation. Unfortunately we can not make synchronization faster as this limitation comes from Apple and at the moment there is no existing solution that can monitor non-jailbroken phone faster than 24 hours.
2) Jailbroken version of mSpy can help you to monitor all features that are included to Premium version. The only limitation in this case is jailbreak. For iOS 9.2 - 10. 3. 2 stable jailbreak doesn't exist at the moment and to our regret we can not influence on creation of better jailbreak versions.

We have information on our buying page about no-jailbreak and jailbreak differences stating that you can not monitor media information without jailbreak. We regret to hear that you got confused and will do our best to help you our in this issue. Please, provide your customer information so we can contact you back and provide assistance!

Horrible mspy

Sorry to tell you, but the product does not really do what they say
It is almost impossible to get updated information from the target phone
To give you an example after an update in SEPT the last phone call registered under myspy app was in JUNE (so? Someone did not call or receive any call from JUNE until SEPT)
The last suggestion they gave me was to update daily mspy with the target phone in my hands kkkk! Common if I will have the target phone in my hands why do I need mspy app anyway
Horrible service, NEVER GIVE YOU A REFUND, even though their website say you have 10 days to request FULL REFUND, they only offered me half of it! Really pissed off

Be kindly informed that there are two types to install and use mSpy on iPhones: 1) Do it using iCloud credentials (it will give you updates once a day and this is the restriction made by Apple as it depends on iCloud backup, we can assure you that there is no existing service that can give you updates more often while using this type of connection), 2)Do a jailbreak on the device and install mSpy directly to the memory of the phone (in this case you can get updates every 20-30 minutes, but physical access to the device for the first installation is required).
