I have been able to expand my Tree since completing a DNA Test and contacting family I did not know existed. I received a lot of 'Hints' with the new additions, it is unfortunate that some people do not check their 'Discrepancies' and correct them as I came across a mother and child being 200 years apart. So, you need to be careful when Confirming Matches.

I only had 13 relatives when I joined My Heritage, now I have over 2,500. I wasn't in touch with many branches of the family, now I am in touch with second cousins three times removed and third cousins twice removed. What can I say, speaks for itself!

I am more than satisfied with My Heritage, having found out more from not only the site but also contacts with other members giving me more information and how both my tree and their's share common Ancestry. I used to belong to Genes Reunited where I got a fair amount of data to start my tree, with records as proof but found it very time consuming looking for it but with My Heritage I get a lot of information sent on a regular basis through Smart Matches.

I enjoy doing my Family tree and being here helped me find lots of family members and took me way back. And there are always new documents being added here and there so if you want to start your family tree start it here and the membership is very reasonable and it's a lot of fun to do and very fun to find out where your family started out there Jernee and story.

It's been very interesting to research members of my family and finding out how far back I can go. We are reliant on others putting up information, which you match to your tree, sometimes there are difficulties but generally it's been so much fun

Upon activation, I received later that day various names connected to my family ancestry. I was quite surprised to see my maternal grandmother's family tree. Discovering where it began seeing my great grandparents actual names and their children. I'm now awaiting the results of my dna. So excited with what I've currently found out.

Was Having trouble reviewing records only ones I could review were Smart watches. Contacted Support, emailed, to let support team know of the troubles I was having... Then I received a email from Emily V part of the support team, that they have found the problem and resolved it...

I like the way things come up automatically. But then I have found i don't know how to change things when they are wrong and there is no way of contacting you to ask. For instance my G G Grandfather is coming up as a step father to my G grandfather because I had first just typed him in as Charles Budd so your system called him G G grandfather and Charles Lane Budd as step father to my Great grandfather when he is his father and then another Charles Budd who was is son also mixing up with him and I have not been able to work out how I change that's why there is so many discrepancies in my tree. Please could you advice. Another thing there is no email or telephone number of how to get I touch to ask these questions.

I found finding out about my links to the past fun, it has become a useful pass time. On the few occasions that I have had a problem with Web site or App, sending a email results with a quick helpful answer.
Still have some branches with lots missing leaves but I will continue to look.

I have been locked out of this site 6/7 times in the last 3 month from 1 to 4 days. It states a security issue and always seems to happen when I give bad feedback on the App or to a phone caller, trying to sell me more packages. The discoveries are also questionable, I am in no way related to Charles 2nd or Rob Roy, but they say they are distant relations

I love using MyHeritage and learning about my family history which I was always completely in the dark about. This service has opened up a new world to me. I have also called in to use their live customer service. The help I received was amazing! The rep was very knowledgeable and patient. He spent all the time I needed to help me better understand the MyHeritage system. He was a great listener and was able to answer all my questions. It is great knowing the agents are always there in case we need them. They really know the service inside and out.

One of the best things in my life. It was definitely an eye opener, and the most amazing experiences of my life. Thank you

As far as customer service and app functionality, MyHeritage can't be beaten. The one thing I would like to see is the ability to remove duplicates and/or undesired additions to a tree without starting from the bottom and deleting everyone to get to the one I want to delete/remove.

Discovering relatives and their stories. I discovered many relatives lived through the prohibition. Others were in Revolutionary and Confederate Wars and more served in WWI and WWII, some survived others died.

The site is a great source of information to make genealogical research and connect with long lost relatives. It offers both documental and genetic data.

MyHeritage responded to my query promptly and the staff member called back several times to ensure her advice was received. She provided me with alternatives to deal with my licensing issues and I was able to continue using MyHeritage with High confidence that the support department had my back!

I am finding this a great help with my family tree in finding new relatives and information about existing relatives.

I tried Heritage and then canceled. A year later, I tried again and also had my DNA done. It has been very helpful finding information on my family! The newspaper options are great. I realize that I had not given them a chance on my first attempt.

I'm amazed at just how many family members I have found near and far, have gotten in contact with that I didn't even know, and family history! Thank you MyHeritage!
