MyHeritage is the "Johnny Appleseed" of genealogy - they give you countless tools, resources and different ways to build a family tree... or a whole orchard of trees if you choose. It's still up to you to keep adding branches, but no other genealogy site out there will have the resources and possibilities MyHeritage has.
Generally an excellent family tree software but ……. Ease of use when receiving hints by email. Finding the corresponding person is sometimes difficult. Working with DNA is difficult. Ancestry is more logical and easier to use.
Quite exciting to find ancestors both known or not known to me.

I'm very satisfied with MyHeritage, except that I'm overwhelmed by SmartMaches and Discoveries. I can't treat them all, unless I devote all my time to genealogy, and I don't want to do that. For the rest, I reckon it's an incredible tool, very powerful.
I had a problem importing to my correct account and identifying myself as the main person. I could not use the relationship tab. I got a call from your representative who walked me through the process. It was a No Caller ID which I don't normally answer. I was super happy with the quick response
Some of the information from other family trees have wrong information and name spellings. I know my info is correct.

As My Family Tree opens I treasure seeing my absent family. Whether they live far away or exist in eternity, my connection to them never fails. I enjoy flashback memories and regularly daydream about future get-togethers.

I've found it an excellent source for UK and European records and the smartmatch feature enables you to compare your information with others, or gather entirely new information. Another great feature is their Theory of Family Relativity which facilitates family connection across several trees, and "Cousin Finder". However it must be kept in mind that these tools require a subscription membership which is ultimately worthwhile if you are serious about your genealogical journey.
I had two sets of payments taken from my account for what I thought was for the same purchase. After consulting with My heritage I was advised that otherwise however as was honest about my concern and lack of understanding about the different services which My heritage offered and cost for each I was refunded the second payment. My heritage was able to positively analyse the situation in line with my circumstances and they offered me further consultation with another staff to explore my interest in My heritage and what I needed. I was pleased with the result of the general enquiry.
There was an issue I had which was resolved. I appreciate that. But after that there was another issue that arose. The language keeps defaulting some how to the Thai language. I want the primary to be english. I located the pull down options and located where to change the language, so I change it back to english. Then I go about my tasks and then it switches back to Thai. I can't read Thai. I have to now keep going back and forth repeatedly to change the setting. I am using an ipad device. Everything was working correctly before I reported my last concerns that were corrected. Now, since then I have had to deal with this which is unnecessary by having to repeatedly change from one language to another.
I have been using My Heritage in preference to other similar sites and is now my subscription website of choice
