Deciding to do my heritage was very exciting and made very easy using My Heritage site.

I have been a My Heritage user for some years now, and I find it very easy to use and very interesting to find out all about our ancestors.

Beware if you give your bank account details, as it is used again, without permission.

A bit expensive, but it has allowed me to expand my family in time and breadth.

Easy to use they keep in touch with you and you can check how far they have got with your DNA sample.

I was very happy to find a half brother as well as many other relatives. However the ethnicity estimate I believe misses out on accurately showing my actual heritage.Also where it shows third and fourth cousins I believe they are actually 7th cousins or less.On the whole I think My Heritage is great even with the flaws I mentioned.

I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service response time with my representative Nir. I would get a response within a couple of hours and he even checked in on me daily to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. Nir was knowledgeable and more importantly kind. Just such a positive experience.

There are problems with software creating books with many &%#), strange symbols. Hopefully they can fix the software problem within a month. If not the software is flawed.

A subscription service should offer better RESEARCH RECORDS options.

I'd like to have my and my husband's trees and accounts accessible in one place. I'm trying to do that but need help, which is available. I just need to do it. Otherwise, I'm mostly happy with MyHeritage.

I have been trying to find information about my family including different parts. Since joining My Heritage this has been eye opening. At just the touch of a button l have found different members of my family tree.

When my mum died 5 years ago I realised I knew very little about my family. I began using my heritage to see what I could find out and became totally emersed in researching my family. I found I had a great uncle who was seriously wounded in WWI and died from his injuries here in England but the most unbelievable thing was he is buried in a cemetery less than a mile from where I live. Once you start you can't stop and I am looking forward to what I can find next. Thank you my heritage.
