More or less the results, regarding from which countries my DNA is coming from, were as expected. But some funny regions that I did not know, where there too.

For years I have been stuck on going back further than seventh generations from me. My Heritage has connected me with more people and as a result I am now into the ninety generation of ancestors on several branches. Thanks for the great work you do.

Upon receiving notification that my account had an auto payment I went into the site and tried to access items I could before. I paid $278.88 on renewal. I called Heritage immediately, the woman cancelled the auto payment but my payment above had already gone through. I can't access anything. She said she'd get someone to call me and discuss - to date I've not heard anything. This is a rip off, what good is this site if I can't access and examine the suggested matches? I certainly could prior to renewal.

Very easy to build and manage my family tree. Many automated features that do hard work for me. I have made many discoveries that would not be possible without tools that MyHeritage provides. It even speaks in my native language which is not one of big ones.

I don't like having to use a double log in to access the results of my own DNA and I am given no choice to opt out of it knowing what the possible risks are.
I'm an adult paying for the privilege of using this site; I understand that, but I find this frustrating and annoying.
On the other sites that I subscribe to I have the option to not use the two step sign in.
It is seriously making me consider whether I want to renew my subscription to MyHeritage after being with you since 2009.
Yes you have great records, sources and features; but, I also subscribe to 3 other sites that between them will cover what I am looking for.
Sorry, but it comes down to the fact that I have no choice in this and I'm sure it will happen in other areas as time goes on.
Not everyone will agree with me, that is fine, I respect your decision, please respect mine.

MyHeritage has not only provided me with valuable information about my ancestors, but also brought my family closer together as we shared memories and old stories from relatives who are no longer with us. The platform interface made the experience even better, as it allowed even my relatives who aren't very tech-savvy to explore and document our family history with ease. I have also DNA tested five family members, and it was fascinating to see how the ethnicity estimates connected with what we've discovered about our ancestors so far - and I even found a cousin, who has since joined us and added a bunch of other ancestors to our tree. On the couple of times I've had issues over the past several years, customer service managed to resolve them seamlessly.

It started with my child's homework. She did it nicely but when I tried to build a more extensive family tree I soon ran out of space and missed the proportions of branches. I was so satisfied with algorithms that MyHeritage team developed and helped me grow and print out really big trees in all possible combinations. DNA kit was also fun.

DNA sample envelope was returned by Canada Post because it did not comply with prescribed format and information for customs purposes.
It was immediately sent again and I am awaiting further developments.

It's easy and affordable to get your DNA profile, however, it's rather frustrating to decode all the information that is received. I find the family tree hard to navigate on the screen. Aside from the initial cost, it'll cost extra if you want to gather more information. Very limited actual family history with only the initial payment.

I got the MyHeritage DNA kit as a gift about four years ago and since then it has proven itself as a gift that keeps on giving - I have been able to connect with long-lost relatives, find various kinds of documents relating to my family history and even help my cousins find their cousins! I'm looking forward to future discoveries and matches. :)

I have mainly distant DNA contacts. 3rd/4th/5th cousins. I am amazed so many people and have no clue how we might be related. I have found a few genuine connections which are really interesting. I have a connection to an important person in Irish history which the family never knew. Hope to learn lots more.

Sent my sample in May of this year and still no results? I have recently logged in to my account and it says no results. Not what I thought would happen. No communication even updating me on when I'll receive it. We'll be in September soon too and at this rate I won't be anticipating it. I should have been contacted since it's been months.
