Myheritage program I have been using for 4 years. It has been able to assemble a Family Family Pedigree of 16 generations. This amount of data and clarity can not be solved by another program with the same focus. It has many functions for bug fixes.
Thanks to this program, I found other relatives I have not known before.

MyHeritage was extremely helpful when my 14 day free trial came to an end. I was too late to unsubscribe only by a few hours. The money was charged straight away to my account and when I asked to be refunded by email they got back to me straight away. The refund came through within 3 days. I am very grateful.

I need more than east or west. So far you made me an orphan. We have the same parents. Both from quebec canada. They are both french. You made me english and irish. My brothers and sisters went to ancestry.com and got different results. My results are too different from theirs. Please correct my test or are you people a scam?

Tip for consumers:
if you want more than east or west ,save your money. these people will make you English and Irish.because they are just hopeing to be close.

I have been using Myheritage for over 2 years now. And have to say that it is the most exciting and informative site ever. I have discovered so many family lines and names using their amazing search options. I love this site and am very happy with the service. Always very helpful and always answering speedily to any query there is.

The gentleman I spoke to was friendly, yet professional. He verified my ID which I appreciated. I did not see my DNA kit on my family web site. He walked me through the steps needed to see it and was very patient with me. I less than 5 minutes my problem was solved. I would recommend My Heritage without any reservation.

I had a reason to contact My Heritage with a problem. I received an email almost instantly from Shimmon in the Support team. He gave me instructions on what I would need to do. I still had complications, so Shimmon rang me and talked me through the issues that I was experiencing. His patience and guidance were top class. Thank you a million times.

I had a problem, called the MyHeritage number, waited online, then was disconnected multiple times. So, I wrote a letter explaining my situation. I received a response from Daniel as to what to do, unfortunately, it didn't solve my problem. So emailed Daniel and he replied with a response that solved my problem. Can't thank Daniel enough.
I do understand that the Corona Virus has changed the way businesses work but very happy that Daniel came to my rescue. Thank you and be safe. Steven Hammill i.d. *******

I purchased a DNA kit for a Christmas gift. The person I gave it to did not want it, so I contacted MyHeritage about returning it for a refund. I was contacted four days later (holidays) and they were able to process my return and refund my full amount without headache, it was done. I can honestly say their customer service department is superior to any I've dealt with before, other companies should take note!

I have now been using my Heritage for about 6 months, I encountered a problem with some how setting up 2 web sites, confusion. With the help of the support team I was able to merge these and once again with support from the team I was able to get rid of the duplicates which now leaves me with a clear family tree. I have found a number of distant people who some how are linked to my tree. Overall a great experience working with My heritage. Thanks again for the fantastic support

Customer service is nil! Tried to get through about a charge. Called immediately about the charge and could not speak to anyone about it because I was assigned "Chris" through a trouble ticket and he was not there. I left them my correct phone number and they stated they called, and they never called me, if they had, they would have left a message. Never received email either, or a response to the trouble ticket. On hold for hours and not getting through, disconnected several times. Their business hours end way before the time stated on the website and they have no weekend and evening hours. Would not refund the charge and arrogant on the phone. If you want to keep customers, make them happy! AVOID This company! Ancestry is much better.

I got a DNA kit from my son for Christmas a few years ago. I cancelled the email account associated with the My Heritage account bc of spam, a couple years later.

About three weeks ago I heard from a man thru My Heritage matches searching for his bio family.

In order to open and transfer my MH account to my new email, I needed help. I had three different ppl at MH assisting me. Every time I got a correspondence from one of them I secretly thought this will be when they tell me they can't transfer my account.

All three ppl went above and beyond to assist me and I was finally notified they had located and successfully transferred my account. Because of their valiant efforts, my cousin has submitted a DNA kit as a first step to locating this gentleman's possible bio family.

I so very much appreciate all that was done to help me locate and transfer my account.

Tip for consumers:
If you are going to cancel your email account, transfer your My Heritage account to your new email first.

I used the site one time one evening with the free trial. I cancelled with in my 14 days. I really thought that was the end. But on the 15th day my account has been debited the 75.00. I will never use this again and it looks like I've paid for the whole year and I won't be needing it again. Just great... that money could pay down my husbands prostate cancer surgery.

I find this site difficult to navigate The records are impossible to add to a tree automatically.The search pulls up nothing new. I tried to get a refund after 5 days and all they would do is add 6 months to my membership. Now i can not find anything for a longer period of time. Acct number *******. Im included this number because i cant download my contract to prove im a member

SuperSearch includes more than 12.5 billion genealogy records such as birth, marriage, death, burial, census, military, immigration, yearbooks and other types of records, plus scans of the original documents. It also includes MyHeritage family trees, photos, and members that are public – altogether more than one billion exclusive records from all over the world that in most cases can only be found on MyHeritage. But it is indeed possible that no records are available yet that refer to the person you are researching.

Please note that we are rapidly expanding the data sets and plan to grow SuperSearch over time to become the largest international collection of historical documents available online. Around 200 million additional records added on average every month, so stay tuned.

I have had a look at your account and can see that you had spoken with support to assist you regarding the charge. It appears that you agreed to continue with the subscription and that 6 months free of the Complete Subscription was added to your account. This website is a scam they want your money and DO NOT provide trustworthy service. Do yourself a favor and talk to your oldest living relatives fro information about your family. They tell you the service is 19.99 a month and then charge you 119.00 and say its for the year. Poor customer service, do yourself a favor leave this heritage on the screen. If there were a option for negative stars they'd get -5.

The beta map of origins grows for example Iberian peninsula is Spain and Portugal since the release of the beta version became bigger more countries like France Italy Switzerland... are included plus the percentage of ethnicity don't include those countries it's pretty confusing this is not logic at all.

Today i called help line to have an entry corrected. Within 3 mins, the entry was not only corrected, but an email was sent to me to keep on hand should this issue arise again. Thank you, My Heritage as well for the matches and new links that I am finding every day. My family tree is becoming more enjoyable each day - am enjoying all the family I have found!

I have used my Heritage in the past and the records are not that great find my past and ancestry are better. I re-joined last year as I uploaded my DNA so wanted to see matches etc. It is £50 so no big deal. This year, without any warning that my subscription was up for renewal and without my consent, and after keeping my banking details without my consent, they have taken £225. I have called them and emailed them but no reply. This auto renewal must be in the small print and they purposely don't being to your attention what you are agreeing for. I also don't understand how they can keep my banking details and send a charge through without me authorising it on my banking app. Maybe I'm naive, but this company seem to be out to trick you. Be very careful when they give you a 'great discount', there's not such thing as a free lunch as I've learnt to my cost.

I contacted Brigitte with a few issues. She was able to resolve all but one on the first call. The last issue was not quite as simple. For some reason all the details in my family tree on the mobile app disappeared one day. Dates could be viewed, but not the details. Everything could be viewed on my desk top but I prefer to work on my iPad using the mobile app. Brigitte said she would refer my last issue to the VIP Tech Dept. - I have to admit that I did not have much hope. Today I received a follow up email from Brigitte apologizing for the delay. Again, I was not holding my breath anticipating my issue would just get lost in the shuffle. Miraculously, all the details appeared today on my iPad. Thank you Brigitte!

Everybody always read all of the terms and conditions. So it is my fault. I started this in arizona. Got back to the fortyninth state in the usa and am denied access. Emailed and they assigned me a number and... nothing else. I guess we are too close to russia.

I have been struggling with a number of problems dealing with matches from Myheritage - I was close to giving up.
I rang the local number and the English speaking rep took me through various processes and menus and explained how I should proceed. Such a great help

My wife & I both use the same computer but we have only one email address. When activating the two DNA samples online, both were registered in the one name related to the email address. A quick phone call to a very courteous & knowledgeable service operator solved the problem almost instantaneously.

I had a delightful conversation today with a young lady in Ireland who was quite helpful in resolving my issue and with navigating accessing how to update my credit card info easily. When I asked about any "deals" on my annual subscription, she gave me a free month's subscription while I wait for the Subscription department to call me, so that my service wouldn't lapse. And while it was a business call, we had many laughs and a lovely little visit.

Several months ago I was lured in with their "monthly" subscription for 10 bucks a month. Not only was their site misleading, but it is also a rip off. What I thought was a monthly subscription turned into a 120 charge on my card which was supposed to be for a year. I called and tried to cancel the subscription and the gentleman I spoke with refused to refund my payment. Now, five months later, I go to log in and my account is not active. They want me to upgrade. I do not recommend my heritage to anybody. They are a total rip off.

I must clarify that MyHeritage informs all of the annual charge and its price on the automatic email that is sent out after you enroll in the membership and before every renewal. Also, one may view the status or cancel an annual subscription at any time when logging in to MyHeritage from the My Purchases page and incur no annual charge.

Your member experience is very important to us and we really do value your satisfaction. This is why our terms and conditions read that If you are not satisfied with your purchased plan you may request a full refund by contacting Customer Support within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase date of the subscription.
