I had to wait quite a long time on the phone for a customer service to pick up the phone I was number 9 in the phone queue and was getting frustrated. However when my turn came the lady on the phone was extremely polite, patient and helpful while taking care of my no doubt often inane sounding questions about DNA and site navigation. MyheritageDNA could definitely improve their dispatch time of DNA kits to the UK but as long as their customer services is as attentive and efficient as the lady I have just had on the phone they can rely on my custom.

For several years, I have been using MyHeritage, and I want to say that they offers an absolutely professional high-quality product that is constantly being improved. In addition, with an excellent level of support, and a friendly and attentive team.
Over the course of several years, I contacted support on various questions several times, and each time I received the detailed necessary assistance in the best way. They even managed to solve my complex problems that others could not solve.

Be careful with this website, they setup auto-pay automatically, and sneak in hidden services for the next renewal, and you end up paying a lost of money.
And they won't give your money back.

I was having syncing problems on My Heritage software and with the help of Noa a My Heritage technician, the problems has now bern resolved. He was very gracious and patient and certainly went the extra mile. I do so enjoy this geanology program My Heritage, have been able to connect and find my ancestors and now am able to leave this heritage to my children and grandchildren.

I have had ups and downs with all Genealogy services, but have found My Heritage to be good. They are still working on the DNA side of things, but are doing well. They are a business, and want to make money (who doesn't!), so you may have to cough up some dollars occasionally (SURPRISE!) I really do think they are worth a try - the range of resources available is quite amazing, once you find them (look around - there is a lot there). Smart Matches, Discoveries, Photo Discoveries, and the like, are great. Much better than when I used to ride my bike up to the local Church Of Latter Day Saints to troll through the filing cabinets full of micro fiches... Don't expect everything to be done for you - you need to do some work too. BUT - they do have automatic recharge set on your CREDIT CARD as a default - MAKE SURE TO REMOVE IT UNLESS YOU ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH WHAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED.

I was receiving my emails in Hebrew, and as I find it impossible to contact anyone by email, I decided to telephone, After I got over the shock of business hours being from 5pm to 7am AEDT, I duly telephoned at a relevant time and left a message (my phone number) as requested. Two nights later I received a call from the lovely Maya who was businesslike, friendly and efficient. She identified my issue before I told her, fixed it, and asked if there is anything else she could do (no). It would be a pleasure to have something else go wrong if I could deal with Maya.
