They just charge on your debit card without even sending you an email or even worrying about letting you know what's happening. Such a bad faith and it's very expensive too. I regret coming across of this website
I wanted to cancel my account as I found a job straight away with my new cv but Tiara offered me a great discount with reasons why I should keep my membership even though I got a job it is worth keeping the options open. She fully explained all of my questions. She is an expert and would recommend the website to my friends to boost their potential.
Helped me design a brilliant c. V which helped me secure the job i wanted. Very helpful and friendly when i finished my subscription and offered me some very good deals which at present i do not require but will definitely remember if i need their services in the future. Leaving your subscription open for a few days also means i can change my mind if i need to. Thanks to eduardo in customer services for being so friendly and helpful.

I was initially given the impression that creating my CV would be free, then a fee of £3.00 to pay after putting in all of the text. After doing all of that work I rather paid the fee. I have now noticed that they have taken £16.95 per month since and cover themselves by saying that that it states that it is a subscription on their website, Perhaps it is hidden in reams of tiny print but that was definitely not obvious in anyway. After all, who is going to pay £16.95 a month for THE SAME WORD DOCUMENT? I am currently claiming this back with my bank who said that they get a lot of these calls.

As a pensioner, finances are an issue. I had an issue with my subscription on a Saturday morning I called Customer Service and spoke to a lovely lady called Jackie. She listened as I explained the situation, she then proceeded to help, slowly and with simple explanations. Within minutes we had resolved the issue, and I was sorted, lovely service. TY

Very annoyed, tried to cancel my 14 day free trial, telephone number just cuts off. Messaged through their system, 2 day response time which takes me over the 14 days so have now been charged. Terrible service DO NOT USE

When starting to write my CV, i didn't realise that you had to pay for it. I decided to go for the monthly option but it taken 59 pounds out.
I rang Customer Services and they refunded my money and give me a month at a good rate

This site help me build a very strong CV that have has generated a lot of interest in my trade, so for that reason, this site is highly recommended. My one and only criticism would be that I would have appreciated if it was made clearer from the start that this is a pay/subscription service, not at the very end once you have completed the CV. Got the 14 day access and they billed me the following month for the usual £16.95 called and they refunded my account and gave me 1 month extra at the introductory rate. The cv builder was extremely useful and would recommend this to anyone looking to get a professional cv although you must be aware you are automatically signed up to the usual monthly price unless you close your account when the 14 days is up.

The website is actually really helpful and allows you to have good structure of your sentences on your CV! You may have to tweak a few bits here and there but that's just minor as most of the work is technically done for you. The customer service is really great! You can get hold of them so quickly and they sort you issue out instantly! It's honestly a handy site to have!

Please avoid My Perfect CV at all costs - Having recently signed up for the 14 day trial at a cost of £1.95 the service on offer is basic at best. Nothing you cannot get from standard templates readily available online. Worse still when attempting to download in Word format the templates didnt format correctly and so I had to spend 2 hours fixing the issue.
Worse still when cancelling my subscription (you are automatically signed up for a month) I was billed £23.80! I have tried to ring their helpline but have been on hold for 15 mins and have now given up.
Please avoid at all costs - Save yourself time, energy and money and go elsewhere

I built my CV through the simple steps online which constructed an informative and professional looking cv which allowed to download, print and save it in various formats. All for under £3 for your first 14 days which was fantastic! After I had used the service and got a CV together I no longer required my subscription. As you can imagine some companies are not pleased when you have to call explaining why you no longer want to continue with them. I rang and a very helpful and kind lady helped me quickly and with ease to deactivate my subscription. She generously offered me some of the great offers and benefits that were available to me and when realised could not continue with my payments she understood and cancelled my subscription. No strings atttachted. I feel very comfortable and trusting that my money is no longer used for any further payments and I am trusting of the company, which is what a customer should want. I will defiantly be using this service in the future.

However, if it wasn't for him I would have given this review 1 star. Please understand you are choosing the wrong way to MARKET a product. Essentially, you are scheming customers 16.75 for a CV template. Ask yourselves, what you are making your customers do. I hope you take responsibility for this serious issue in the future as your refund system is just as SHOCKING.

The CV's look good, plenty of styles to choose from. The formatting wasn't perfect at the start but the customer service chat was able to resolve that quickly. Only the search facilities for text phrases could be improved. In overall: No complaints.

The site was really easy to use, the prompts for each job role were very helpful to use as a template, they also served as a great memory-jogger as I was having to create a CV that went right back through my work history. My CV ended up looking really good and I was extremely pleased with the result. I had absolutely excellent customer service from Edward who helped with a query on my account.

Great service, very easy to use and also fantastic customer support. I had a problem with my membership thinking I would not be charged again after paying £2.95 for the 14 day trial however a month later I had been charged. However, the customer support was very helpful and refunded me the money which I found really good.

Its a total bull$#*! and scam... i payed 2.40 euros to get cv that said in no addition that needs to be payed at all but after spending an hour writing i needed it so i bought it. After all, they kept my card info on their page, and charged me 16 GBP 15 days later for nothing! Nothing! Its a total scam, thetly rob ppl and hack your card... NEVER EVER pay them a cent ppl
