Why you guys deducted my 89.95aed? When i saw its 6aed only I need a reason other wise refund my amount now AM just confuse how like this
They just charge on your debit card without even sending you an email or even worrying about letting you know what's happening. Such a bad faith and it's very expensive too. I regret coming across of this website
The customer service is really nice and thoughtful, they take you through every small bits of details. And would offer you the best deals. I wanted to unsubscribe from my subscription and was greeted by "Paola Figueroa", who was genuinely kind and patient. She also ensured I was happy with my decisions and wasn't confused by the outcomes of my choices. She helped me step by step and I'm really pleased by the process. Overall I rated them 5/5, because although I was leaving they're subscription they still wanted the best for me and my interests; also welcome me back with open arms.
Loved the cv maker, disliked the way it was a subscription and only told at end when trying to get the made cv, should be made clear from the start. Have an option to buy cv only without having to sign to site and then have to cancel, which you have easily ill admit.

Automatically takes a monthly direct debit from your account, £25 in my case, does not send you invoices - or any further communications of any kind - website does not allow you to automatically cancel your subscription - website does not give any details on your subscription - customer service line goes straight to voicemail. This is simply a method of getting your account details and taking as much money as they can before you notice, then make it difficult to cancel the direct debit

Keep in mind that MyPerfectCV is a resume builder that gives the user a chance to try our service prior to commit to a full access subscription. Once you finish editing your resume, the service allows you to download the free text version of the resume or save it in your account for further review. The options for emailing, downloading and printing the resume in Word format are part of the full access subscription. To further our user experience, we provide the option of a 14-day trial for a small fee. When you select our 14-day trial enrollment, it provides all details on screen that after the 14th day it will auto enroll into the monthly subscription service. It also explains, that you can cancel at any given time. This alert is also given when the credit card information is requested where it explains that, unless you cancel, you automatically authorize us to charge your account every four weeks at the current rate of the subscription. Lastly, when you finish your enrollment process, an e-mail is sent explaining this as well.

I unfortunately had to cancel due to personal reasons. I got in touch today and asked to cancel my account. They were very professional about it all.and curtious.not making my curcumstancies of having to cancel an issue
I actually did get a part time job through them and using the cv i made was very good.

I had an issue with a subscription and I needed to update my CV ASAP. I emailed the customer service to speak to them about it and they contacted me in less than 2 hours and solved my issue. Very very very good customer service!

The customer service operator was very calm, i felt slightly irritable at the beginning of the conversation but she managed to calm me down with her calm demeanour. She offered me a good deal and made me feel as though she had my best interest at heart. She managed to work out the refund without hesitation She was a true professional and an asset to your company.
The downfall was that i was on the phone for approximately 30 minutes which irritated me as i was unsure if i was to be charged for the call. She assured me that the call was free but still i was unsure of the 0808 number being free. I believed that my query was dealt with in 15 minutes but felt as though i was kept on the phone unnecessarily.

Paola Figueroa was exceptionally helpful and an absolute gem. Been using this website for a while now and have always loved it. I realised however that I didnt need membership for a couple of months and because of the automated debit payment I had a payment deducted from my account. Getting on to customer was no issue. There was no mention of cost intill i had completed my cv and needed to print. I am now trying to cancel my subscription via the 'my account' tab, which will not work! I will be contacting my bank to make sure that they will not be taking any more money from my account!
