They just charge on your debit card without even sending you an email or even worrying about letting you know what's happening. Such a bad faith and it's very expensive too. I regret coming across of this website

I created my C. V it was so easy, there are so many different templates to use, the finished item looks so professional, when I wanted to cancel my subscription Marianne was very helpful and was not pushy, she offered me a discount if I wanted to stay with them but as I wanted to cancel she made it so easy and cancelled it for me.

1. Spent so much time editing it in the hope it would format well across two pages. Literally hours resetting and re downloading into PDF in the hope it would work. It would have been easier to type myself but as i had paid
2. Didn; t know I would have to pay to download it! Not clear on your advertisingunfair scam!
3 Your website is slow this morning making even more time wasted.
4. sorry for the bullet points but thats another thingsome points have bulets on P1, others on P2 do not when downloaded in word and then NO opportunity to edit them in.
5. A complete waste of time and money. Would not recommend!

This Cv is total rubbish, you cannot even move the header up to fit a few words on the end. Says its free but you can't print it it until you pay and you cannot copy & paste it either. They will take money from your account every month for doing nothing. BEWARE TOTAL SCAM.

I called with a query and Jerickson was extremely helpful. To be honest I was reaching out with very little expectations, but he managed to exceed my expectations. A well designed website with useful description suggestions for both professional and personality attributes. There's a good variety of templates and the CV can be downloaded in. Pdf,. Txt or. Docx.
The one hiccup is for cancelling the subscription: their FAQ gives directions to a button that doesn't exist, so a call to Customer Services (or an email) is necessary and they WILL try to keep your custom, but call is free, agents are superb (I spoke to Sandy ID: 7164), friendly, smart and helpful, and i got what i wanted within 7min. Will use again!

I had a very good customer service experience with this company. I called to request to cancel and unsubscribe from the services and everything went very smoothly.
Note: **When you want to cancel from future payments before the 14 day trial finishes, make sure that you reply to the welcome email that you would like to cancel, or cancel directly from your account on MyPerfectCV. Unsubscribing from the email will only unsubscribe you from receiving any emails from them.

Overall, navigating through MyPerfectCV was easy and it helped me created a great CV and now I am happy to say that I have a job starting on the 26th Feb! :)

I used the 14 day all access for a resume. I needed a general resume for my husband who needed one. The process of cancellation went smooth and the operator was extremely helpful and professional. I will definitely use the service again if needed. Lisa Duffey

Superb customer service and a really good tool for creating a cv. Enjoyed creating my cv and I'm very happy with it. Had a couple of gliches whilst creating it though as it kept deleting my data but otherwise thumbs up.

This site is incredible, everything in the right place, very well layed out, helpful staff and quick response to emails, the price they charge is absolutely affordable and the quality of their CV builders among-st other services they offer are in an expert condition and presentation, I highly recommend.

They don't just "take" your money, if you READ things you'll know it, so many idiotic reviews, that's some peoples problems nowadays, they never read things.

The website lives up to its name. It will make you a solid CV, no doubt about that. I actually made a number of CV's using this website and managed to bag a number of interviews. I had a few issues with the billing and used the 'live chat' option and I'm glad I did! The person I was paired with was amazing! Very helpful! Very kind! Very direct and straight to the point. I had a payment of £16.95 come out of my account and i never made an account. Amazing customer care, they have cancelled the account set up with my card with a full refund.

While I was aware (unlike some other reviewers here) that they charged a 'renewal' fee, it was impossible to get on their site to cancel as it recognizes your e-mail and mobile number. Lo and behold, once your renewal date arrives, you can get straight onto the site again! Fortunately I had my card provider 'block' them from taking any funds from my account. I had the pleasure of notifying them at 00:03 the day of the renewal. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS!

I have made the same experience as the other people here.

I have used the service once and then never again!

You get no notification that you use the service and no clear information about the costs. No confirmation emails, no receipts, nothing!

The answers to these threats and complains here only display bad justifications in the lack of sufficient awareness of the price of the service!

I got charged 11 times 17 pounds for about a whole year!

I want that money back!

I am going to have a talk with my lawyer and I am in contact with the legal office department of my bank as well as the police in this manner!

Our free account gives you the opportunity to try out our resume and cover letter builder before deciding to purchase. The ability to print, email, or download your resumes and cover letters are features included in our paid subscription and not listed as a feature of the free account. You can download a plain text version of your resume for free. In order to use all premium features of the service, we offer customers a 14 day access for $1.95 USD and we indicate up front that it will auto renew after the 14 day period and that it can be canceled at any time. The auto renewal is listed with the features of the 14-day subscription on the sales page, as well as on the payment and confirmation pages. We also send a payment confirmation e-mail stating the date and amount of the auto-renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including via phone, live chat, e-mail and self-cancellation in your Account Settings. I was trying to cancel my subscription and the site wouldn't let me then once they charged me the option to cancel become available …. I tried to contact them many times but it wasn't possible to get through the phone … I have send and email for a refund and the answer I got is now you have cancelled your subscription you will not be charged again but I want the refund for thw money they took because they wouldn't let me cancel before that

DON'T give these scammers your bank details, 3 months after repeatedly trying to cancel, they are STILL taking nearly £25 from my account each month.
I have had to contact the fraud department of my Bank to resolve this.

I just checked my bank account and they took £23.80 an amount that was never mentioned and there is nowhere on the website where the charges are explained or displayed clearly for you to see.
Shame.
