Why you guys deducted my 89.95aed? When i saw its 6aed only I need a reason other wise refund my amount now AM just confuse how like this
They just charge on your debit card without even sending you an email or even worrying about letting you know what's happening. Such a bad faith and it's very expensive too. I regret coming across of this website

With my great bad-luck, i opted the service of 'MyPerfectCV' to build my CV. I was suppsoe to pay 12 aed to use this service for week or 2 week i guess.
However, they started auto deducting around 90 aed from last 3 months,. They dont even have option to cancel subscription anywhere on teher website.
Clearly, they seems fraud and looting money in broud day-light. I am hoping assistnce to recover my hard-earned money from this scammers. I have lost 270 aed till now.!

WHY ON EARTH do I need to subscribe for a CV editing software, I have the CV - I do not need to be charged recurring fees. Most people are out of work using such tool to assist them in a stressful time, as it is. DISGUSTING!

I was pleased with the pricing offered for a year subscription, but didn't want to resubscribe on account of the fact that when you download a CV into Word or PDF the formatting was extremely difficult to edit and the fonts were totally different to the web format design.
The program has helped me with CV writing but has not helped with creating word/pdf documents to use/print.

Although calling itself a free CV builder, you can't actually access anything unless you pay - so you can spend a couple of hours writing it up just to have it ask for money at the end

The cv was ok but you don't find out until you go to pay that after paying £2.95 you then are left with a standing order for £16 every month which you have to phone up about to cancel.

I closed my account 3 years ago. They managed to reactivate it and charge me for three years in a row. Now, first year I thought I forgot to unsubscribe before the claimed deadline, fine, I go on the website and I make sure I unsubscribe so the following year I should not be charged. Nothing. The second year I got charged anyhow. I contact the customer service, they apologize and confirmed my account was disabled, so that I should get a refund. Never happened. Now, third year: I get $#*!ing charged anyhow. I just blocked my credit card and went to the police to report these scammers. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO THESE SCAMMERS AND CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT to spot any unauthorized transactions from them.

I have reported this as a scam and fraud as it genuinely is. Their "trusted partners" on the website of the 6 on there only 2 exist and the 2 that exist have no link or knowledge of the existence of this company. The terms and conditions state "if you purchase any services from us either on a one time basis or subscription, you are giving third party vendors permission to store your PAYMENT INFORMATION!" This company, of which I have no knowledge, has my card details and has taken 8 x payment of 23.80 sometimes more than once a month. When I enquired as to their registration number, which they are legally required to provide me it took 45 minutes to get a response. At this point they have come up with a company called Be Bold registered in Orpington and told me they were an affiliate company. When I checked this company there are no registered affiliates. Therefore their terms and conditions are a load of BS. Get your money back, these guys are fraudsters! Clearly the 5 people that rated them 5 stars work for them because I know that no one could possibly rate these thieves with 5 stars.
