They just charge on your debit card without even sending you an email or even worrying about letting you know what's happening. Such a bad faith and it's very expensive too. I regret coming across of this website

Sadly I give up on the £200 plus you managed to take from my credit card over the past year. This was disputed by my credit card company but to no avail. Of course I fell into your automatic subscription after 14 days. Good of you not to even send a mail or any other notification that this was taking place. Shame on me for not looking more closely at my credit card statement.
Your company are at best dishonest at worst complete scammers. I tried phoning and emailing and just got nowhere. So you will be happy to know you get to keep the money.
Do you really think I wanted to write a c.v. on such a regular basis? A years subscription for one c.v.? The negative reviews on Sitejabber and Trustpilot alone are testimony as to what a con your company is and as for the good reviews I personally believe they are all fake. You may hear more about you company on social media just shortly.
Now you can send me your pathetic 'we sorry about your experience' reply underneath as you refuse to give me any of my money back.

If no cancellation request was sent before the end of the initial period, your account might have rolled into a monthly subscription at the regular price. The auto-renewal information is listed in multiple areas: the sales page, the payment information page, the payment confirmation page, and finally, on your welcoming email, which confirms your 14-day trial purchase and a detailed overview of your new subscription.

They charged me £1.90 for an ok CV, which wouldn't download properly, then 23.80 a week later for a monthly fee that isn't shown on the website!

DO NOT USE, they are scammers!

I was happy enough with my CV but annoyed that after I had paid the initial fee they kept taking the money from my card monthly. Be very careful and be aware that it is not a one off fee.

My call was to cancel my subscription and Andres was very pleasant and it was easy to do so. He tried to sell me the subscription but was not pushy or rude in doing so.

My complaint is as below -

Hello there...

I imagine you must get this a lot, but I am very curious to know why it is that I appear to have had a monthly subscription set up for your CV Building "service"?

Generally speaking I don't tend to build so many CVs on a monthly basis that I feel the need to pay a whopping £16.95 for the pleasure.

I would venture to guess that most people in their right minds wouldn't pay this sum for the once off service much less the monthly version of what can only be described as a "disservice".

There are 2 things which I would kindly request to be enlightened on...

1. Please can you provide me with the exact wording which is used to ensure that your customers are fully aware that they are entering into a monthly billing contract for your service, and where this can be found?

2. For this sum of £16.95 per month... what is it exactly that you are providing? Other than, of course, a platform with which to scam unsuspecting job hunters whom, it is probably safe to assume, are in a less fortunate financial situation than most.

Lastly I must insist that you reimburse my account for all fees taken AFTER 16th January 2018.

We offer our customers 14 day access for just $1.95, and we indicate up front that this offer will automatically renew after the 14 day period on numerous pages during the sign-up process ( (with the option of canceling at anytime). This auto renewal is listed with the features of the 14-day subscription on the sales page, payment page, processing the purchase and after the purchase (on the confirmation pages.) Ive had a similar experience to a lot of others. Even though I cancelled as soon as I had finished my cv, they proceeded to take £16.95 from my account the last two months.
