“Beware after 14 day trial, it gets expensive for a "free" resume template”

I searched for resume templates and this site advertised as free. Once information is entered, it requires a credit card for a $2.25 charge. What wasn't obvious (later found on the proof of purchase email in the small print) was the "automatic" $23.95 per month charge that comes from the previously entered card. Unfortunately for me (fortunately for this company) I saw this on my card statement three months later.

It's the exact same dealing as said as above I paid the one off charge of £3:00 something but got charged monthly £23:00 it's an absolute scam and I'm sickened by it, it's for people trying to earn money and they're robbing people blind something needs to happen! I'm well annoyed

This company was used by my son to download a resume for a few dollars. Our son immediately advised he was not subscribing to their program. They have now slugged us for over a hundred dollars in the past several week.

You will be ripped off if you use this service.

By far the worst customer service. This company should reconsider their approach considering that the are a online business. Had I read the reviews I would have never used them. Ronnie is flat out rude and should definitely be taught the value of customer service.

This website said it was a free template and just when you are halfway completed with the resume a box pops up saying you have to pay! Rip off they are liars I just want to get my resume and will never never deal with them again or say good things.

This was great telephone experience from an on line service. I have had lots of bad experiences in contacting customer service on the web, but with you it was a pleasure for sure. Thank you Ronny Sanchez, for being so patient, and for delivering a great business impression.

Tip for consumers:
They should be encorage to call and talk with your CS agents. If they are as cordually receprtive as the one I got, they wiil be delighted they called.

They automatically sign you up for a horrendously expensive renewing account, and you have to call a representative in order to cancel it. I thought I was buying a 14$ one-time use, but now I've lost more than 70$ and had to go through the bother of figuring out how to cancel this. It is a scam, from the fine (pretty much invisible) print at the beginning that misleads you as to what you are signing up for to how difficult they make it to cancel.

That and the product itself sucks. As others have mentioned, it is impossible to edit once downloaded, and the formatting was all messed up as a. Doc. I had to download them as pdf files for them to even look right. Useless.

Free subscription... Not! Paid to download one format... And found Recently found my account being debited every couple of weeks... Had to cancels credit card... No statement emails... I'm now over 300 out of pocket... Didn't give thembthecright ti take more money...!
