My experience was excellent! Raphael was very patient with me and he gave me great customer service. I'm in customer service so I truly appreciate when I get good service. Yes, I would hire Raphael for a customer service job because he's good. Thank you great company you have!
I searched for resume templates and this site advertised as free. Once information is entered, it requires a credit card for a $2.25 charge. What wasn't obvious (later found on the proof of purchase email in the small print) was the "automatic" $23.95 per month charge that comes from the previously entered card. Unfortunately for me (fortunately for this company) I saw this on my card statement three months later.
I used resume perfect and I needed to cancel the services because I can't afford the payment every month. Sal/ Salvador was extremely courteous and kind. He made my experience so wonderful. He offered a lower rate monthly but I truly can't pay anything every month at all. Then, he was understanding and canceled the monthly while making feel understanding of my situation and gave me no hard time.
I will always use resume perfect because of this experience.
I like the style of the builder and thought it was easy to use. However I had trouble modifying the format. There is no way to see where the page breaks are and you can't modify where the columns breaks. This resulted in the resume looking awkward when downloaded. In addition I could not get the systems to put spaces in between my publication references so I had to put them in a billeted list instead. More flexibility in modifying the format would be nice as well as the ability to break a section to the next page.

I signed up and my bank account was charged $2.00 "International Transfer Fees" continually! I canceled online but did not receive a cancellation number. I FINALLY reached them at *******348 to cancel. This is a total SCAM!

This was GREAT! It did most of the grammatical work for you which I really appreciated since I was home sick. I loved all the different suggestions specific to job title duties. The longer it's been since you were at a certain job, or the more you do at your job, the harder it is to think of all the relevant things.

I signed up for this service for one single job for my mom and didn't realize that it was an ongoing service. Since she didn't need any additional resumes, I called to cancel. While I was on the phone, I received that cancellation email. Excellent customer service

When unable to access my account or even connect to a login screen, I called in. The first time I got hung up on. The 2nd time I was connected to a barely English speaking representative who kept putting me on hold and repeating himself probably 30 times (ie. Let me just check on this, let me just check on this). In other words, just talking to let me know he was still there. He could not get my credit card number right to save his soul. I must have repeated it 5-6 times, very very slowly. I tried to get him to repeat each set of 4 numbers back to me, but he didn't understand. I finally got access to my account, but am now looking into other options for service now that I got access to my resume again.

I was unable to format my resume in a way that I desired. The templates were very rigid and required that I make edits only through the website. Even when doing so the formatting had misalignment and was quite difficult to use.

Site was very helpful especially since I never did on-line resume or letter. I was able to get 3 job offers. I decided to cancel for now & Angel was helpful in this process.

Mari Lara was exceptionaly helpful and fulfilled my cancellation request from beginning to end while simultaneously being pleasant and professional. See that she is moved up to a managers position. I was on the phone with someone before her (that hung up on me after saying I was going to be transferred) (I wanted neither of those options). He was an unhelpful unpleasant employee who, Im sure, is serving for a paycheck and nothing more. I am NOT out to get him in trouble hence why Ive concealed his identity. I called the company because I was confused with what the charges were on my credit card. They charged me too much and I just wanted to remove the charge and be put on a different subscription. I would have rated it higher if they never charged me the higher amount in the first place. If I didn't check my credit card balance they would have kept me charging the same amount every month. Regardless, the customer service rep was very helpful and he was able to remove the charge and put me on the right subscription.

This company lures you in with their low rate and then in print you never read charge you 34.95 a month and if you don't check your cc statement closely you go on paying for months and never use it. These people are crooks. I asked for a refund as I never used it and they would not issue on except for the month I cancelled in. I work for class action lawyers. I just may start a case.

Why would I pay for a 14 day subscription when i only need it once, and can then reproduce it?!?! Well i did because your program is actually very convenient and well laid out. But shame on you for your greed, i will in fact be canceling before the 14 days is up.

This service was very helpful! However, I would notify the consumer that there is a fee for printing / downloading prior to starting. Felt like "a catch" to go through all the work then find out that it is not a free service. However, for the cost of the resume, it was worth it since I got the job I was applying for. Loved also that I could use and cancel up to 2 weeks after signing up. I would use again and recommend to a friend.

I signed up for a one time payment for a 2 week peroliod. I just found out that I've been being billed over $35 monthly for the last how many months, what the heck! I want my money back as I have not been using the service, how do I go about this? And how do I get my account closed for good so they can't continue to take money out?

The resume builder tool is great. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because I thought the pricing was a little deceptive - you have no idea how much this will cost (or whether it's free or not) until AFTER you've put in all the work. That's the only reason I wouldn't recommend.

The site is not free. Once I finished my resume I had to pay $2.95 to actually print and see my resume after I spent 2 hours making it. I went ahead and paid the amount for a 2 week trail. Shortly after I received an email saying that after my 2 week trial I would be billed monthly. When I tried to cancel my subscription there was no option online under my account so I called customer service and have been on hold for the second time for over 20 minutes and still no answer. I have sent an email and still waiting on a response.
