This resume builder is absolutely amazing. It is super easy and very helpful through out the prowess of building it. I got a job 3 days after sending it out. Customer service was the best I've ever had and I would highly recommend this site to everyone!

My Perfect Resume is a valuable tool when it comes to updating a resume. The site provides an organized platform to easily upload work experience while offering copy recommendations. My updated resume reads current and fresh. I feel confident submitting for potential job opportunities.

You advertised free templates and then intentionally wait to the end after investment of a great deal of time and energy before you announce that there will be a charge. I would have preferred honesty and transparency. It would get you more customers than bait and switch.

Poor customer service. The two reps I spoke to could hardly understand or speak English. The resume I created and downloaded was not able to be reformatted through traditional means with standard word processing software. Rep would not cancel my account. Still charged me for a garbage template that isn't even usable. STAY AWAY from this site if you want to do any customization to your resume.

UPDATE:
After about 5 different calls (And the company representative on here (Laura)), They finally refunded and canceled my account. This was terribly difficult. Laura replied attempting to help me with the situation, then after I told her about what happened, she just stopped replying. I would bump my review up to 1.5 stars if I could since the issue finally is resolved, but they definitely did NOT make it easy.

Do not use this service! Once they get your credit or debit card info you are doomed. I was billed 35.80 for months without notification. This company is very misleading with their terms of service. These lowlifes thrive on the fact that they can slide their exorbitant fees past you and make a killing before you notice. Is it legal... yes... is it ethical... HELL NO! The product is actually decent but not worth the money or headache that comes with giving these vultures your credit/debit info. I do not recommend this to anyone

I was so grateful for the online technical support when doing my CV. Not only was I given IT support but also creative formatting and suggestions as to my CV contents.

This site gives you the tools you need you produce a high quality resume. It helps you organize your work history and schooling. I never thought to include my recreational activities and hobbies, but they reminded me to include them in my resume. When I cancelled the membership they were very professional and helpful. No questions asked. Nice people to work with.

I called to see how hard it would be to cancel, they answered within 2 rings. Not only did Genesis take care of my cancellation, she also took nearly a hour to help me redesign/structure my resume. I e-mailed them with specific questions about how to edit something; and it was completely fixed the next time I logged in. Wow! Also, Jose was extremely helpful when I called and needed help over the phone.

This platform is a great tool for creating a resume. Take it from an HR Professional. Yes, we need help too. I used it and am seeing results. I contacted the customer service department because it charged me for an annual subscription rather than a monthly. The CSR understood my issue and quickly refunded the balance and replaced the incorrect subscription with the correct one. I am a happy customer.

The templates available for your resume were well organized and complete for an incredible number of professions. I was impressed with the ease one could complete the process & would use this service again in the future.

The files I downloaded did not match the actual layout (neither. Docx nor. Pdf). I had to take the docx by the scruff of the neck and redo it with somewhat hidden formatting in google docs.

I gave two stars because the initial information entry system was good, and the template looked nice. HOWEVER, the actual product I download was largely useless. It'd be awesome if a simple screenshot would suffice... but I suppose that's the easy part to code.

My son and I utilized MyPerfect Resume in an attempt to help him secure an entry level position in his field of study while attending college. He was ultimately offered 2 positions at the same time and had an opportunity to chose which position would suit his current and future goals. Really great site, resume formats are current and easily edited to fit your needs. Thank you!

MyPerfectResume really did make my perfect resume. It was extremely user friendly and I loved how easy it was to make a professional resume. I was contacted by an organization and sent them my version of a resume but they wanted a chronological resume which if I had to do myself would have taken 2 days.
With the perfect resume format I was able to complete it in an hour by downloading my version with help from the technical support.

The template is easy to use, but I wish the prices were better. I think if they did not charge so much after the 14 day trial period they would keep more people from canceling the services. The customer service agent was very pleasant and helped me to cancel my account.

You people are fully cheater. Not making someone's life better. Today your company cheat from me $24 without informing anything. This types of bull$#*! and worst websites just doing fraud money from others credit card.its just frustrating. I need my $24 back because i dont do anything from your website nowadays.

I am trying to start a new career to take me through retirement while doing what I love - writing - amidst still working at my current f/t job. I was blown away at how amazing it was to put this new resume together! Took my skills and abilities and was able to turn them into an amazing resume and cover letter.

You should be clearer up front that customers MUST pay in order to access the resume they are building. Otherwise, customers are surprised and disappointed when they learn they cannot download without paying!

Love using the site, very easy to use and quick formats available. Did not like the auto renewal on my card, but was my fault for not cancelling it after using it. But one easy and quick call to the customer service line saw that issue taken care of. They cancelled the subscription and also refunded my money that was charged in error. Would highly recommend this site to anyone.
