I searched for resume templates and this site advertised as free. Once information is entered, it requires a credit card for a $2.25 charge. What wasn't obvious (later found on the proof of purchase email in the small print) was the "automatic" $23.95 per month charge that comes from the previously entered card. Unfortunately for me (fortunately for this company) I saw this on my card statement three months later.
Price is a little high for the 1 month but layout is easy and understandable and is worth it for lazy people like myself, however I have the money to do something such as pay this much for a resume, others may think paying this price is crazy so I think lowering the price or making another lower price option for fewer days or downloads may get more buyers who have less money.
The site itself is a fantastic idea for anyone requiring assistance to present your best in the search for gameful employment. Even though I decided to cancel my membership before the trial period end, the representative was most helpful in this process and exhibited great professionalism.

The website was easy to use and walked me through options and sections of the resume. I encountered a problem after I submitted payment. I was logged out and unable to log back in! I called the number.

I found the system through extensive research and was very pleased with the results created in less time than I would have imagined. The staff is awesome, Alex helped with a difficult problem and went the extra mile with great service. For the money and value offered, there really is not a better system on the market today, in my opinion.
Tip for consumers:
They DO NOT engage in deceptive billing practices, the person who said this likely did not do their due diligence to cancel the charge. From my own experience, this company has a handle on things better than anyone else and really makes a difference.

Upon surfing the internet 3 am in the morning, jacked up on cold medicine, and trying not to go insane because I needed a resume completed and ready to present by 9 am... It is not free at all. Typed it up nice and neat. Got to the end and had to pay $1.95 for 14 day preview... cancel at any time. Called my credit card company as was charged $ 1.95 plus $101.13 had to cancel my credit card immediately! Please do not use this site.

My husband never signed up for this service and the got a copy of our information, they have been charging his credit card for over a year without us knowing as all the money was paid off and my husband thought he had cancelled the card. They refused to refund the money and his bank won't do anything for him. Evil company, they are fraud and used my husband credit card without our knowledge

Created my 'free trail' to which I had to pay £3 to enable me to down load it.
Just noticed that they have then taken £25 pound from my account?... why?, if this is a free trial I never agreed to anything after the trail.
