My experience was excellent! Raphael was very patient with me and he gave me great customer service. I'm in customer service so I truly appreciate when I get good service. Yes, I would hire Raphael for a customer service job because he's good. Thank you great company you have!
I searched for resume templates and this site advertised as free. Once information is entered, it requires a credit card for a $2.25 charge. What wasn't obvious (later found on the proof of purchase email in the small print) was the "automatic" $23.95 per month charge that comes from the previously entered card. Unfortunately for me (fortunately for this company) I saw this on my card statement three months later.
This website is great, they have awesome features and helpful tools. BUT hey will take money out of your account without sending an email letting you know (or it'll send it but end up in spam, or promotions so you won't see it normally- it renews every 4 weeks). However, I did talk to an AMAZING customer service woman, Joyce Jhonson, and she understood my concerns and listened to me and was kind the entire time. She even registered me a refund! Great customer service here
I purchased a one time copy of my resume. They then started charging my monthly for a subscription I never signed up for (who would)
Tgey stated they were charging me $17.48 but they were taking $34.95 out of my account and refuse to refund me. Do not use this site its a scam!

Also, when we request your credit card information, we explain that unless you self-cancel or request a cancellation before the end of your trial, you authorize us to charge your credit card every four weeks at the regular price of the subscription.

Though on the front page it tells you it is a "free resume builder," if you want to do anything with the resume, download, send, or print, you have to pay money. Nowhere in the process of building the resume does it tell you it will cost money to get any use out of the website at all. Not until the end, where it suddenly asks for credit card info.

When I googled resume templates, My perfect resume pops up instantly and was listed as FREE. They have a lot great templates that you can use and the process was pretty easy until you complete. In the beginning it says that you can download or email your resume for free but that ended up being a lie. You have to subscribe for a monthly fee just access it.

I had not updated my resume for a number of years. I found the site very helpful, easy to use. Especially since I was under a very short deadline to get my application in. I was able to draft the resume and cover letter is a very short period of time. I would highly recommend this website. Also, when contacting their staff, they were responsive and very helpful.

At first, I think it's ok for me to spend $2.95 for a resume. But yesterday, I received the message that I was charged another $24.95. To prevent this behavior I have blocked my credit card. This is worst product I have ever experienced.

The customer service with this company is trash, the first time I called the phone was hung up in my face, the second time the representative didn't speak and when she finally did speak she put me on hold. Please don't waste your time

Listed on Google as a free template, then forced to pay after creating. No money, no download. Spent too much time to go elsewhere, but it is a very nice looking resume and very easy and convenient website to use. Nice product, but misleading.

I feel I was mislead by not being told I would need to pay to download my resume. This site was one of the first that came up when searching for "free resume templates". After spending 45 minutes creating my resume I felt obligated to pay so I didn't have to start over. This is entrapment.
To clarify, we offer two types of accounts, the first one being a basic access account that gives you the chance to try out our builder before deciding to purchase our premium features, this account allows you to download a plain text version completely free. Decided to try the service out and played around with the resume and cover letter builder as well as the job search function. I didn't need it at this time, but their services could be useful to some one seeking employment.

Great website. Very helpful with formatting and assisting with words and phrases to use. Not very pleased with the pushing of sales when called to cancel. I told this gentlemen three different times I didn't want additional services.

The template has been quite user friendly with great suggestions. My only slight negative is that under the skills column, I had them in a particular order. When it came to the preview, they had been rearranged with no apparent way to change them. When I click to edit, it took me back to my original order, but won't stay that way.

This has been a great tool to organize my experience in a clean look. The only downfall is that you represent it as a free template, but do not show anywhere until the end that you have to pay to actually get a copy of the resume you designed.

This is the worst thing ever! Do not use it! It says it will charge you 1$ but it's not. It charges me every month for 30$ and I write them emails to cancel a subscription ( the one I did not even subscribe to because it said it was one time purchase) and they are ignoring my emails! This is a FRAUD!
